I pay $50 for them when at first they said 40 and they wanted to charge me $10 to remove my cuticle which is crazy so in total I had to pay $90 and I was not satisfied with their service. I will not be returning. They asked loyal customer just because of their laziness and prices.

She was busy so I agreed to set an appt for Tuesday so that i wouldn't have to wait. Then I get a text saying they want an additional $2.68 because PayPal charged a fee. The other one was my middle finger nail and that one popped off completely so she had to redo the whole nail with the design and as you can see the design on the picture looks very poor quality compared to the other one. When I got there, I told them I needed to fix two nails and they sat me with another nail tech which told me it would be a little different and that if she did my nails, she would have to charge me. I asked her why if it was based off on their poor quality since it had only been a day and a half and of course she got upset and said that if I didn't want to pay that the original nail tech had to do my nails, which I had no issue with, but she should have said something from the beginning before she sat me down in the chair and told me she could fix them. so I waited for the original nail tech who did my nails on Friday and she told me she would redo those two nails. At the end i didn't have to pay anything and I did thank her, but she didn't respond. I'm assuming she was upset at the fact that I didn't pay for the redo of those two nails. Mind you I had already paid $104 for my pedicure and my nails on Friday plus tip (something that totally OPTIONAL) So I'm not sure why they wanted to get upset.

Just finished with my mani and pedi. Came for dazzle dry but unfortunately didnt have the color i…read morewanted so i opted for another brand of regular polish. Everyone was very friendly and was promoted quickly to my chair for my mani. My manicurist was nice but did not seem like an expert in nails. She did not use a brush with acetone to clean up my nails and unfortunately my fault i did not really check until i got to my car. The color is beautiful but for 80 dollars for mani/pedi with regular polish i expect it to be flawless. Again partially my fault for not really looking. Also the towels, foot scrub was nice. The massage so-so. Would i come back maybe. *i do have a messed up nail thumb which does have very bad ridges but as you can see theres one spot that doesn't really have polish on it. The salon has potential as far as how pretty it is. It just seems messy. You can tell they reuse buffers and files. The floors were messy and it just looks like they don't clean. Also Barbicide looks nonexistent. I saw only 2 girls clean their tools. Also the amount of technicians just sitting around with their feet up on the pedicure chairs just eating and watching movies or whatever was also kind of frustrating considering how much of a mess the salon is.
