He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely cared about making the experience as easy as possible. Employees like Tim are what make people come back--he honestly deserves Employee of the Month and a raise. The rental process itself was incredibly well designed. Checking in on the iPad took just a few minutes, inspecting the vehicle and documenting any existing damage was simple, and I was on the road much faster than I expected. Everything felt modern, organized, and efficient. I was also impressed by how well Enterprise worked with my insurance. I have Progressive, and the negotiated insurance rate made the rental very affordable. My vehicle was being repaired at Pray Body Shop, and the coordination between the two companies made everything seamless. When my Audi was finished, I simply left the Enterprise rental at Pray Body Shop, and they handled returning it to Enterprise for me. It couldn't have been easier. She reserved an intermediate vehicle. With her membership status she would usually get an upgrade to a full size, SUV or luxury vehicle. We got a Nissan Sentra. The vehicle is not in optimal condition: dirty seats, dirty dashboard, 35k miles, noisy suspension... etc. my wife prepaid gas in full and we got the car with a half full gas tank. The lot was full with other vehicles, on a Wednesday afternoon. When my wife asked the manager if we could get any other of the cars at the location, the manager replied that was not possible because there was "no car sufficiency". However he did say that if we paid $30 per day we could get a small SUV (so there was availability, he just wouldn't upgrade us despite my wife's status). We will never rent from this location again, and would recommend other renters to go to any of the other car rental locations in Stamford.

In short they considered every time we passed the HH bridge and had a toll by mail charged to us was considered a violation. I tried to argue with them but they would not listen.
