I recently visited PURPOSE LA for a haircut and was unfortunately disappointed with the service I received. While the staff were very kind and welcoming, the actual haircut I received was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't anything special. However, the worst part of my experience was that the salon advertised a haircut service that included a shampoo and steam towel clean up, but they did not provide these services during my visit. The most disheartening aspect is that I have been to this location twice and on both occasions, the promised services were not delivered. It's unacceptable to advertise and charge for services that are not provided, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I love Purpose LA! For a long time, I felt paying the extra money was worth it for a haircut and would go to the standard chains for a cut. After getting the Gentleman cut here with a beard trim, I never looked back to those chains. The service is fantastic and Wilson always gives me such a great cut! Everything about my haircut went great. Also my waxing I get done every 2 months in my ears & nose went great. My hairstylist knows exactly how I like my hair. I been going to him since Covid ended.
