I was looking for a new nail salon in my area and decided to stop by here. I was recommended by Yelp. Luckily they took me right in with no appointment. This place looks very small but it wasn't busy and that's the way I like it lol. Holly did my nails today, just what I wanted. Thank you soo much.

Went in yesterday evening for a full set and couldn't be more disappointed. I asked for my nails to curve and I had such high hopes with her work until the globs of acrylic were applied and filing started - she filed them til they were straight - I'm not a fan of the straight nail trend, hence asking for curved. They're so thick, poorly shaped, and messily painted. Polish was pooled in the cuticles of both pinky's and left on the sides of most of my other fingers. Still peeling off acrylic from my fingertips. I was left with cuts that are still burning today. Waste of an hour and $50. UPDATE 01/27: This business does not back up their own word. Gesture of goodwill? I went in for my offered refund this morning and was treated horribly. She immediately started slamming paper towels and the Altoid can of drill tops on the table that she had me sit down at. Speaking to each other in their language with an obviously angry tone. Was told they wouldn't do anything unless I removed the review, so I wonder how many honest reviews have been removed. I asked to speak to Hoa (who wrote the message) I guess they weren't there. Keep the $50, not worth the refund to be treated that way when the proof of horrible work is literally on my fingertips. A shady business that doesn't stand behind anything they offer.

If you're looking for a nail salon in the Cypress area, I recommend Q Nails. I highly suggest requesting your nail service with Holly. As it was my first time doing Gel X nails, Holly made me love them (very comfortable and lightweight on my natural nails) and I even came back a second time to do the same shape and color! The color I got was a bright red color and I requested for an almond shape -- I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted. At Q Nails, the ladies always make me feel welcome when I walk in. I always message them on Yelp a week prior to make an appointment for the week after. Unfortunately, I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes during my past 2 appointments as Holly was with another client during my set appointment time, but the service is great so I can't complain too much. The salon is definitely less busy after 5-6pm if you're looking to come when it's not as busy. Nonetheless, the salon is clean, there is plenty of parking outside (It is shared parking with other business offices), and they always provide a small water bottle during my service. Additionally, they are reasonable in their prices. I paid around $45 for the service for these Gel X nails and also provided tip. Any time I'm looking to get Gel X nails, I always come to Q nails.

My toes were feeling a little neglected. So happy I stumbled upon this place in Cypress on accident. I messaged them and was able to get an appointment for a gel pedicure within the hour with Holly on a Saturday morning. Super cute spot and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Staff was very friendly and met all my expectations. They went above and beyond to keeppampered. The massage style chairs were exactly what I needed. Lots of extras such as sea salt rub and a holiday decal to bling up my toes. Plenty of colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be pamperred.

On vacation with my kids took my 5 year old daughter for her and I to get our nails done. Harley was amazing as a mother with a young girl it means a lot to me when people have patience with her. She was not only patient but very warm and kind. She did an amazing job on our nails and catered to my daughter every step of the way!! I wish we lived closer because cause this would definitely become my nail place. Very detail oriented. It's hard to find a place that does a great job on both mani and pedi it's either one or the other. I will definitely be back when we are in the area!!! This is my 2nd review and I believe my 3rd visit to this location. I love it so much! I have been to beyond "designer" Salons and often times they lack in the customer service because of the ambiance being upscale. Furthermore, you pay a great deal of money for the "look" because often times the SERVICE is subpar !! With this being said... Q Nails is a diamond in the rough. If you struggle with anxiety like I do... I notice you don't see this often in reviews (this is crucial in salons and restaurants for me) and you need a low key , tucked away , quiet place , and they don't mind turning the fluorescent lighting down so you can enjoy your pedicure with low lights.. this is the perfect spot!! The Luxurious Pedicure is amazing and smells wonderful! You get to pick your specific package & scent I love the ORANGE . Also, very important The massage is great pressure !! Often times the foot massage just feels like a toddlers hands... not here!! They put pressure! Rose does my nails! She also does massage ‍ while you get nails if you ask them. They are fun! We talk about funny stuff So it's nice to have someone who cares about talking with the customer! Tracey is great! Tracey likes to where RED Jk. She's great! Omg, I forgot the guy .. I promise to remember ALL names next time ... he's beyond fabulous with making you feel welcome and valued! True story! He will ask if you need a blanket to keep warm, the cutest keychains , snacks, water, soda, this time .... I brought a new friend to show this salon and he literally walked across the street to 711 and got the ice to make her Vietnamese coffee You guys... often times people thrive on complaints in hospitality! It doesn't get deserved due credit! I will bring my mother , my daughters , friends and I always stay with who I like for along time! I have yet to return for any breakage or anything!! I know "shit happens " sometimes but.... I haven't had to yet! Let me point this out both times I retuned my pedicure could of stayed on for another week or two but I love pedicures SO MUCH that I wasn't gonna sit there and NOT get my feet done lol!! To conclude my lengthy review ... anybody can make a salon look fabulous as often times I say "looks get you in the door , they don't KEEP you in the room".. Q-Nails is a shining example in defining this whole heartedly

The worst nail experience with poor management, poor skills in filing/ painting, and not to mention they don't carry any brand products. It started okay in the beginning, I made an appointment and I got to sit down right away as I was the only customer. Then, the lady who did my pedi jumped to help another customer while I was waiting. Then, the host lady, who was friendly but doesn't seem to know how to do filing, started to work on my nails. Worst of all, she was not wearing a mask whole time. There's State regulation in effect now that all must wear mask indoor, regardless of the vaccination status. When she was done, I had to wait for 15 mins for other staff to do my mani. I have to say, she really needs to spend her time to practice. My nail got shorter and shorter as she randomly keeps filing my nail. The shape I started off was the round and I ended up with short square for some reason; and all edges around them are messy, looks like I just did it at home. Overall, It took 2hrs to get my mani and pedi done. I even paid for tips as a courtesy, but will NEVER go back. I would recommend to go other salons if you are looking for nice looking nails. Mines are not, unfortunately.

I just got my gel mani done by Holly. I'm obsessed. I've lived in Cypress my whole life and have tried out different nail salons in the area but I was never happy, so I would drive to Huntington Beach just to get my nails done.. but not anymore! Such a great nail salon! The customer service was on point, my nails are flawless, and they have an array of colors and styles available for customers. I can't wait to go back for my bachelorette party nails! They also have an IG for inspiration, and they have Halloween styles ready for you to look at and choose from. Would not recommend for a gel manicure. I had mine done here by a male technician and they literally peeled off so I went to another salon to have them re-done, they told me it was because he didn't let them dry between coats. Total waste of time and money. read more

I'm not a big nail person as I'm sensitive for pedicures, but this place is off the wall! I came in with my wife and I was treated great. They kept it as delicate as possible as I started to fidget(other places I've gone I'm fidgeting most of the time), but I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself for once. My wife got gel x and she usually gets acrylic, but they came out great! Would definitely recommend. read more

The place seems to be under new management so I'm not sure if it impacted their service. Person doing my pedicure was rather quiet but seemed to be putting detail into my pedicure. The massage chair made the most noise and seemed pretty old :( I read past reviews where they highlighted the service and that they were offered some coffee. I was offered some Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! I usually read the reviews since part of getting my nails done is the experience for me. I ended up turning off my chair because it was too loud and got in the way of relaxing. I will say that the pedicure was well done however :) read more

Small shop for nails, and I've been coming here for pedi and manicure for over 2 yrs and have been skeptical about the lash extension. I decided to give them a try because of the price @ $30 (special) for refills. The lash tech spent 1 1/2 hours on me and lashes came out perfect. I suspended my Amazing Lash membership ($60 a month, 1 refill every 3 wks) and this week is my 2nd time w/ Q nails. Inexpensive without sacrificing quality. Take a look. Also, my lashes looked great after 2 weeks. BTW, she corrected the mess that the other lash techs did in the past.. very meticulous and detailed work. read more

I came here for the first time after a friend recommended so I decided to give them a try. It was my birthday so I wanted to get something special! Eliza was very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time she did my manicure. Her work was very meticulous, detailed, & she took her time. She made sure that she customized my nails to the design I wanted and she surpassed my expectations! She's definitely the best nail tech I've had! I got SNS on my natural nails & gel manicure. I did notice once I left the salon that the sides of my middle fingers, the gel polish had been buffed off accidentally when she was polishing my shape towards the end....bummer but overall my manicure was great! Carmen?? did my pedicure and she was nice as well & for the most part took her time. When I got home I realized some of the polish did not fully cover the edges of all of my toes & the big toe was splotchy:/ Overall I'll definitely be back to give them another try! The Nail artist listened and gave me what I wanted ! She was kind, friendly, and super helpful! &&&They gave me 30% off because it's Monday!!! And their prices were already very good! My spa pedicure with orange sugar scrub was $17 and my gel manicure with two chrome nails and four ombré glitter nails were $33 ...but my TOTAL (toes and hands) was only $36 (before tip) due to the 30% off Monday deal !!!! So, I know some businesses are open I wasn't too sure about nail salons & so I decided to request appointments on yelp just in case I one of them were open. Well Q nails and spa replied to make an appointment for today at 11am, I said "yes, please I'll take that" I got to the nail shop at 10:58 & she was already busy with another client. She said "can you come back in an hour?" I replied with "are you sure because, I don't want to get here and not be seen again at the time I was told to get here" she then said "oh I'm sorry it's because I forgot about the other customers coming, so come tomorrow" I said "no it's ok" moral of the story is if you do not have time for a client, please do not make them waste their time and get their hopes up of finally going in to get all dolled up after this quarantine. I will definitely not come here nor ever make an appointment because as you can see they can stick to their word. read more

You ladies probably don't realize that this place is that one place that you drive by every day and you don't realize that is the best place in Cypress for the your hard earned money. It is right next to Cypress Jewelry and all you ladies know Charlie right? Well, sometimes the best places you find are in the most unexpected places. I will admit I was shocked when I found out they did eyelashes because I had been in there about 10 years ago and I did not care for the people working in there and now I find out there are some great new people renting the place so I thought, why not give them a chance? Now you have to understand that I have tried a couple of other eyelash places but when I try to tell them something, they just don't listen. So here comes Eliza, a young very pretty and friendly woman and tells me that she does the eyelashes. So I explain to her that I have tried 2 other places and when I tell the girls what is wrong, they just do not listen. So she looks at my lashes and we discuss the problems I have been having at the other places which by the way, were rated very high, and we communicate! Oh my what does that mean? No one ever took the time to communicate with me! Bingo! Eyelash problem solved! When we ladies go to any beauty place, we need to be able to communicate with the person that is working with us! And as an extra bonus, Eliza's Mother does great pedicures and they also do nails but I am so loyal to people, I never change unless I have too! But ladies, honestly, give Eliza a try, you won't regret it! I will bank on it! You know there is always that buried spot that nobody knows about but I am telling you about it because I want to share my secret place with all you ladies! read more

I would not trust anyone else but Eliza with my lashes. She is most patient, honest and an all around nice person. She worked with me until I got the perfect length and style for me. I'm nearly 63. I actually get manicures. Men that still play sports get calloused feet. Eliza and Carmen are my go to woman for their excellent service and care. My Wife told me to go. I'm glad I listened. Men don't fear nor think it's not manly. When you walk out it's like having a new set of legs and feet. You'll say that guy was right! read more

Went here for the first time today and I was absolutely impressed with the place ! I got a fill and a pedicure and the ladies took their time doing everything perfect! I normally will ask for a coffin shape at the other places and it never turns out the way I want it. My nails are PERFECT! Great atmosphere, great work and all around great people. I get my eye lashes done here and Linh always take her time to get them looking perfect! The lashes last for a very long time and they barely shed. Usually the only time they shed is when the lash's growth cycle is up, which is how it should be. They are also very easy to maintain. She has different styles you can choose from and really listens to what you want! read more

This place was clean and the people were really nice, but they aren't very good at SNS. I had called ahead to ask if they knew how to remove SNS and they sounded like they did on the phone but when I went in, they did not. She started by burning my nails with the electric filer to "remove the top coat" OUCH, then they used cold acetone to soak my fingers, I told her that it should be warm with cuticle oil in it she kinda laughed at me, but I was pretty adamant so she thought she'd humor me... obviously, it worked and she was impressed and definitely realized that was the way to do it... I did appreciate that she listened to me but I didn't like they charge extra for color (weird since the product itself is colored) and they only had 7 color options. read more

I've been coming to this nail and beauty services location for over 15 years now. They've recently remodeled and changed ownership and they have expanded their beauty service offerings at very reasonable prices. Massage chairs, sugar scrubs and lemon rinse included with your pedicure!!
