Me, being a pretty tech-savvy gal, pulled up a few YouTube videos on how to change the brake light, and down to O'Reilly I headed. Once there I picked out the light bulbs I needed, and was greeted by Alejandro at the registers. I asked him to verify whether the bulbs I selected were compatible with my car model, and he went and picked out ones that were more affordable and also fit the model of my car. He was then kind enough to guide me on how to change the bulb and ten minutes later I was on my way with both brake lights working. I can't thank him enough for the help he provided. As an essential worker at a hospital, I am so grateful to have people like Alejandro available to assist us during these difficult, unprecedented times. Thank you!

When he spoke to the manager, the manager began mocking my dad in English, assuming he could not understand the language because he is Hispanic. The manager repeatedly said my dad could not return or exchange the part and made rude comments about him. What kind of manager belittles a customer and talks badly about them right in front of them? It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly came across as racist behavior. After the manager walked away, another employee stepped in and confirmed that my dad actually could exchange the part since it had been purchased that same day. So the manager was completely wrong. My dad has been a loyal customer at AutoZone for many years and has spent a lot of money there. No customer deserves to be treated this way. AutoZone seriously needs better management -- people who know how to treat customers with respect regardless of their background.

Short story long , my crossbar came off while I was driving one day and made the craziest banging…read moresound. I thought something happened to my rear suspension, but when I got home and was walking up our stairs, I looked back and realized the crossbar was completely detached. Sorry to whoever was driving behind me that might have caught a stray screw. Fast-forward to today. I had some of the parts, but definitely not everything. I walked into The Rack Spot with the crossbar in hand, and Joe came out from whatever he was working on in the back of the shop , I think it was some Tesla garbage , and completely stopped what he was doing to help me out. He found the part I needed and had the crossbar installed within minutes. He also recommended getting some locks for towers, installed those too, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
