Very nice employees here!! A bit on the expensive side. They charged $35 just for my daughter to get regular paint on fingers and toes. She's only 3 so I found that part to be absurd. If you have gel on your nails, they charge you extra $10 to take it off and $30 to put it on! Nice place but very pricey. Update: They reached out kindly and corrected the amount. I have been coming to Q spa nails since I moved to Fort Worth 4 1/2 years ago. The previous nail tech, Tee, who did my nails there moved to Oklahoma to help care for her grandmother. She was amazing and I was sad to see her go. Anna has been doing my nails ever since. That has been since 2019, and I love her service as well! I won't go anywhere else. Today was my 3rd visit to Q Spa Nails. The first two times were great. First visit I did a pedicure and dip ombré nails. Really nice work. Second visit I just did the dip nails American tip. These were a little thicker but still nice work. No bubbling and the tech was very nice. Today I found my nail tech. Anna did my favorite nails I've ever had. She was gentle, took her time and got the length correct. Oftentimes techs will go longer even with a picture for reference showing length. I didn't even have to show Anna a picture, she got it right away. I did spend an extra $20 to get the cats eye gel on top. Keep in mind this is one coat of gel and they use what I think is a little magnet to move the color around. It's not labor intensive and took all of 3 minutes to do. While their prices are admittedly high for any extras you get, the quality of the work makes it worth it. I made my next appointment when I paid and look forward to Anna working her magic. read more

Really enjoyed my mani/pedi. I chose gel polish and regular service. The staff were very nice and really did a great job taking care of me. They were super busy this Saturday morning but I was well attended to and it seemed that everyone else was too. A lady receiving service in the chair next to me wanted a particular red and the staff went above and beyond to locate exactly what she wanted. I appreciated that level of care for their customer. Anna took care of my mani and Mia did my pedi. Both were wonderful. The mani and pedi were provided at the same time and it was so relaxing. The manager was there and was sure to greet everyone. I came bc I read the reviews and they seemed good. First wasn't offered a drink. No TVs & the ladies didn't say one word to me the entire time. The shape isn't really what I was looking for I wanted a more long and skinny shape this is short and fat. I wanted almond and this is almost oval......... It felt very rushed. I had to ask to have her refile to make the hands match. Then the design is terrible.... I mean it's similar to the picture I wanted but for $140 for a pedicure & this? Cmon. I hate to not tip much but I feel taken advantage of... not to mention I leave for a trip in a few days.. :/ read more

First and foremost, my nail tech was super sweet and I do like the final product. However, I was shocked when asked if I had my own nail file and buffer; I've gotten my nails done a few times during the pandemic, this is the first establishment to charge me for materials, $2. Moving along, I originally wanted two colors, but they charged extra, $5. I had a nail color change and powder full set. I have not been charged for these kind of services at other establishments. If, I had known of these charges beforehand, like before I walked in the store, I might have still considered this place of business. read more

My first experience with this salon was great. Amy is soooo sweet and accommodating. She fit me in, offered my son and I drinks, and even gave him stickers. I got my nails done at a shop out of state and they did a horrible job and I was heading back out of town so I ran in this shop to get two nails fixed. Now I will say that this shop is pretty expensive. It cost me $40 to get two nails fixed but I was in a bind and they did great work so I didn't complain. Yesterday I got my nails done and the experience wasn't great. I got my set removed 2 months ago yo let my nails breathe. I made an appointment for a dip manicure with a long, straight, square tip (same thing I had when I came to this shop last time). The tech pulled out stiletto tips. I said "I want square shaped nails. Do you have the square tips". She said "I'll be square when I cut them". I said "I like them long so the won't". She said "I'll do one so you can see". It wasn't what I wanted. I showed her the length I prefer and she said "you want them THAT long. That's going to be $90". I said "okay". She brought her it the square shaped but it was curved. I said "do you have the square, straight tips or are have y'all run out"? She said, "I'll do one and see if you like it". I didn't. I said "last time I came, I got the long, square, straight tip. That's what I want." She said "that's going to be extra because that's a special tip". I said that's fine. That's what I want". Once we finally got the correct tip, I feel like the tech was annoyed by my request. She was EXTREMELY rough. I told her that she was making my nail beds a little tender and she said it was because of the straight shape that I chose. I said that I've never had this problem before and she started taking to another tech in another language. She bent my nails back while filing and I told her it hurt and she said it's because my nails are so long. It's been about 15 hours since I got my nails done and I'm still in pain. My nail beds and fingers are extremely sore. I paid $95 for a dip set that I will have to have someone soak off in the morning.
