I've been coming here since they opened this location. I got my pedicure done and the lady kept Filling my skin. I told her in the moment it hurt and she kept on filling my skin. My toe was SWOLLEN for a few days and it burned so bad. So because my toe looks disgusting, I was afraid that I would get an infection and I went into the salon and showed them my toe and he just kept telling me to watch it for a few days and the pain should go away. I just left it utterly shock. They didn't offer any help, no sympathy, nothing. read more

I usually go to the other Q Nail Bar but they were busy and suggested I try their other location. So I was hopeful but left disappointed, Jason was rushing me the entire time and appeared annoyed when I picked colors that would not work for my "dark toe". I chose 3-4 colors and he refused to try them on or suggest something similar to the light pink shade that I wanted. I felt so anxious the entire time I was sitting in the chair there - what was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned out to be so stressful! I will not be going there again. The only reason I gave 2 starts is because the color I ended up with eventually grew on me- granted I chose that after 4-5 he rejected. Jason was getting annoyed by the amount of time it was taking to pick a color despite me telling him it was for an important event so I needed a specific color. I wish he would've just gone along with my chosen colors even if it wouldn't cover the dark toe. I let him know that my toe nail appeared lifted and if we could file it down or cut it, he said no it would ruin the shape. My toe broke from the left corner 2 weeks later. read more

Vibe, wait time, I checked in before 6 people who were all sat before me, didn't make sense. The person I went with was almost finished with her service before I was even offered a chair. Even though I checked in before her too. Make it make sense, a pedi and mani require a bowl of water to soak. Stopped by Friday around 3:49pm & I was worried they would be busy. Upon entering, we were able to get 2 pedicures right away. The salon was clean and looked really nicely set up. The 2 lady's working on our pedicures were so nice and they did a great job. They had disposable liners in each bowl & used new tools for us. First time here and this new business is off to a good start. They have a grand opening promo of 10% going on right now that will last till the end of the month. They have a high end design inside with beautiful chandeliers and marble looking flooring. The pedicure booths have a nice massage I love the relaxing pedicure. I felt so relaxed with the warm lavender neck pillow. The christmas songs and the christmas tree added a touch of festiveness. I got the relaxation spa pedicure and gel manicure! The salon looks very clean and nice. I like their sign in system. I went there to do my manicure and wax. It looked really busy. I decided not to wait for mani as it would be 20 minutes wait but we all know they say 20 minutes and in reality it turns into one hour. But I did the wax. I had to wait but it wasn't bad. As soon as we walked in the store we could smell the strong smell of nail polish remover. We got served immediately but we got a lady who spoke very little English. It was a pain to get the color I wanted and she kept mumbling stuff in Vietnamese. I'm fine with people speaking whatever language is easy for them but we could barely understand what she was saying. Definitely my last time coming here. I try to support business in the community wherever I live . This is my third time coming and it's always a bad experience so that's it for me . Today instead of getting gel I decided to get regular polish and I noticed that it was coming out lumpy and the nail tech tells me that's because I got regular polish and if I gotten gel it would be smooth. I mean I thought by coming to the nail shop it's going to smooth gel or not . I hate to micromanage someone doing a service for me , I feel like it's rude but I'm literally doing it as I type . This nail shop opened up probably less than a year ago, I believe it is an extension of the original Q Nail bar, but just like the original it's very nice. I like this one more, I feel like it's smaller gets less busy and more calmer! Staff is nice, beautiful atmosphere, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon! read more

I walked in and told the blonde lady dressed in tan shirt with long tan skirt that I was already checked in. She told me to have a seat. My daughter in law was already seated and being serviced. My nails looked just as pictured! The edges are a bit messy on one finger on my other hand, but they overall look great. I got them for a winter formal and they are completely suited for the task. My technician, I believe her name was Lin, was very nice and checked in frequently to ensure I liked my nails. I got white chrome acrylics and spent about 50-60 dollars or so, the pricing is very reasonable. The results were very good based off what I paid. The salon itself has a great atmosphere and was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. I would come back again! read more

The staff is friendly and they have a lot of colors to choose from which is nice however I wouldn't bother making an appointment since it doesn't really mean much. I had an appointment today for a gel pedicure and fill manicure and arrived on time and waited 25 minutes only to be placed in a pedicure chair afterwards and then had to wait an additional twenty minutes for someone to start the pedicure. By that time the water was already cold. After the pedicure was finished they put me in a corner chair and told me to wait for a my manicure. It's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for it to be started. My issue is if you didn't have time to honor an appointment I made a week ago just mention that up front instead of having your clients waste hours to get nails done. read more

Went in for a pedicure which cost me $81. The woman rushed through it. Cuticles not cleaned good, the gel overlay looks horrible and uneven and the shape of the nails is uneven as well. For such a high price point you would expect a much better service. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place! read more

Just left the new location of Q Nails 2 , treated myself to mani , pedi with Anglina she came from the other location. Service was impeccable, the style is contemporary, Brite and up beat , and not so pretense and covered in pink that a man would feel uncortatable. It's light Brite white with brown and glod accents. Review update: I was very happy with this place until today. When a customer wants something done in a certain way and they're paying The shop shouldn't argue with the customer. Tell the customer that they won't fix the nails They were unhappy with until they come in for their next appointment. I literally came in because the nails were all uneven. They were way too thick. And then words were put in my mouth saying that I wanted them to be thick when that wasn't the case and then arguing the whole time to fix them. If I'm a customer why are you arguing with me to fix them? I'm paying for service that you guys provide and if I'm paying for it, I want it done right and the way that I want it so with that being said, I will never return here and it's sad because I really did love this place but what I got today in the treatment I got was unacceptable so I will find somewhere else to go and never step foot in this place again. You don't treat your customers like that that's ridiculous and tell me that I didn't give you guys a bad.
