First time at Puttshack and the layout of each hole was well organized. Nice indoor activity to when it's too hot out. You can also grab yourself a drink while playing. Our bartender Austin was great! He made a great presentation for the Porn Star Martini drink which was delicious. Austin was very attentive and gave great service making the overall experience wonderful! They also serve food so you can have a quick bite before or after playing. This place is family friendly. This review is only for the mini golf! First time here and it was a great experience. Made an online reservation for 5:00pm. Upon arriving, I was able to check in and started playing with our group right at 5pm. It was a fun experience and I thought it was really cool how the balls are tracked throughout your play. We had a few people groups ahead of us and only had to wait a few minutes between courses. Each course was unique and had some fun ways to earn extra points. Fun day - let me give you some basic deets so you can plan accordingly. The front desk is not your check in unless you want to eat. Make a reservation for food if you are planning on eating before or after. Go towards the food counter. There is a screen with your name and tee time. It will tell you where to go - it's a little crowded and creates a little anxiety in that small spot. Then you will go to your color and sign yourself in and a ball that's attached to your name will be dispensed. It's a pretty small space so a bit crowded. With that, the courses are cute and fun. The atmosphere is pretty and the decor is great. We had lunch. It was good. Everyone liked their food. The only thing I didn't like was their signature app. They donate money to the State. It didn't say cilantro in the description and it was full of cilantro. It is called Arizona Tailpipe. I hate cilantro so if like the description- go for it. Everyone liked their food. Our waitress was great. Food came out quickly for as busy as it was. Every inch of the of the place is decorated so fun. It's about $22 a round per person. Two apps were $30.00 which is fine. This review is for mini golf only. I would say 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. The idea of this is awesome, the execution still needs some kinks worked out. My husband and I came here on a Monday night and while it wasn't packed, it was still busy. There are four different courses separated by color and you are automatically assigned to a course. The problem is that there were 8 parties in a row assigned to the same color. So we were waiting in line for over 15 minutes to even get setup with a club and ball while the other color courses were empty. A staff member did eventually notice this and moved a few parties over the empty course to speed things along. Once we started things flowed pretty quickly and we didn't have a long wait for the next course. We were also told since we were a party of 2 we could jump around to any number and didn't have to go in order. We chose to go in order. The courses are interactive and creative. I really enjoyed having a different experience of mini golf (and something to do indoors). The people behind us realized halfway through that you actually want the highest points, not the lowest. It took us about 30 minutes to complete the 9 hole course. I would recommend to plan on eating here or doing more than 1 round. I am not sure how it works if you do another round because it seems the colors are randomly assigned for courses so I don't know if you'd get a different one or not. Great idea, horrible execution. I'll start with the positive. The holes were cool and unique, every hole felt different and unique although we only played 9 holes. They overbook like crazy. It felt packed like a night club for a 5pm on a Monday It was a little to much. We had reservations at 5pm, we got there at 4:55. The hostess poorly explained how to check in, we look at the screen and it was please wait approximately 22 min. We had dinner reservations at 6 so we were a little stressed about that. (Their website says about 30 minutes a round, so we planned accordingly). My girl asked the hostess why we have a 20 minute wait when our reservations were for 5 and she said "the time on the screen is your time, you need to go by that time. If people are going slow we push people back". It felt like we were an in inconvenience to ask her that. Her attitude left something to be desired. We talked to a manager and he said there is a 30 minute window. I think he was just covering his own butt because I do not remember seeing that on the website at all. They overbook. So you are pushed back past your reservation time, and then the course is crammed. You are right on top of each other. You feel extremely crammed and rushed because you have people waiting right behind you. I would not check this place out again in its current state. They have a lot of work to do read more

This was such a fun place to go (and with air conditioning)!I love the adult vibes and that there were less children here and it was large enough to fit 4 nine hole putting areas. They have food and drinks that you can purchase when there. I also liked that we could move to different holes and not have to wait for slow people in front of us, since it was pretty busy on a Saturday night. Your golf ball records all your scores and what holes you have done which makes the experience so much better than having to carry a pen and paper around. This was a great place to enjoy an afternoon of mini golfing when it's too hot to do anything outside. The menu was surprisingly good! I was expecting some basic American food (burgers and chicken strips) but they had some of the most unique appetizers I've seen at any restaurant. We wanted to try to them all! We got the Thai chicken that came with a peanut butter lime sauce and the chorizo empanadas that came with a chimichurri sauce and both were delicious. The service was extremely fast and friendly and the mini golf game was super fun. Somehow the course knows your ball and keeps track of the score for you which was super cool. My husband and I found a game that we both love, and agree this is the best version of indoor miniature golf. The people who work there are very helpful in explaining how the game works. It's all digital and keeps score for you. We got the Unlimited Putting and I wish I would have worn sneakers since we played a total of 4 rounds of 9 holes. We ate some appetizers after two rounds and that was perfect. The food is good but potions were smaller than we expected, so you really need one appetizer per person. The drink selection was good and next time we plan on coming back for Happy Hour. Overall this is a very fun activity and makes you want to come back. The only downside is that there are parts of the course that feel cramped and can get a little chaotic if kids are running around. We plan to go back during the week next time to see how busy it is. We went in the spring and it was great. Came back at Christmas with our son from out of town. Every other hole had a computer failure where it would not cue the game or the hole itself was not functioning properly.it was hard to find staff to fix and many times it took 10-12 mins to fix. The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to telling me how the golf course worked and what to expect. The golf course itself was so much fun, and with their electronic balls and unique course it was a very fun experience. Instead of just trying to get a ball in a hole there was a point system, trivia, and you can even get negative points I would highly recommend if you like different themes and challenges. I was finally able to make it here and decided to go on a weekday and right when they open to hopefully miss the super packed environment and ended up getting there around 15 minutes prior to opening and by the time we got in there were probably 60 people out front so I was shocked . Once we got in we checked in and everyone was registered prior so I would definitely suggest that to save quite a bit of time. We got on the Emerald course immediately and since we were the first ones on we got through it pretty quick . The courses were very cool and fun definitely well maintained . This is an indoor miniature golf course reminiscent of Chuckee cheese minus the pizza and animatronics. It is a pretty short course with it taking about 45 minutes to an hour or so to complete. You register and pay prior to starting with the staff being very friendly and helpful. I had fun but wasn't overwhelmed with excitement. My kids loved it and it's nice that you can play without eating or drinking. I would plan to come again if just looking for something to do in the area. The total cost was 55.00 with 2 adults one young adult and one child. There were 9 corses. Each player is assigned a ball. The balls electronically keep your score. Had a great experience at Puttshack on Saturday! Booking online is super easy, so is registering all the players. When we got there, our group wasn't listed on the screen, but it was a really easy fix. The staff members we interacted with were all friendly. We had a group of six playing 9 holes. They direct you to the course that you're doing - all of them are different, so you can come back to try a different one! We all had fun trying to get the highest score (unlike in regular golf lol) with the super tubes! They need to figure out a better way to order/get drinks while you're playing because it took awhile to get them. Otherwise, this was super fun and reasonably priced! Most of them are extremely short. It took our party of 2 about 15 minutes to clear the 9 holes. This included some waiting, but the staff encourages us to jump around different holes so that we didn't have to wait. For the price, we definitely didn't feel like we got our value out of it. I have so much to say about this whole experience I don't even know where to start. It went from excitement of going here to horribly dreading it after talking to the rude and inappropriate check in person. The manager wasn't helpful either unfortunately. I felt he wasn't listening or understanding the concerns. The concerns were left with loose ends and no explanation of why our 5pm reservation that I got texts and emails about said 5:20 pm when I went to the led board. I was looking for my name (well the name I chose for my party), and it wasn't there for any of the 5pm slots (again that's the time I was confirmed for). The check in person was like "well the time is the time you need to go by the time it says on the board". I said so does my reservation time of 5pm mean nothing? She said if people are playing slow we push the times back. The time is the time.I said is this listed anywhere ? I said I don't recall seeing this anywhere on the reservation screens. She said "no it's not written anywhere". I said well we chose 5pm because we have external reservations with friends so seeing our time was changed to 5:20 and you're saying the time is the time, isn't helpful. Can we get a credit for next time? She said "would you like a manager?" That was her response. Then the experience with the manager didn't help. He said the reservation time isn't like a regular tee time. We give you 30 min before or after your reservation time to start playing. That is just the beginning. We spend more time waiting to play than actually playing. The space is incredibly congested. You're constantly hearing "excuse me" or saying excuse me to people because there's literally nowhere to wait or move to play. The texts also have the most confusing check in process and don't explain "collect ball" is actually the ball dispenser that's mentioned via text. This whole thing was horrible. It wasn't fun. Waiting for the AI course and screens to load, change, etc was annoying and it took the fun out of regular mini golf. Finally, but not least, I chose a nickname for my team. It wasn't ANYWHERE on the board. I was shocked and appalled that my full name and other people's full first and last names were broadcast everywhere for all to see. Where was the name I chose? What happened? What about preserving the security and safety of your customers? Whoever came up with the scheduling and logistics, should not be in their role. If you enjoy a feel of a horribly disorganized, congested disarray of lines and spacial issues, while spending more of your time waiting for the parties of 4-6 in front of you to get done and then squeezing like sardines in small areas to wait some more for your next turn, this is the place for you. If you enjoy a check in employee who lacks customer service and interpersonal skills this is also the place for you. If you'd rather have a truly fun, organized, and comfortable experience, I recommend going to a regular (non AI) mini golf establishment. While the holes and concept is neat and unique, this is a huge fail. read more

Man I had such high hopes coming here I thought it was going to be like a normal mini golf place BUT little did I know it's only 9 holes and only takes about 30min at post to do the 9 holes. So $50 for a family of 4 to only do 9 holes. It's kinda a ripoff. Food I can't say bc they have pretty much zero gluten free options hummus with veggies isn't it.
