This is my go-to breakfast place, for great food and a warm welcome. The new owner Zara is so sweet - she remembers me and my kid by name, and always has a warm smile. The waitress Janae is also so warm and welcoming, knowing me and everyone by name. The food is always what I ordered, cooked with care. I've never been to a breakfast place where food takes that long, what made it especially worse is that our server didn't warn us there would be any wait or back up and neglected our table, not once reassuring us that our food would be out. Super cute cafe we stopped into for breakfast with very reasonable prices and generous portions. It has a family-friendly, regulars vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The service was very friendly and the pancakes were light and fluffy, with an impressive assortment of add-on to choose from. My husband was thrilled with the choices and went with one butterscotch chip and one birthday cake. They were featuring a banana bread French toast as a special, which was excellent. We go to Pushkart quite often on Saturday and Sunday mornings for breakfast. We have been satisfied every time. Management and staff are always friendly and attentive. Food is always good, prices are reasonable. They get busy, but we haven't had to wait to be seated and food comes out in a timely manner. read more

Went for breakfast but due to Covid-19 restrictions everything was take out. The staff wasn't overly enthused to be working. We ordered "keeping it simple". This consisted of 2 eggs, toast, homefries and bacon which we stated that we wanted our bacon well done/crispy. We ate our meal in our car, to find that the toast was barely toasted and not buttered. The bacon was lightly cooked and limp. The homefries had green peppers in them, which ruined them. The homefries also looked like they added water to them because they had that pasty look. We also got 2 muffins which we didn't eat until we got home. They were hard as a rock and the peanut butter ores muffin was not made with peanut butter but had peanut butter chips and Oreo crumbs in it. Don't think we will be going back again read more

My friends and myself went here for a late breakfast. We had wonderful service, with Janae, our server. She is very personable and always nearby if you need anything or have a question about the menu. I had the biscuits and gravy with home fries and as a table, we shared the homemade corned beef hash. One person had the Crêpini and almond French toast, which I got to try. Both were great. My other friend enjoyed the O.G. Six breakfast, which he enjoyed with the French toast option. Called ahead for pickup, given 15-20 mins wait time, showed up 20 mins later and still waited 10 mins so they could make my $7 nitro brew that was maybe 6-8oz of actual coffee. I'm fine with paying for quality but the Pushkart panini was super salty and the bacon wasn't cooked - very rubbery. Ate half before I couldn't take the salt anymore. $10+ breakfast sandwich didn't impress. I'm local, I'll be back again but not for a while and maybe not on a snowy day? I just ordered from Pushcart for the first time, usually, I go to another spot in town, but I wanted to try this place. I was not disappointed! I ordered the two x two x two. The eggs were tasty and scrambled perfectly. The bacon was great but the pancakes were the top attraction. Two very large pancakes, light and fluffy, sprinkled with sugar, what a delight. I also got an English muffin which was oversized and again, done to perfection. I will definitely be going back again and would give this place five stars, except for the coffee which was not to my liking. The waitress was sweet and even brought the food to my car, which was so nice because it was raining. I hope people try them out, it will be worth it. I have nothing good to say here! So after my bad review below.. we decided to give it another try today as they were new when we first came. Well.. I'm sorry but this place is so incredibly disorganized. The girls working there were all standing around and seemed like deer in the headlights. We stood at the door for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us. Finally they came to take our name (all the 3 tops were full and there were 3 of us).. she didn't give us a wait time or anything. It gave us time to watch what was going on. Lots of people sitting looked annoyed and waiting for whatever. Another guy came in and said they called ahead, party of 7 and She wrote it down and walked away. No words! Then 2 people walked in and sat themselves at the bar, another 2 came in and walked past us and the girl said, you can just sit there it's free. Seriously??? There was a family sitting at the bar and the woman was complaining about the food being burnt and the homefries not done right. She was really mad and the waitress was making lame excuses. WOW! Seriously I have never had this experience before. We left and went next door to Flynn's who altho they have a limited breakfast menu, at least the service was great, friendly and the food never disappoints. I got a muffin to go and it was so dry we couldn't eat it. AlsHe wanted to get the nitro cold brew but they only serve this is season. Maybe my expectations were too high but this is a new locale so I was expecting the bathrooms to be nicer/newer and cleaner, the tables had crumbs all over them despite the fact that the young man was cleaning and resetting them... there was obvious crumbs still there. He sat down to talk to someone while our cups were empty and he never brought us our waters we asked for. We had to ask for them from the owner..Maybe he's new but this was disappointing. It was very cold in there as well. So "A" for the food, "C" for atmosphere. The good news is these are all easily fixed.. maybe we give it another try at some point. read more

The food is good but the service is terrible. This is the second time we have visited and both times we felt like we were invisible. It took 20 minutes to even get a menu and another 15 for our order to be taken. The woman who took our order said that she wasn't our waitress and was just helping out. Once our order was taken our waitress never returned to our table to check on us and we had to stop her in order to ask for the check. It seemed like she was eager to check on all of the tables around us, so I'm not sure what we did wrong? We also ordered a side of sausage and it never came, but we got charged for it and they weren't accessible to ask them to change it, so after waiting 15 minutes, we ended up just paying for it so that we wouldn't have to be there any longer. Went here to try and find some good pancakes to celebrate Canada Day, and boy did my search pay off. HUGE pancakes, perfectly cooked. Massive selection of "specialty" pancakes. I tried the Cinnamon Swirl and it was awesome. I also had an omelet (they offer egg whites too) and they had kielbasa as a meat option. It was also very very good. The only complaint I might have is that the home fries were a little undercooked, but I'll have to try them a second time, might have just been a one time thing. To begin, you have to appreciate a breakfast place whose hours are "6ish to 2ish." Next, while I am sitting there people keep waking in and the staff knows everyone's name and even shares their order before they can say it. Since we aren't too far from Boston, I was waiting to see and here "Norm!" I decided to try the homemade corned beef hash special - oh geez, was it fresh. It was made while I waited and well worth the extra few minutes. Sitting next to the muffin cabinet I am tempted by everything from a chocolate croissant to a maple bacon with nuts or s'mores muffin. We brought a friend with severe food allergies. They took such care to make sure her food was cooked separately and safely. She felt so comfortable there we went back the following week. My husband and I decided to try this place after reading a review on Facebook. It certainly lived up to the glowing review it had gotten. We go out for breakfast often and when we go to a place for the first time we usually get a standard breakfast so we can compare. First of all and very important is the coffee - great tasting here! My eggs, ordered over medium, were perfect - not too runny and not too hard. My husband had scrambled eggs, which often times are really dry and rubbery but not these - fluffy and moist! So, these are the test for us at a new place. Now, the extraordinary items. The home fries are to die for - so perfectly done - crispy but not too and just the right softness inside each piece- cooked just right. My husband is a connoisseur of corned beef hash - he said Pushkart has the best he's tasted. Next time there, we'll branch out and have some of the really interesting items on the menu - stuffed French toast or creative omelettes but can't pass up on the home fries and hash. Great prices and friendly owners. Definitely on our return visit list. read more
