I have been going to QNails and Spa for years - probably more than 10 years. I moved away and still travel the 40 minutes to see Jason, Lisa, Nancy, Ivy and the team. I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure here. The staff is kind and friendly, they're good at what they do. I'm so glad to be moving again where I'll be closer to the salon once more. Several customers kept the store afloat while the business was closed during Covid (meaning even though we weren't getting our nails done, we sent money so that the salon could stay open). That ought to tell you how great they are. You won't be disappointed, just make sure to call ahead if you don't want to wait. I've been here several times and every time I go hoping my experience is better. This last experience was by far the worst. Having my cuticles cleaned was painful and even left me bleeding. And my toenails were cut so short it ruined the look of my pedicure. On top of it it all, I was convinced that hard gel (for $10 extra) would make my gel last for at least 2-3 weeks. And guess what.... on the 3rd day 2 peeled off like stickers. And every day after that a few came off. Its sad, it didn't even last a week. I was tempted to go in and say I want a redo. But I don't trust them anymore. Oh and they say they will give u a $1 off if you pay cash. But even when I asked, they didn't. If it was charging u a dollar more, they couldn't skip that opportunity. I have been coming here every two weeks for two months. I have a standing appointment and I am always greeted with a smile and I get a fantastic service. I get the package that comes with the works, and it takes about two hours--which includes gel polish removal. This treatment is heaven, and come with scrub, mask and paraffin dip for both hands and feet, and a massage that's bomb. I look forward to it every time. The place is simple, but the people are awesome and they have a lot of OPI colors, which is my favorite. I got brow waxing and lower leg wax, which was well done and clean. This place does quality work. PS My nails have been in poor shape from scraping in the past, and they do PROPER removal. I have not gotten a fungus or anything of the kind. They throw out the disposal tools after each client. I'm one who pays close attention to ALL of that, believe me. read more

Made an appointment over the phone earlier in the day. Arrived at the time and had to wait for about half an hour to 45 min because they didn't have anyone available to do my mani & pedi and it didn't seem like they even went by appointments anyways. Why have me make an appointment when no one is available when I get there. The reason for the 3 stars and my manicurist. At every single place it seems like you have those people who you should NOT go to, and the people you should or your nails will turn out bad or you'll get cut or something. I got their Qclassic mani/pedi for $25. They also have a bunch of OPI and essie nail colors which is why I also decided to come here. But the actual service was below average. Anyways the lady who did my pedicure did a good job and gave me the design I wanted when I showed her on my phone, they didn't exactly look the same on both toes & I tried to have them fix it, but it still looked just ok. You can only tell from up close though. My manicurist did a good job painting, but was very quick with my cuticles and when she was cleaning really rough and it hurt. My regular nailpolish still looks good and hasn't chipped 2 weeks later :] Also I don't think they sterilize their tools which is disgusting, I saw my tools being used on someone else right after me....EWWWW. I hope that didn't happen to me! I would have walked right out, if I ever do come back I'll be sure to ask. read more

I got my nails done yesterday, and the girl didn't even file my nails evenly and it's already chipping. Usually gel lasts me up to 2 weeks. I even had to ask the girl that was doing my nails to take off the gel and redo it because it was bubbly and sloppy. (She was trying to convince me to do a 3rd coat thinking it would look nicer, when the 2nd coat already had bubbles and was to thick) The pictures I posted are from her second attempt. I can't believe I have been driving by this location all these years & haven't even noticed it. I called in to see if they would take me in for a gel mani & pedi last minute early Sat morning & the gentleman said sure! I walk in 15 minutes later pick my colors and get seated right away. As there were other ladies walking in all the employees greeted them by names... So I finally ask one lady sitting next to me how long she's been coming here and she said 2 years! So I found this place through yelp and reviews helped a lot! I got a gel mani and pedi for 50$ which isn't bad because at my old place they charged 40 for just a mani and 20 for a pedi I would have to end up choosing. But I really liked this place- its officially my new go to place! Of course they'll try to hustle you and ask if you like a wax but what salon doesn't? They did not hurt me, and made sure the nails looked perfect. Usually my nails feel a little bit like they are burning while under the UV (yikes), but this time it did not. My last pedi was horrible, it looked like I did it couple of weeks ago, in two days the polish totally messed up, I had to drive back and to ask to fix it, and they said they recommend me to fix only two big toes, so that it will be cheaper. I've been here a few times now, and every time I am so impressed by the quality and longevity of the manicures! I've gotten both gel and regular manicures here, and I love both. But what impressed me, is that the regular manicure lasts SO long! I work in the construction industry so I bang my hands and wash them constantly, but even still their manicures can last up to 2 WEEKS! I wanted a cute & simple design and the girl who helped me (can't remember her name :/ ) suggested one which I wasn't too sure about. She was sweet & patient though & offered to try it and if I didn't like it she'd simply take it off and re-do my nail. I can't believe I have to lower my rating to two stars this time around. I'm a regular here, as you guys can see with the check ins and I loved it here. However, my last two visits weren't the best. My visit yesterday might be my last for a while. The lady that cleaned and prepped my nails, I think she was new, cut too deep into my skin. When I flinched, she said "you ok?"... In my mind, "what do you think? I'm bleeding" but I just pulled away my nails because she wasn't being very careful. She called one of the other ladies to put some thing to help with the blood/cut which stung A LOT! (It made me tear up a bit because it was that painful) The other lady apologized then she did later on. Jason did my chrome nails after she prepped it and he was amazing and friendly. While he doing my nails, the lady that cut me was cleaning another customer's nails a few chairs away from mine and I can hear the customer saying, "ouch.. ahh be careful. You're new here huh?" At that point, I knew I was overreacting and that she was just really rough when it comes to the prepping/cleaning process. I'm so sad to say that because of that, I kind of have trust issues for this nail salon now and gonna have to start looking for a new nail salon to call my regulars. read more
