He's so moody, and off-putting, there's usually no one singing, or like me I'll come see it's him, maybe stick around to sing 1 song and then leave. He takes too many breaks, he clearly has favorites, he doesn't seem to know how to set up a que , and also run a ticker at the bottom of his screen so people can know where they are in the line up... he actually will tell you to Go Away! He already saw you, and put your name in. Tell him your song when you're called. Then on another night, you make eye contact, and you don't want to get barked at, so you don't approach with your name... and then 2 hours goes by. There are only 5 singers, so you do approach and you're told that you're not ever going to sing if you don't tell him that you want to!!! This Guy?!?! Colt, you want to be tipped, so why are you so rude? I've asked you this question several times before. At least try. Anne now to the FILTH - The bathrooms! Awful! Usually not tended to, in an entire evening, as there isn't a body available to do so! Many peeps use neighboring establishment's facilities instead... The interior at Pyzano's was filthy dirty and begging for updates in 2010!! This place is Never Deep Cleaned. It's barely surface cleaned and vacuumed! BRING HAND SANITIZER! And WIPES or MIC COVERS, (available on Amazon) for Karaoke mics! The windows, floors, seats, table tops, mirrors and other wall accessories are layered in either thick dust, or sticky, germy, grime. The carpet has been worn so thin in areas, that it's torn and is hazardous! When you approach Pyz, you're slapped in the face with dirty, greasy finger-printed windows and doors.. PLEASE, just WASH YOUR WINDOWS AND DOORS!! It's not hard, just takes elbow grease if you're unable to pay for a service contract. Take pride in your business! Clean it up!! This place is hit or miss. Never consistent at all. There is only one gentleman that does the karaoke fairly and efficiently. The owner tends to hover around a lot. Which is uncomfortable at times. I will never go to this establishment again. My partner and I went out to dinner on Friday, May 30th, 2025 and afterwards stopped by Pyzano's to watch people sing karaoke. I have been here 1-2 times before. I ordered one drink (vodka cranberry with a splash of pineapple) The bartender immediately had a terrible attitude. He checked our ID's and put the flash on his phone and took a long, hard stare at my partners ID. Once he handed me my very watered down drink, he asked if I'd like to leave the tab open or close it. I chose to close it and I chose not to tip due to his very unfriendly, miserable attitude. The total was $10.25. The next day I look at my bank statements and I was charged one transaction of $10.25 and an additional transaction of $8.00. I decided to let the statement process, thinking maybe this is a fee that will be reversed or an error of some kind. Nope. Days later, the statement was processed and I was charged a total of $18.25 for one drink. While filling out the receipt, I left the tip part blank (a mistake I'll never make again) and wrote the total down-$10.25. I am assuming this bartender made a deceitful and dishonest decision and took it upon himself to turn my "10" into an "18" and leave himself a tip he did not deserve. The man was of Asian decent and looked to be around in his mid 30's-40's. Pyzano's, you lost a costumer because when I called your establishment to try and explain the situation and find a solution- a woman on the phone took down my name and number, details of the situation, and told me she would make sure the manager gets back to me and "gets to the bottom of this" and never called me back. I called on two separate occasions and was told they would get back to me. I'm from the Bay Area, and have used my card at multiple bars and establishments and have never had something like this happen. I moved to this small town 2 years ago. I would usually bring friends visiting town to this place, as I've had fun watching the karaoke here the few times I've been here. But if I cannot trust that the workers you have here will be honest and trustworthy when I hand them my card, I will no longer step foot in this place. I get it- it's a dive bar, I'm not expecting a lot but I don't think asking for honesty is a lot. You shouldn't take advantage of people because you're assuming that they're under the influence and you can get away with it. If you want a tip for pouring a drink so badly, try cracking a smile or saying hello. I was stone cold sober walking into this place, and walking out. It's pretty terrible to do this to people. It's not the $8 that is extremely important, but it's the principle of the situation. I cannot imagine how many people have had their money stolen from them here. Goodbye Pyzano's! read more

Are used to come here for karaoke a couple years back. When my KJ switched to a different establishment, I went there instead. Today I came to play in their free poker league, and have some lunch. My bill came to $28 and I left a 22% cash tip for the server. Later that day, I am checking my credit card receipts and there is a $30 pre-authorization on my card I went back to the bar to inquire about it, and the owner tells me they have to do that because some people don't pay their tabs. As I explained, that is not my issue as a paying customer and you don't have the right to pre-authorize my card for any amount of money, except for what I ordered and a tip if I choose to leave one on the credit card. In 40 years of eating in bars and restaurants, not once has somebody pre-authorize an amount on my card for more than what it should have been. The owner kept telling me they have to do it because of the people that walk out on their tabs. There are many solutions to that other than having peoples cards pre-authorized without their permission. So what they are saying is if even I had a four dollar beer you were going to freeze $30 on my card? Number one don't run tabs, if someone hand you a card that is declined and will not pay the amount keep the card until they pay their tab. Or, tell the customer ahead of time that you were going to pre-authorize an amount on their card. Then if the customer is OK with it, there is no problem. This is especially a problem in this day and age when you see the posts of fast food, restaurants adding extra things to your order and people in the bar business changing the amount of your tip. It is sad it is come to this day when you have to take a photo of every receipt to protect yourself. The poker group was run very professionally, and it was a good group of people. The biggest problem was the restrooms have had issues for a few weeks now. Every time someone opened the men's restroom the sewer smell wafted out into the bar area. In closing, it would have been nice if even the server or the owner would have said that they were sorry that I did not know about the charge being extra on my card until it actually processes but instead, it's excuse on why they carry out a bad business practice because of them, allowing people to not pay their tabs. read more

Ok , so this is a smallish bar that sits in a strip Mall. I have been coming to this mall almost daily over the past 15 years. I have no idea how long Pyzano's has been here, but I kick myself for not coming here sooner. Why 5 stars? Chicken. Broasted chicken. Not greasy fried with super thick coating. Not dried out over cooked, use to be chicken. But honest to goodness delicious moist chicken with a thin crispy coating that is seasoned perfectly. My husband and I trade off who chooses dinner each night. (Seriously saves my sanity and probably saved my marriage too) Last night I decided on something close to home and was originally thinking pizza and beer. Thought I would take a chance since it's so close to home. We noticed on the menu "broasted chicken" and was wait? What? Seriously? We had a favorite place years ago in a different part of the state where we got chicken on a regular basis. Sadly driving 4 hrs one way for dinner is not an option. I am happy to say we have found what was missing in our poor pathetic overworked lives and can now look forward to a place to solve our chicken drought. I would like to start off by saying that our server here was friendly and attentive, that's about the about the only positive experience I had here (otherwise I would've rated this place a 2). I didn't think it would be hard to mess up on breakfast food...but it happened. I came here with my siblings and we ordered a few dishes that included chicken fried steak, breakfast burrito, Italian omelette, side of ham steak, and country gravy. My brother really loves his chicken fried steak and will usually finish it regardless...but he did not this time. The meat and ham was hard and did not taste good. Oh my... what another fun find. So looked up this place on Yelp and it said it had a full bar etc. I looked at the menu and was surprised to see they had quite the array of food. I for some reason thought they were only an Italian food place. I was never really intrigued by the front of the place. I had always seen it when I went to the liquor store but was never intrigued to go in. Not sure what it was this time but I said want to try this place out. Went in and sat at the bar as usual, it's a tiny little place, but cute. Took a few minutes to get some service but the bartender was very nice and was very helpful. We looked over the menu and there were so many good yummy things on there I was at a loss at what I wanted. DH and I saw there was broasted chicken on there and we ordered 6 pieces!! We also had something called mojos- which are simliar to JoJo's but flat. I guess they are not on the menu but you can ask for them, they were yummy too. I loved how good the chicken tasted. I knew I was going to hell for sure, I have been trying to stay away from stuff like fried chicken but this was too good to pass up! Going to try and go in here on a regular basis. This place was a crazy good time! We went on a Friday night and the staff advised us that they were having a "luau" complete with umbrella drink specials, leis, and hula lessons. Afterwards, they had their infamous karaoke which seemed to included a bunch of "regulars" along with newbies like me. The kj was very enthusiastic, encouraging audience participation for the good "sing-a-long" songs as well as throwing a few dance songs in here and there, which seemed to please the majority of the packed bar. People watching was some of the best I've witnessed in a while - all ages were present. My only minor gripe was that there was one bartender/server that seemed to be bothered with the fact that I was drinking club soda with lime. When she would get my hubs a beer, she would 3/4 fill my drink and slide it towards me like it was a bother. Word to the wise: DDs are not a bunch of cheapskates. First of all the pizza and fried chicken is to die for. That being said. It's a sports bar. Happy hour is fun and affordable. The wait staff are fantastic. Aritha is energetic as a baby goat in a tornado. A goatnado of fun and she should have her own television show. She makes a lot of custom drinks and isn't afraid to try suggestions either. Not a big fan of karaoke but when the drinks are flowing and the people start singing good or bad it's awesome. If you want a have a good time and do a little keno or video poker there's that too.
