I LOVE the ladies who work at this salon!!! They are wonderful people who are fantastic at their jobs. The ladies greet me with a warm welcome and are very nice and attentive throughout my manicure and pedicures. They provide great customer care and mani/pedi services. They really go above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy. I've been here 3 times so far and left each time loving my manicure and pedicure and very excited to have my next manicure and pedicure. Vy is so sweet and awesome! She did my eyelashes, a mix between long and medium. It took about 15-20 min along with an eyebrow wax. I love how she made my eyelashes look just a little bit extra while maintaining a natural look. My eyebrows look FANTASTIC, which its so hard to do and I've been searching EVERYWHERE for someone who can manage them. All in all, the service and product were great! I have been here a few times already but I came here twice for the individual lashes (25$ one.) I make my appointment with Vy (Vi) and she does an excellent job! She was gentle when applying the lashes and very knowledgable at what she does. The lashes for the price is a great deal and I just came back for my refill which was only 10$! Super affordable and the lashes are comfy to me. I get a lot of compliments! She also can do other services such as facial and nails. I will be coming back for a facial and to try the expensive individual lashes (which is 1 strand by one). I look forward to my next visit. I have been going to Nancy for a few years now. She does an excellent job! She is so precise in her craft and she is also a kind person. She makes you feel comfortable and wants you to be totally satisfied with your lashes. She applies them super evenly. I ALWAYS get comments about how pretty my lashes look (from men and women). I was searching for someone who could do my eyelashes for my birthday (next day) and thought I was going to be out of luck. All of the other searches were either too expensive, had mixed reviews or not available to do them til another time. Came upon Nancy's, called the next morning at 10 when they opened and was able to schedule a same day appointment. They called an hour before to remind me of my appointment and even provided directions w/o me having to ask. Due to having a massage appointment that ran too long and being new to the area, I was 10 minutes late but Vy was very understanding. Great w/ conversation. Lashes beautiful. Walked right in and no one was there (yes!) so they ask what I want and I pick my pedicure color and tell Vivian what type of tip I want. They started right away and everything is good. I picked the basic pedicure ($22) and get a full set : solar ($25) . Everything is good, very friendly and nice !! They do speak in their language in front of you.. Kind of rude but have great customer service. She kind of nicked my skin with the file machine thingy. Let that pass. Well i really wasn't paying attention to my pedicure but when I got into my car I noticed it wasn't a great job. Ugh! So I went here on a Friday after a long week of work, I was honestly so frustrated, stressed and annoyed from this whole week but as soon as I walked in my whole attitude was changed. I LOVE NANCYS DAY SPA, they are so warm, inviting and they do a DAMN good job of making you feel relaxed. They paid so much attention to my care and service and I can honestly say I've never received better customer service and my fingers and toes have never been so cute!!! They really put their all into making sure I was satisfied and happy and it worked! I am not a rich girl nor do I look like one but they treated me like I was royalty, so much so that as cheap as I am I just had to leave a tip afterwards because when the service is that good you have to show thanks in more than one way. Terrific pedicure experience- a great combination of service, quality, and value. I came on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm with a girlfriend and were immediately seated down. The color selection was sufficient but wish there were more OPI options and things outside of the red scale. The massage chairs themselves are comfortable but not the most up to date. However the staff working there are super friendly and do a really thorough job cleaning your feet. They use the holy grail of all feet tools- the metal cheese grater thing! My feet haven't felt this smooth and clean in months! For $28 we enjoyed a 60 min pedicure (not including drying time) with a paraffin wax treatment and hot stone leg massage. Absolutely amazing. I looked everywhere online for where to go to get my eyelashes done. Some places are so so overpriced!! Nancy's seemed reasonably priced with some great reviews so thought I'd give it a go. The eyelashes are the most natural and easy to maintain that I have ever had! It took about 1 hour 45 in total. V put some relaxing music on and chatted to me to pass the time. When she went out of the room I did get restless and try to open my eyes - BIG mistake. The glue must have got in my eyes as they were so red for two days. I think this is definitely because I opened them - just be prepared to have your eyes closed for a long time. Don't open them and you won't have any problems. I've had them on for a week now and they still look great. They add length and volume without looking really fake or weighing down your lashes. I've not used mascara once which I think helps make them last longer too. I would 100% recommend this place. I'm going to get my nails done too next time I go! I went back today to get manicure pedicure - it is the best one that I have had in Houston. They are true perfectionists and so lovely and welcoming! read more

I wanted to really like this place because Vy was so sweet. She was genuine and nice. The prices are decent, nothing too expensive, they do charge to remove old shellac though, FYI. I only gave this place 2 out of 5 because the shellac manicure was terrible. My go to place was far, and since I was running errands near the galleria, I thought I'd try this place since it had great Yelp reviews. I've been getting shellac for a couple years now. I always get 3 coats, and they've always been done properly because it's very thin and doesn't bulk up at the tip (my old manicurist). That wasn't the case here. She did 3 coats, and it was so uneven and lumpy that they felt like fake nails. I've never had this happen before, so I was pretty bummed/disappointed :( Needless to say, I will not be coming back. read more

I have to say that this is my new go to salon! I came in around 6:30 and asked if they were taking any customers as it was about 30 min to closing, I was asked if I could come back tomorrow which I was willing to do based on the reviews and pictures of people's mani and pedis. However when I was in my car I believe it's Vy who came out and asked me if I wanted to come in and just wait about 15 minutes. I waited and they let me soak my feet while I waited. Her mom started working on my feet and was super thorough even tried to fix my broken toe nail and shape it the way I wanted. Vy is a super multitasker as she and her mom were helping myself and another client and Vy painted my toes for me. It was almost 8 when I left and they never rushed me out or tried to rush through my pedicure. I even got a hug on the way out and a thank you from Vy for being a new customer! Just went here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Place was very clean and quite well organized, even with several services running through here, including massage, facials, haircut, etc. I got a regular manicure w/ all the normal perks (cuticle removal, buffing, hand massage, etc.), which took about 1 hour in total (with no wait)! They even gave me a free bottle of water and made space on the counter for me to flip through magazines while they were working. Consensus: overall very sweet people, excellent service, reasonably priced ($12 for regular manicure). I will definitely be using this spa as my go-to from now on! read more

The pedicure I got was very rushed, one of the quickest pedicures I've ever received, the nail shaping and foot scrub was horrible, and I only received a 30 to 45 second per leg/foot massage. I actually like the individual lashes, the only thing is that they only lasted a day, I woke up with half on the lashes on my pillow the next morning. And my eyebrows was not to my liking, one was thicker and shorter than the other.. However I did appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism that's why I'm giving 2 stars. read more

Vy did my shellac manicure. She did a fantastic job. She paid great attention to detail, especially the cuticles and painting my nails. More than a week out, they still look fantastic.
