Cool auto shop conveniently by the mall. They are open better hours than most other local places. Love that the mall is relight next to it if you want to kill time as you wait for your car. The service was fast and affordable, the cashier / attendant was friendly and talkative / engaging. Got my car in and out before 30 minutes. I just got a Smog Check but they do a lot of other services as well. The shop is located behind Dave n Busters as well as Bowlero. So if you want to entertain the family while they wait too you can walk there but they have a great lounge with big Tv and other amenities. This is an update to my previous five star review. Thanks to Sergio and the mechanics in the shop. I took my 2014 Lincoln MKT 3.7L V-6, AWD in for brake pads and rotors and during inspection they noticed a problem with the oil and also the Sway Bar Link bushings. We had the pads and rotors replaced and will bring the car back for a sway bar links (which are difficult to obtain) and have them replaced next week. There isn't much parking right in front of their shop, but you won't need much because they're quick in service and giving excellent quotes. If you're going to walk around the mall, my recommendation is to stop at the Chinese Massage and tell them Will sent you. They have chairs and tables for different types of massage. TLDR: I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Purrfect Auto. Sergio runs a clean shop and was upfront with all repair costs and upcoming maintenance. The close proximity to the mall is a godsend for longer repairs and the lobby has good Wifi for work. My Experience: I first went to shop for an oil-change and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. After the change, Sergio notified me that the front struts on my Honda Fit needed to be replaced. He was upfront with costs and issues and did not try to upsell me on anything; in fact he told me the car could be driven for longer at the expenses of comfort. After some pricing research, I decided to get the suspension fixed and gave Sergio a call. Work was completed within the quoted time-frame and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I TOOK SERGIO'S ADVICE. The difference in comfort is night-and-day. I've driven 100+ miles on the repair and no longer fear right-corners or pot-holes. My boyfriend brought our car in to just get our oil changed something that should've been 30-40 tops became $300+ because THEY broke one of the caps off something and said it was too "dangerous" to drive off like that and we had to pay for their mistake. Well, they open on Saturdays, which is a plus right now since some shops have decided to close that day due to the pandemic. I really needed a patch, so I was super grateful that not only were they open, they were so close that it took probably two minutes from my house to get there. They're located at Westfield Santa Anita mall, on the opposite side of The Cheesecake Factory. No appointment needed, I just came in after I gave them a call. The guy manning the front desk was awesome, super friendly and communicative. He told me that it would be a flat $25 if the tire was patchable. There were other customers ahead of me, so there was going to be a little bit of a wait. So the front desk guy told me to help myself to the complimentary refreshments and snacks they had available. I don't know why I didn't take any photos but wow-- they had a rack full of chips and things to munch on as well as a Keurig, so many pod choices in addition to green tea bags, instant Vietnamese coffee (I think? Can't recall exactly now), different creamers and all kinds of sweeteners, including honey sticks. Seriously, blown away by the thoughtfulness of the customer service. The waiting area was modernly decorated with large enough to socially distance, the seating accommodations were all comfortable and there was a huge flat panel television with the documentary, "The Social Dilemma" playing. In other words, I was kosher as I waited for my tire to get done. I'm not hoping I need another patch anytime soon but if I do, you can bet I'm going to come here again. We took our car to this shop because the brakes were squeaking. They recommended new rear brake pads and new rear rotors to fix the problem, so we agreed to have the work done. When we picked up the car, the brakes still squeaked. It turns out the problem was coming from the front, so the issue was not addressed at all. After we repeatedly complained, they finally refunded us the cost of the labor but still took our money for the parts. We do not recommend bringing any car to the shop. They may be incompetent or dishonest or both. read more

This place is great. I realized that I had a nail in my tire and the air was coming out fast. I called them at 6:30 to see if they could fix my tire and was told they close at 7:00 and that if I could be there before that they would take a look at my tire. I got there at 6:50 and they were able to fix my tire and get me on the road again. I recommend coming here instead of pep boys/advance auto. I called them at 6:15 and was told that the techs were already gone when they close at 7. So purrfect auto got my business instead. They were Purrfect. read more

Needed to get an oil change before my long drive back to NorCal and this place stood out to me because of their name.. The location is also nice as it's in the Santa Anita mall, so you could go shopping while you wait for your car to finish. Prices are generally pretty low in my opinion. An oil change at your local dealership could run for $80-100 so for a synthetic oil change to be only $49, that really caught me. What's there not to love about this place. Prices are good especially considering it's located in the mall. I usually come here for Oil Changes they don't pressure you into getting anything you don't want or don't need. They've remodeled this year so the waiting area is quite comfy and of course coffee and some snacks. They're quick and efficient. Best part is you don't even really mind waiting because it's located in the mall. If your car service requires an hour or so well you'll have a free parking space at the mall, get your car serviced, and have time for shopping. Can't recommended it anymore! Oh my gosh I cannot say enough good things about purrfect auto! It was truly a godsend, and I wanted to give a special thanks to Sean over at Autozone (off of Rosemead Blvd) for the amazing suggestion. I have been having some issues with my Nissan for some time now and finally had time to take care of some of its issues. Dragging my feet, I checked out autozone first where I was recommended purrfect, and was told about how great Sergio is! He is a very friendly, honest, and helpful man that really made me feel confident and safe to take my car here! I had quite the list of things to be fixed (ac was blowing hot air, windows weren't rolling down, etc etc.) He took care of it all and was forward about the costs, and even helped out with suggesting that some repairs don't need to be done right away to help with the expenses. I'm really thankful for everyone's hard work on my car and making it feel new again (it's actually blowing cool air in haha!) I got problem on freeway, I got the shop in a google map sight. I call them. they want to check what's problem. So I towed the car to them. They estimate 3,700 to fit. They want to make new car condition. It 's old car 2003. It comes out 2 sensor roblem (crankshaft position sensor, camshaft sensor). So I complained but still $2,000 asking. So I call the tow truck to move to other shop.but they close the shop, I have to cancel. I want to tow again next day. So I called tow truck, But when tow truck drive comes to tow, They charge $65 without notice to release the key. I was not there. And tow truck left. So l paid with credit card on the phone.
