I say the experience was cool as far as customer service. However, the guarantee of losing you to 3.5 inches your first visit is bogus. I say this as a woman in her 40s who goes to the gym 6 days a week and who's very familiar with how to measure my body, the tape measure is not supposed to create an indent as if you put on too small jeans. I completed 4 laser lipo and Dr. Dean was very informative on the phone getting me to buy his laser lipo. I never met him nor did he follow up with any treatments. The lab tech was very nice and clean environment. This program works ONLY if you exercise, drink lots of water and eat healthy no fat or alcohol. I have to wonder if my results would be the same without spending this kind of money! I think they would..my clothes didn't fit much different and I Did Not see the fat gone in areas I wanted. The absolute worst place ever. They have zero idea as to what they are doing. My technician was there for less than a week. She couldn't answer any of my question. I was told that the doctor would be there. Heck no. He's a front on the phone only. They had me sign documents even before the pricier was done. I had my first appointment yesterday. Dr. Dean is awesome . He's friendly with a great sense of humor. Very comfortable environment, his assistant is awesome as well. During the placement of the equipment when I would Inhale and my stomach would expand I could touch the equipment. But during the 11 minutes I could literally feel move it in my stomach and by the end of the 11 minutes when I would inhale, I could no longer reach the equipment. My stomach had literally shrunk. I planned on going in to see the doctor, but I'm happy I didn't jump the rope to soon,I found I have a lot of other issues going on in my body that I need to have fixed first. however I spoke to him, I can assure you he is very knowledgeable about the process & procedure and will answer any questions you have. After leaving on my 1st treatment all my clothes still the exact same. I wasn't allowed to see the measurements and was told the 1/2 inch around my waist it was less than expected.That i lost inches on my sternum... Umm i left with the same tightness in my shirt. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction wanting my money back or the money for the last treatment. I was told i "had stellar results. Losing INCHES." I lost nothing. That there was no way to know if i "followed the protocols" .... I kept the appointment because i hoped to talk to him and show that i was following the protocols and see what can be done. Complete waste of money!!! This is not a doctors office but a salon suite. I never met or saw the "DR" in person. I had a phone consult and Dr Dean said I was a great candidate based on my eating, water and exercise. I did 4 treatments and look worse than I started. The measurements are a joke and can easily be manipulated. I then get an email that I need another 10 treatments to see results due to my body type, at $500per treatment! This does nothing, it's based out of their home where you walk past their laundry to use the bathroom. They have a very strict cancellation policy yet when they missed my appt there was no credit for my driving there. You undress infront of the evaluator and it was very awkward. Then they ask you on the spot if you want to sign up for more.... The measurements done with a tape measure and get pulled differently each time. Was supposed to get an email after with my results and photos and never heard from them. Scam with no results. Save ur money read more

They only give you a 24 hour reminder text. But they require 48 hour cancellation so if you tell them on that 24 hour reminder text that you can't make it they still charge you a 50$ cancellation fee. Just a suggestion give customers a 48 hour reminder text in case others have to cancel they don't get charged. read more

I received one treatment and felt very sick the afternoon plus next 2 days. I contacted them and stated that I would not be attending my future sessions. They assured me that it was not the treatment and I can honestly say I can not prove whether it is or is not the treatments. I was talked into paying for 3 sessions upfront instead of the new patient 2 session. I emailed them and asked if I could be refunded back to the new patient 2 session then forfeit my 2nd session. I felt it was a reasonable business request as I did sign paperwork stating no refunds. They declined. Business is a funny thing as it is a relationship that is give and take. At first I was a lil apprehensive about stripping down to my undergarments in front of a complete stranger but there is a dressing room provided and his assistant was present, after speaking with Dr. Dean I discovered that he is very personable ( Read his reviews) and actually takes time to answer any questions I had, my first session went smoothly with 8 inch loss from my lower extremities. I would give zero stars if I could... I paid $1500 for 6 "belly blaster" sessions which I did over an 8 week period of time. I removed all alcohol from my diet. I cut out sugar and fattening foods. I essentially went from a garbage diet to incredibly healthy along with working out daily. I was told I lost ~5" total on my upper and lower abdomen. The 5" was absolutely from the change of diet and from losing my bloat from menstrual cycle. The lipo did not help at all! I wasted $1500 and 12 hours on the road as the "office" was an hour from my house. I am so disappointed and so angry for wasting so much money. I would not recommend. If I could do it all over, I would've saved the money and gone under for fat removal. It also did not tighten any skin. read more
