When I arrived, they took my temperature on my wrist, which I understand has to be done, and they were really relaxed and respectful about it. Then, when Erika came to take me back, she talked through what I wanted with me, offering her suggestions when I needed them. The shampoo was very nice, their quiet sink room was really relaxing, and when my hair was cut and they needed to dry it, Erika had a second stylist help her, which really made me happy. Usually I just sit for half an hour while one person tries to wrestle with drying my hair. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant and I highly recommend this salon. And Erika!

I appreciated this advice because the other salon I was going to was very adamant about me coming every 8-10 weeks so my hair never got a chance to grow. I didn't go in with a photo of Megan Fox or Amanda Seyfried because I secretly wanted to have their face. No, I showed the hair stylist a literal photo of myself, and I came out looking like a drug addict. I wanted Zooey Deschanel bangs and got Joan Jett instead. I don't want to reveal my identity, but I've attached a photo of my eyes after crying for 3 straight hours. And I was really attached to my haircut because it was a symbol of getting over my newfound freedom after a shitty breakup, and now I'm back to square one!
