4.5 stars! My children and I stopped by for lunch. They shared a snack size pizza and I had a snack size for myself! They did end up loving it so much they probably could have split the next size up, so I know for next time. We didn't have drinks just 2 snack size pizzas and it was $21. That's not terrible but I feel like for the price the pizzas could have been a little bigger. The flavors on my Hawaiian were so good along with the spicy marinara! The jalapeños do have seeds so be mindful if you don't like spice! The kids loved the handwashing station and I appreciated it after their hands got so messy! The employees were super nice and we had a good lunch together. The only rub I had was that as far as I could see, napkins were not readily available. They have lots of seating options be it outside, inside at a bar height table, booth seating and table seating. I did have to ask for napkins. Our family absolutely loves Pyros. We go so much that they know our order and our love for spicy ranch. The servers and staff are always friendly and most of them remember us. The restaurant is on the smaller side with a few tvs and several types of seating. TRAVELERS BEWARE My husband and I were tired from a long drive. Dan wanted something close because he was tired of driving. There is a nationally known pizza place just under 3 miles from where we are. We chose Pyros because it's a little closer and it had a 4 star review. What were those people thinking??? Actually, there are a lot of bad reviews. Most seem to be from travelers. Travelers, if you don't heed my advice, for goodness sake's don't order on line if you plan to pick it up. Dan would have loved to have it delivered, but he drove there and picked it up to save money only to find out that if you order in line, you are charged a delivery fee EVEN IF YOU DON'T GET DELIVERY. Not only that, but they don't have a lane for those just picking up. He had to get in a long line behind people placing orders. As for the quality of the food. The pizza was cold. It was a lot smaller than we expected. I would say it's 10". The thin crust was not crispy. We got a chicken pesto pizza. The chicken was not evenly distributed. If you mix sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil, you will have some strong and delicious flavors. It makes a delicious salad. It needed something to make it taste like pizza besides a better crust. Quick service in house, fresh cooked pizza made your way. I have ordered most of the salads by door dash and they are unbelievably fresh and tasty. If you get the entree salad it is huge. The only salad I haven't had is the BBQ, the other 4 I've had are really good. My favorite is the poppyseed Chicken. Depending on what I'm feeling I'll rotate through Cajun, Southwestern and Mediterranean. Haven't been disappointed yet. Stopped here on my way to Indiana. No line, was able to order my pizza once i decided what i wanted. Build your own, or order one of the standard pizza's. More than one size to choose from. Pizza sauce has good flavor and not overwhelming. Cheese/sauce ratio was good. Pizza was thin but it didn't have that cracker taste/thin-ness. Would have liked it to be a little more crisp. (maybe cooked one more minute) Didn't stop me from eating it all. The interior is modern, inviting and i would return if ever in the area again. read more

We ordered 2 Speciality pizzas: sun and shade, pesto; and 2 build your own: a cauliflower crust, and a pepperoni and Italian sausage. The reaction to these was a mixed bag. First of all, the service. They were ordered over the phone and they were supposed to bring out the pizzas when done. Unfortunately they didn't, and 15 minutes later our buyer had to go inside and found them under the heat lamp, so they lost a little taste there. The cauliflower crust was disappointing. Very few veggies. One person like the sausage and pepperoni, one thought it was merely average. The pesto and sun and shade were pronounced very good. Absolutely loved the experience at this pyros location. The staff was friendly and they aren't stingy with toppings which is nice. They kept the line moving. They had a wide selection of toppings. Pyro`s Fresh Pizza with bbq sauce, mozzarella cheese and a number of different toppings. The Cajun chicken and veggie sausage were well seasoned. We got the entree size pizza. They also have a snack size and kid crust size. My favorite part was their crust. Loved the thinness of it so it was moreso tasting all the toppings instead of getting full with crust thickness. After you pay for the food you get a table number and they bring your order out to you which is nice. Plenty of space to eat inside or out. This place is amazing! My discipleship group meets bi-weekly to study the Bible together. This week we decided to try this location. Everything from the Customer Service and taste of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent! The staff were very professional. Being that this was my first time trying Pyro's, I was new to the concept. So, I naturally had lots of questions. The staff was patient and answered each one in detail WITH NO PROBLEMS! The flavor and freshness of the pizza is second to none! Let's just say the entire group was quiet while eating. First let me share the pizzas were good for the two of us. Getting a drink and refill... Well, not as convent as before the china virus... The staff now fills and refills (if you can get their attention! Ugh!!). I'm not a fan of them servicing my drink... they need to do batter about the drink part. What rated such a low score this time was the service aspect. Customer service by the Staff runners delivering the pizzas. What we witnessed at a neighboring table was a total lack of respect. An older women was sitting by herself. She was waiting for her food that was being ordered by her son and daughter-in-law. This older women had no idea what was being order for her. So when the pizza came out, she started to eat the pizza. I'd do the same! We saw the pizza arrive and were happy to see her eating... All was right with the world...Until... A staff runner came over to this older women and said the wrong pizza was delivered. The older women didn't fight her as she appeared to have difficulty speaking (due to illness I assumed). The runner was quick and not taking time to explain fully the pizza situation and hers would be out. Neither did the runner offer the older women the option to keep the pizza she already started to eat. The runner picked up the older womens pizza, walk to the table adjacent to the older women and apologized to couple "B" for the pizza screwup and that she HAD to take older womens the pizza and throw it away. Didn't even offer the pizza back to the older women... Going in the trash! We watched all this unfolding... My heart sank for this older women.... They could have let her finished the wrong pizza delivered the original order to the older women. Could have redone the order for couple "B" and everyone would have been happy. So couple "B" was happy after the reorder. My wife and I were disgusted by what we saw and I spoke with the older women and her family. This was their first visit and they were so disgusted by what unfolded they told me it would be their last! With their permission I shared what I witnessed with the Manager on duty: Victor. He appreciated my sharing the events. I hope he made it right by the older women and her family! This lack of customer service and caring is really showing itself in so many places. I'm in a customer service field. It is one of the most important aspects of my work. So to see what happened and how someone could be so cold and callous is simply: Disgusting! read more

Crust is cracker thin and selection of toppings is extensive although not top quality for the tad overpriced 11" pizzas at $8.30. Lines are long but there is plenty of parking. Let me start by saying this is not my first visit to Pyro's, but let me tell you what prompted this visit and the surprises I received when I got there... I was watching an episode of Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives last night, and Guy visited a place in Cali that served Gluten Free pizzas. This particular pizza had a gluten free crust, pesto, mozzarella/provolone mix, pepperoncinis, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sweet onions, feta, sausage, and parmesan on top. I thought to myself, I HAVE to recreate that...it looked AMAZING. Here's where Pyros enetered my thought..."Going there tomorrow". I've started eating better and doing less meat, more flexitarian. Looked online before I got there and saw not only gluten free crust, but cauliflower...YES!!!! No gluten issues, just a preference of change. Rounded up the kids and headed out. Got there and started to build my pie, but when I walked up to the counter to order I noticed something that caught my eye...THEY HAVE VEGGIE BASED SAUSAGE!!!!! I got so excited, I hit a little jig...my son was amused. So, I built my pie from what they had...cauliflower crust, pesto, mozzarella, veggie sausage, green olives (kalamatas=salty, green=salty), red onions, artichoke hearts, banana pepper rings, and feta. Waited a little bit and they brought my pie. It was beautiful! Taste was going to be the next obstacle to overcome. Sprinkled the parm they have and a little red chili flakes and took a bite. I don't know what the one on Triple D tastes like, but my recreation was SOOOO GOOD. I just knew that cauliflower crust HAD to taste better than those store bought frozen pizzas, and IT DID. I was so happy with my decision. I ate the whole thing up before I thought about taking a pic. I'm so happy that Pyros is one of the establishments that is listening to people who want to do better nutrition wise or want to love what they once did but can't because of diet intolerances, and I appreciate their efforts...hats off! read more
