I will not go back. The manicure was painful and they did NOT use sterlized tools. I will go back to La Femme next time I'm out there.

I scheduled an appointment for my teenage daughter and spoke with she claims a manager/owner. Told her what needed to be done. Acrylic nails (claws) full set with white tip and a pedicure. She said acrylic nails are $20.00 + white tip $5.00 and pedicure $22.00. My daughter came to her appointment by herself cause I was at work. They did not do the claws. They did not ask her what she wanted. The man who did her nails so I am a Pro and I will make your nails pretty and charged her $45.00 just for the Acrylic nails with no pedicure. I called them to complain and was told that she chose what she got. Did not even offer to get her a pedicure. I told them my other family members were going there to have our nails done but we we changed our mind. She said she does not want our business. Also told them was reporting her to Better Business Bureau and she didn't care. I do not recommend this place at all. They cheat people. read more

Went to get my nails done for my bday and found out they are under new management. I didnt make an appointment and I was in a time crunch since I had to go to work. Tanya was so accomadating and very nice and recommended some great products. Tiffany the new owner also helped make me experience better by helping do my gel manicure to make sure I got out on time. (Tanya was doing my gel pedicure.)They both really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy and took their time on every detail. If I get service like this you know ill be back and i always give great tips. If u haven't been here before or even if you have you should come check it out. read more

NEVER EVER in my life coming here again. They charged me way too much money for a shitty job that my 5 year old niece could've done. The lady rushed doing my nails, my French manicure came out crooked and uneven, I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Never have I wasted my time and money in such a horrible way. Love this place! I've always had a problem finding a place that could do .. my nails... feet.. and eyebrows the way I want. I usually go to one place for my nails( and every time it was a different place) I did have a specific place for a pedicure and another place for my eyebrows! I came here because it had good reviews. I got the deluxe pedicure cuz my feet really needed it. It was only suppose to be $40, but by the time I was done it eneded up being $53 not including tip. She paid more attention to my legs then my feet. The massage wasn't that good. She kept massaging the top of my foot istead the pads of my feet. She kept trying to upsell me with other stuff, which is one of the reasons I think the price ended up being $53. By the time I got home my feet were still rough. I don't get pedicures that often, but I definately had way better for a better price. read more

One of the only places I know that do gel builder (an alternative to acrylic that's better for your nails, light weight, strong and long lasting!) so many colors to choose from & Tiffany can do any & every picture I've requested from design to color match! My nails chipped the next day. Gel was cracking. In after she did my nails they were very score but I think it's because she didn't clear the critic from under the nail. Everyone here is very welcoming and this place is very clean, comfortable, and organized! I highly recommend this place! Love my nails, they took the time to explain the different types of nail sets, that were available. I'm so glad they told me about the hard gel. I recently couldn't get in for 5 weeks, due to a hospital stay. Not one nail had lifted, the staff are so talented and kind, even though my nails were grown out so much, they practically had to put a new set on. They didn't charge me more for the fill. The staff here puts the effort in to make you feel comfortable, and able to enjoy the visit. I have, and would recommend Q Nails for my friends and family. read more

I have been here twice and both times the service has been great. The only complaint I have is that the posted prices don't match what you are actually charged. I appreciate that I can walk-in and get needed service. The shop offers many choices for gel polish and it lasts more than two weeks. Pedicures are done well and the polish also lasts. I just moved to Henderson across the street from Q Nails so I decided to try it out. The staff was super friendly and attentive with the mani pedi taking time to scrub and massage. WORST PLACE EVER!!! They are dirty and rude. Made an appointment and they still made me wait 45 minutes then were so rude about my not being able to spend over 2 hours there to get all of the services I had originally requested... and Needed, but I was out of time. They have one of their workers' kid sit in a working massage chair while they stick paying customers (like me) in a broken disgusting one that is literally falling apart (ripped up, stained) that is back by their gross restroom. They do not clean their tools or line the foot bath. This is the dirtiest nail salon I have ever seen! STAY AWAY! read more

Great staff! I wish I could give them ten stars!!! I have "shopped around" went to many nail salons around the valley and this by far will be my last stop! So accommodating! They ask if you have plans for the day and will even have two nail techs on you at once. My first visit there was when I was planning a trip for Mexico and stopped in here willing to give them a shot and as I was getting my pedicure, they had two people on my nails. Can you say that about any other spot? A couple weeks ago, I came in for a regular gel manicure, and Mike mentioned the hard gel set would last me longer but I am very hard on my nails due to my physical job so I was skeptical... I was making a visit every 2 weeks which gets expensive. My last visit was a couple days ago, I tried the hard gel. Who would suggest a type of nail that lasts longer in order for the client to save money??? Q Nails!!! They really care about their clients and remember every one that makes a visit. Read the reviews before I went and everyone seemed so pleased with their services that I really wanted to love this place! My daughter and I were walk-ins for pedicures. We were greeted with great attitude. We were brought back to the pedi stations. I liked that they use the plastic liners for the foot baths. I was worked on right away as my daughter sat thru my entire pedicure waiting and not even acknowledged. By this time her water was ice cold and she was ready to walk out. The service was decent but I was turned off by the toilet paper that was pulled from the roll used to separate my toes before applying polish. As I was sitting there waiting for my toes to dry the tub started to back up with a foul odor being emitted! DISGUSTING!!! As my daughter was sitting getting her toes polished another worker came and threw his empty water bottle in her foot tub! We couldn't get out of there fast enough! This was a one and done for us!!! read more
