Had a great mani-pedi today. So relaxing, I actually took a quick nap. He was able to make my ugly nails look pretty again.

Seems to one of the salons that are going above and beyond for customer safety, 5 stars on that. They are stopping you at the front desk, checking temperature, sanitizing your hands, making you use gloves while you pick the color to prevent cross contamination. Using sterile tools for each service. Very pleased with them following all guidelines. Thumbs up to them on that! However my gel mani was a little bit too messy for my liking, very blotchy mani had to ask for more coats to cover up imperfections & I still wasn't satisfied. Maybe just a bad day for the guy. But go here if you wanna feel completely taken care of & not worry about your health safety. read more

I got my nails done on Saturday and they were horrible quality. Some nails super thin and others extremely thick. The shape was not the best either. Sunday my nails started lifting and one even popped off. Monday I called and no answer. I finally left a voicemail because I didnt Want to bash their work in front of other customers. Tuesday the same thing. Finally wednesday I went in and they agreed to fix them. I went to my appointment today and had the worst service of my life. She wanted to glue my lifting nails and not repair them. i asked several times to soak them off and redo them and she just ripped them off. One finger was even bleeding. Her excuse was my nails were too fresh. No she didn't have to rip them off and damage my nails even more. Seriously what professional just rips your nail off and glues it back on? read more

I will NEVER go to this shop again!!! Went there for a pedi, I can't say it was the best, but I was happy with the results. They were busy which is why I decided to overlook the minor flaws. Went in for a new set of nails.. aside from being ridiculously over priced, the work done was awful!!! The thumb nail broke the next day!! The acrylic was so uneven. I would expect my nails to last more than a day or two considering the cost and for the acrylic to at least be even, being I paid $50!!! So disappointed!!! To start this off, I have never been here before so today wasn't a good first impression. I got my pedicure first and everything was fine except for waiting even though my friend and I made an appointment, my toes look beautiful. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful and very modern. It is aesthetically pleasing. I think the owners wife was the one who did my nails and well, I got what was in the picture below. She was too occupied with everything and everything one else to pay attention to what she was doing to my nails. She stopped multiple times to pick up the phone to talk to another person or to talk to the other ladies in the office. Which was fine, I know she is trying to run a business, however you should probably also pay attention to who is in front of you. She started clipping my cuticles and got distracted and ripped part of my skin off which honestly hurt like a mf. After she finished, she had me wash my hands and I asked for a bandaid and asked if she could not do that finger. She said no and that she could stop the bleeding. Foolishly, trusting her I let her continue. She put a cotton ball on it for a minute then some blue liquid which I assume was rubbing alcohol with my skin still gushing blood. After, she took it off and put nail glue on my cut. First of all, not very sanitary because that has touched probably 100 other people's nails. Second, why not just do what I asked? She continued to paint my nails and puts some of the gel on top of my cut. She had me pay full price of $68 for a possible infection later on. My coworker/friend said nothing like that has ever happened to her so you might have luck here but I won't be coming back. read more

Michael the owner is a great business owner and knows the importance of treating his employees right. I was really disappointed with my experience with the person who did my nails. He was rude and pushed my hands away dismissively after he was done with a hand. I was very surprised by the action. After I got my acrylics done there was still dried acrylic stuff around my nail beds. On my right hand the nails are longer than the other hand. After he was done he didn't tell me we were finished and just left without saying anything so I sat there for a while until he came back and said to move because we had another customer. I am happy with the end product for the most part. There is still some acrylic under the tip. The manicure was more expensive than I have paid anywhere. Stingy with their products, I just feel like he didn't use enough acrylic? I got an ombré nail and a couple of the nails are not blended well enough because of how little acrylic was used, no cuticle oil used, never cleaned the nail with alcohol to remove dust before applying the acrylic so we shall see if there is lifting. I asked for forms and they used tips. Gel top coat not applied for well, there are air bubbles and unevenness. I would return if I was in a pinch. Nice customer service. read more

Q NAILS IS OVERPRICED, OVERHYPED, AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! I haven't gotten my nails done in months because of the pandemic, but I decided to give this place a try, because I heard about the designs they're able to do. When I arrived, they did my pedicure first, which was done pretty well. When they got to my hands, however, it was a nightmare. The guy was SO SLOPPY. The acrylic did not line up with my cuticles at all, and he left acrylic glue all over my fingers, which took forever to scrub out. He also failed to file my nails on the sides, so they're super rough. I wanted a complicated design on hot pink nails, which I thought they could do, but they couldn't. Only one staff member knows how to do it, and she wasn't there, so I had to settle for what this guy could do. He gave me an ombré nail that came out mostly white than pink. So I requested pink glitter on the edges, which he painted super unevenly and poorly, as you can see in the photo. Not only that, but the total cost for everything was $105. STUPID expensive for something so trashy. I wouldn't mind paying that much for QUALITY work, but this place is a joke. I'd much rather return to my regular salon, All About Nails, instead. They're cheaper and able to deliver much better spa treatment. Q Nails is NOT the move! read more

This salon is clean and techs are friendly. I liked my pedicure with the exception of two things. They used a cheese grater on my feet. Never in my life have I seen cheese graters at salons. A disposable pumice would have been my choice. Also, the way the tech cut my toe nails, I developed ingrowns. I've never had them in my life. I went to another salon for a pedicure and that tech commented before I said a word. She was shocked how they were cut because she said the tech should have known that way would create ingrowns. I'm certain there are other techs at this salon that I may like. I might try it again but won't allow a cheese grater to be used on my feet, and will see how the tech cuts along the sides of my nail beds. read more

Hey y'all.. well I thought it would be nice to try this new place out since I will be graduating college next week, I picked a nice dress with silver glitter. Very nice boho theme..they made sure you got in at a reasonable time. Still gets very busy. Well the guy that wears the cap was awesome with my pedicure with silver glitter tips.. perfect but then I went back the next day to match my full set with my toes. I showed the guy that was about to do my full set a picture that I wanted matching with my toes of course. Well instead this guy did a full set of ombré acrylic, he was about to put on the finishing touch of oil and I was like where's the silver glitter? And he acted like he tried to help but he said sorry I couldn't give you what you wanted.. I was like "WOW". Then he charged me full price of $60. Now I have to go somewhere else in order to fix what he couldn't do. ‍ Never again!! I even heard another lady that was getting a pedicure say "ouch" and everyone looked her way but didn't say anything thing. Poor thing. They also leave the waxing room cracked open when your getting waxed with a mirror that can show ur knees if ur legs are up. Just an FYI. read more

The first time I went here they were great. The second time I went, I had scheduled an appointment. I'm not one to complain nor do I mind waiting because I understand that things come up or may take longer. However, my nail tech was rough and I developed an infection along the side of my nail a few days after my manicure. They were completely overbooked and I ended up having to go to the Dr. twice to have the infection treated along with apply daily antibiotics. When I called to inform them so they could step up their infection protocol they wanted proof and for me to come in person to show them instead of saying they would be sure to talk to their team to insure they were being safe and clean. Quails the employees are polite but I was disappointed because the lady that helped me was very rough. She almost cut me while filing off my gel polish, then she did end up cutting me on my left food. She said it was my fault because I moved... she continued to take my dead skin off and when she got to my toe that she cut I told her to stop and not do that toe but she kept going. This is a different nail salon. Very clean and decorated beautifully. I like that the tv has music instead of the news or talk shows which also makes for a relaxing atmosphere. Also the owner Michael and his staff are very nice and accommodating. Get the hot orange massage if you get a pedicure it's worth the extra $5. Free water. She is the best and my favorite nail tech!:) she always makes my nails perfect and it's exactly what I ask for each time. I like the coffin nail , they don't charge an arm and a leg. I have been getting acrylic nails for years and have become incredibly high maintenance with how they are shaped and cleaned up... Tiffany did a great job and I LOVED how my nails were done. I had gotten acrylics nails for the first time in months. They did a good with the polish. But I had gotten THREE fills. And my nails started to hurt. I took them off, and half of my thumb had fungus on it. It's been two weeks and it's still recovering. Products are cheap, would not recommend! read more
