I use to love this place, but with my most recent visit, it is obvious that their work has not stayed the same in the time that I've been gone :( With a crunch on time, I even decided to just go with a quick French manicure. Pretty simple stuff. Everything was going great for my picky self, it was looking the way I wanted it to, until she put the top coat on. I immediately noticed that it left bubbles all throughout my nails. I asked if they were going to go away - she said no because with dip, apparently, the colors is so light & it always does that. She said next time if I don't want that to happen, to get solar. I didn't buy this excuse at all! I've gotten French dip so many times & it has never looked like this throughout my nails! She could tell it bothered me so she continued to say that I would only be able to tell because I was close to it, but no one else would be able to tell. But I get my nails done for my pleasure & I'm sad that I have to look at these bubbles for the next 3 weeks. I am highly disappointed & probably will not be returning any time soon. read more

I've been with this nail salon since I was a child.. I moved I had recently moved closer and decided to come back I'm 8 months pregnant I went in for a pedicure got gel I asked her for a package she kept up charging me more to be able to get my feet wet which was fine I told her what package I wanted was a 75$ pedicure. I'm pregnant I just wanted a pedicure with gel polish she gets to just painting my toes and I asked her for the pedicure I asked for.. mind you I brought in my sister in law with me and the lady she had did her part no questions got her water running and started her feet then painted while my water never got started and she just painted my gel toes I was already getting irritated so I just told her it's fine we can just start on my nails ... we get to my nails she's gossiping with her coworkers took over 2 hours to do simple French nails short again I'm 8 months pregnant I was very uncomfortable the whole time left with thick clumpy nails and was very hot from sitting down so long now it's coming in 2 weeks I'm having to get them removed I have pain in 3 nails and 2 are infected I would not recommend coming here horrible service and you'd think you would be in and out or least get what you ask for cause this is what they do for work .. they gossip more then treating there customers read more

My overall rating is like a 3.5. It's a great spa don't get me wrong. The prices are RIDICULOUS so def a star off for that. I've never been to a nail salon where they charge you $20 to soak off gel polish. The other is I made an appointment online and when I told them I had an appointment they still had no idea what services I was needing. I did actually just walk out with only one of the two services I booked because they seemed to cross wire in communication somewhere. I just moved into town so part of me is trying to find what I had before. My previous salon I made an appointment and when I walked in they told me where to go and they knew what services I came in for. My tech also made an effort to have a conversation with me the time I was in their station vs with each other. And they worked well on my natural nails since my natural nails grow long and fast. Not sure if I'll find that for a while. I would use this salon in a pinch. The experience wasn't bad. I just have to wrap my head around the prices and the fact that regardless of if I make an appointment I can expect to be treated like a walk in. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but this last visit was awful. I went there with my two daughters to get mani pedi's done before my daughter's quinceanera. We were rushed when picking out colors. I was looking for light blue and their options were lacking but finally found one. They didn't take the time to listen to what we wanted done. My daughter's nails were done poorly and her nail person insisted the color that she was using was the color we picked but the color the lady used was purple and didn't even match the sample we chose which was light blue. Turns out she didn't grab the right brand. They have a flawed system but what bugs me is that she couldn't communicate and I had to escalate to someone else to get her nails fixed. They had to redo them which took forever. She was so rough with my daughter that my daughter said her fingers hurt the rest of the day. Now for me I asked for gel on my toes when I called to make the appointment and when I chose my color but that's not what I got. Sat around for a long while and they were ruined when I put my shoes on. Asked them why gel would do that and then I was told I didn't get gel. They had to redo my toes. They assured me they wouldn't smudge. Well as soon as I got home, they smudged again. My other daughter got dip nails and they looked nothing like the color she picked either but she didn't want to redo hers. The only person there that I would trust again is Ivy who did my finger nails. Maybe the girls who did my daughters nails didn't care as much about their customers that day because the owners wasn't there. Also side notes. My view was a dirty door. It's not very appealing. Maybe paint it to make the place look nicer. I guess they don't offer drinks anymore or they just forgot to ask us. Anyway I will not be going back. read more
