    Chupacabra Sandwich
    Jesse S.

Just want to say this place has the best food in town. There sandwich's are to die for drove all the way from boerne Texas jus to eat here ya it's that good. Also the chief has a great spirit very welcoming has many years of experience in the food industry. Service was incredible there fast not a long wait at all. I highly recommend this place if y'all are in the area.

    Caesar Salad

Sandwich was good but the $10 Caesar salad had little to no dressing and no toppings that were listed on the menu..

    It was that good

First timer, out of state professional cook. This place is out of sight! I had the Chupacabra Sandwich. Outstanding portion sizes, TASTEY toasted brioche and satisfying sauce in that bad boy. I seriously place this as a Favorite for lunch. Fun friendly staff and smoking good food. I'd bet $100 you can't have a bad sandwich here

    Jewish Reuben Sandwich

I must have picked the worst sandwich on the menu. All the reviews I read were stellar. I don't even want the other half of this sandwich. With a tip it came to just over $18. For that kinda money I need more corned beef and less sauerkraut, way less sauerkraut. The sandwich was a little corned beef in between too much sauerkraut, and a spicy remoulade that isn't spicy at all. All I could taste was bland remoulade, and sauerkraut. Eating it was arduous. The chips have a house spice mixture that I guess is novel, but I can't eat more than a few. Tasted sweet. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the music choice. What a bummer. I love a good sandwich joint. I don't think I am willing to fork out that kinda bread again and risk a repeat. Sauerkraut and remoulade over and under the corned beef. I just don't get it.

    come on in!

By far my favorite sandwich shop in town. I'm a Jimmy John's fan and have been for years. There good. I put PVD over them for the variety and uniqueness of the wraps, sandos, and salads they offer here. Big portions, great ingredients, unique house spreads and sauces. Creative menu of wraps and sandos you font find other places. Fast service for take out orders as I've done. Super good value for the price. Offers first responder and military discounts also.

Didn't use them.but were intrigued by the house sauces

So good, I almost forgot to take a picture!Momma's chicken salad and a Ruben on gf bread!! What I can say is that this little hole in the wall blew us away! Spiced house chips are addictive but the sandwiches were the star of the show. Well worth finding and trying. The only negative is the soda machine. I thought it tasted off but not a reason to not try. Bathrooms are spotless and all around a great experience!!! Mmmmm mmmmm!

    Bryans Knuckle Sandwich

We got the Ladder and Bryan's Knuckle and they were so delicious! Definitely the best sandwich we've had in San Angelo. The people there were super friendly and made it a great spot to be. If you're deciding whether or not to make it a "meal", the chips are so yummy (whatever their flavor is is amazing!) and I got the cream soda that was delicious too. Worth it!!

The homemade chips are amazing and so are the sandwiches. I usually get the "dirty Mike" greatest sandwich I've ever eaten.

The turkey sandwich with pesto and mozzarella is really good. It has a strange name, that I do not remember. The house chips are also great.

Went to Jason's Deli on Knickerbocker Rd. I've been to J.D. in other cities, but not in San Angelo…read more Decided on the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Basil Soup. Arrived at Jason's, and there was a line more than halfway to the door. This might take a while because I noticed only one person taking orders. Before you know it, I was next to order. Then I saw a hand wave above the cash register, motioning me to come over. That's when I noticed they have three areas open to take orders, and two of them are, let's say, not very tall people. Their heads were lower than the cash registers. You could not see them, but that line disappeared really quickly. Anyway, I placed my order, 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Soup, and a Diet Dr Pepper drink. The lady replied back my order and asked what kind of soup, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I asked her to repeat that, and she said, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I said, I'm sorry, could you repeat the last part. She said, Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I then said, Tomato Basil Soup will be fine. For the life of me, I could not understand what kind of soup Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw was, and I don't know if that sounded good or not. But I do know Tomato Basil Soup is a good soup. FYI, the 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread has two-slices of Cheddar Cheese and one-slice (in the center) of Muenster Cheese. That really sounds gooeygoodness to me. I grabbed my cup and number, filled my cup with Diet Dr Pepper (the Texas Coke), and located a table. This place is really busy with only a couple tables open. When one table is available, their Table-Cleaner is right there preparing it for the next customer. That is Service at its Best. Nicely done Jason. In a couple of minutes, my order arrived, and the Tomato Basil Soup was served in a Kettle Bowl style with Chunks of Tomato throughout and melted Chedder Cheese on top. Not what the picture showed on-line, and that looked delicious, and this looks better - Love It. However, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich is cut into small quarters. This 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is one-tiny-slice, but nicely toasted. Peeked inside for the cheese, and it's only a small dab of yellow and white. This is not a "Brylcreem Commercial" where a 'Little Dab Will Do Ya', it's a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and I'm looking for the Cheese. I do not see how this could be three-slices, which doesn't even go to the edge of the toast. The Tomato Basil Soup is absolutely Delicious and Flavorful, and loving those chunks of tomatoes. Love That Soup. The 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is toasted perfectly and has the perfect crunch in every bite. Once in a while, you could actually taste a little cheese, but not often. The only thing I was disappointed in was their Grilled Cheese Sandwich with very little cheese. Other than that, I enjoyed my lunch and loved their Tomato Basil Soup. When I left, there was still a line, and it was moving pretty fast. Now I'm wondering what that Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw soup was and how it tasted. I didn't see it on the menu board, so it must be something new they are trying. Maybe next time I will order it, but with something other than the Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Check out a Jason's Deli near you, and if they have it, try the Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw soup and let me know how it taste.

My Wife's 'Pecanberry Saladty' is Very Colorful with three-containers. A Nice-Size Salad and lots of Tastylicious Dressing. My Wife Loved her Salad, said it was Crisp, Tasty and Very Flavroful - and a lot. She took some home along with two-containers of dressing. My 'McAllisters Club' was also Very Delicious with lots of Meat & Cheese stacked up. It also was a touch of Sweetness that really added to the flavors and the Toast was Toasted All-The-Way-Through for that Perfect Crunch. I ate all of mine because that's what I do.
