This time: some sort of timer / alarms going off and no one bothering to turn them off (3 times in an hour), my stylist's phone going off and she syopped to look at it but didnt reject the call or the alarm so it sat just going off, even when I asked if it could be (No), workers talking loudly across the room at one another, the TV started up out of nowhere jaringly blaring the world cup. The most expensive side pedicure was ok. A scented neck pillow that I didnt ask for and didnt get the last time. It was too hot, blocked from my skin with just a paper towel (vs an actual towel) that did nothing to block the heat. And the smell wasnt pleasing. All sensory issues aside, the pedicure and massage were just okay. There was no real cuticle trim and a weird pressure loofah experience. The color i chose was horrible, by the time she realized i really did hate it, i told her i did, j just wanted out of the chair. My parrafin went on after my polish. The whole experience was weird and I opted to forgo the manicure. They weren't busy and when I told them why when I paid, I was told we'll you didnt tell me. What absolute crap customer service. We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.

He seems to always be rushed and not neat. My pedicure was great. The woman who did it was kind, professional, and took her time. I really appreciated that part of my visit. However, the experience with Peter, who did my acrylic full set, was disappointing and uncomfortable. As soon as he sat down, he made a comment about my hair, asking if I "didn't feel like doing it today." For context, my hair was styled in a natural curly, half-up, half-down look. When I let him know that curly doesn't mean undone, he doubled down and suggested I try straightening it. The comment was rude and unnecessary, but I chose not to make a scene and let him continue. The nail service itself was not much better. I asked for an almond-shaped French tip set. He cut me with the drill, and when I pointed out that one nail was crooked, I had to push for him to fix it. While painting, the white polish ended up all over my fingers and even on my wrist--and he made no attempt to clean it until I asked. The finished nails are lumpy with uneven shapes, and the French tips have no crispness or precision. Overall, they look rushed and messy. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction at the front desk, I said I was happy with my toes but not with the nail service. The response? Silence. No apology, no concern, just complete indifference. At this point, I think it's time to find a new salon. I don't expect perfection every time, but I do expect professionalism, respect, and basic attention to detail.

A black owned business, walking in was like going to a family event. I was warmly greeted and invited to a reasonable wait. I started my services with a wonderful pedicure during which the entire shop had fun and happy conversations. both the techs doing my nails and toes were gentle, patient, kind and honored all my requests.
