Mango fruit tea with strawberry boba (2)

The mango tea was super flavorful and did not taste too artificial. The strawberry-popping boba was delicious, and there was a good amount in the drink. Small chunks of mango jelly were also in the drink, which added a nice touch. The price is $6.99 per drink, which is fine to me. They also offer a 5% cash discount, which is cool. The staff was friendly, and drinks were made very quickly as well.

One of the best bubble tea I had. I had their Brown Sugar Caramelized Bubble Milk Tea. Large cup and cost me about $8. I went there serveral times and always walked away with a delightful drink along with a big smile.

I been coming here a lot too. Pretty much every time I go Batten Ramen or Soba Azuma. After having nice lunch we come here for a after meal drank. We usually get coffee flavored bubble tea. This is at good location and service is good. I hardly ever see this place packed so, its easy to order and out. I will recommend here for nice bubble tea drink.

This is a pretty standard place in terms of boba, which is the only thing that we got. In the sea of increasingly fancy drinks, these just fell a little flat. We came in off of a glowing recommendation of the brown sugar boba drink. The brown sugar milk itself was good, although we agreed they could have added a bit more brown sugar to make the flavor more pronounced. The main problem all of us had was the boba. We usually look for a boba that is more on the firm side, bouncy but also chewy, and the boba themselves should have some flavor as well. The boba here was too soft and oddly slimy? Which made the drinks difficult to consume in the end. This is probably one of those boba places that you'd go to in desperation, while you were craving boba but there was nothing else around.

Stopped by on New Year's Day at around 3:30 after we were hit with a bubble tea craving. I had the taro almond bubble tea with mango pudding, and hubby had the strawberry banana fruit slush with mango pudding. We each liked our own drink better. The pudding had a nice texture but I wish they had the regular flavored pudding and not just mango. Your first topping is free, and each additional is 50 cents. They also have poke bowls/sushi-rritos (seemed kind of pricey though), but most people seemed to be ordering their onigiri or hand rolls. I wouldn't mind trying those as a snack next time.

Situated right in the heart of Fort Lee downtown, you can find a variety of Poke bowls and bubble teas here. I tried the Jasmine milk tea and it was quite good. Service was quick and price reasonable.

We went here actually looking for hot tea and it was delicious. I had the hot honey ginger tea. My girlfriend had the hot jasmine tea, and we both had a miso soup. Wow. Delicious. The owner was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. We'd love to go back.

Hands down, my favorite and go-to bubble tea place in bergen county!! I kid you not that I go to this place AT LEAST once a week (and I am not even ashamed to admit it). Not only do they offer many, high-quality flavors, they are super quick and efficient. I can literally go in, place my order, and be out the door within 5 minutes (even if the place is busy). I love it because unfortunately not many other bubble tea places in the area offer the same friendly, quick and efficient service. You really cannot go wrong with QT Tapas :) Also, I've been going here for years but have just recently tried out their poke bowls and they are SO GOOD. The food is always fresh and very filling- easily makes for two meals or can be shared between two people. I love how they have some pre-set bowls while also having the option to customize your own. Now, I can never go here without buying a bowl. ALSO, if you order a poke bowl you automatically can get $3 off a bubble tea. Now THAT'S a deal, folks!! As one can tell already, I have nothing but a rave review for this place. QT TAPAS, you have my heart !!!

Our visit was for the bubble teas. This independently owned establishment did not disappoint. We ordered a Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls, a Green Tea Matcha with Lychee Jelly and an Almond Milk Tea with Coffee Bubbles. All were well executed and enjoyed. Watching the staff create the drinks is in itself entertaining due to their exhibition of confidence in making the drinks. Measuring cups and spoons are non-existent and all is done by experience and "feel".... true Bubble Tea Barristas. The creation of their Dalgona Bubble Tea is a work of art. The finale is the sprinkle of cane sugar, charring with a torch for that caramel topping. Having witnessed this, I am going get this next time. Notes: * There is a food menu. * Street parking.

Allow me to be clear, concise, and straight to the point. Q TEA TAPAS IS QUALITY FOOD. You can never have quality without quantity if you folks know what i'm $aying. But what you're getting is beyond measure. Beyond what i can explain. The most fresh, authentic, and wholesome ingredients packed so perfectly into a bowl or burrito. This place fuses some of the most distinct food into one delectable treat. I highly recommend the bubble tea as well. I also recommend enjoying Q Tea Tapas with someone you care about. One of my top two favorite stops when I'm in the mood for Boba tea and Onigiri. The staff is polite and attentive. Everything is made to order. My son loves it just as much, that he always wants to come back for more. My wife has tried the poke bowls and says they are awesome. Bland and watered down bubble tea. Ordered a "slushed" taro and got charged for it like normal. However, after I paid for they told me that because it had bubbles in it they couldn't blend it. There reasoning made zero sense. They did not offer to fix the tea and refund us. Skip this location many other Bubble Tea cafes near by. read more

Bubble teas are decent. I think if you want extra toppings it is a little overpriced but I guess because you are in fort lee prices will be higher. I like their taro half and half really good. I haven't tried their poke balls but will try one soon. read more

My boyfriend & I tried this place for the first time yesterday & our overall review was that we really liked it. When you first walk in, the staff says hello & throughout the whole time they were very friendly. We ordered 2 poke bowls that came with $1 each bubble tea. They give you a menu in which you check off which toppings you want in either your bowl or burrito. You give it to the cashier & they make it for you. We really liked it all & we were happy to finally find a poke place near us rather than driving to NYC every time we crave poke. read more

Liked their Slush here... tried mango, passion fruit and Strawberry thus far - liked them all. You get a free bubble tea for every 5 drinks you purchase - a nice thought. It does get crowded and we had to wait over 10 mins for our drinks. read more

Back in Fort Lee to visit my friends and have some Korean food. My friend suggested to go to this place after dinner since its newly renovated. I remembered this place as House of Malaysia, and the food was pretty good before. But now they transformed into a crepe and bubble tea place. We were so full so we decided to try some bubble teas, and it was soooo DISAPPOINTING. They don't use real tea but instead the TEA POWDER! No wonder why they don't provide the selection of different tea types and sugar level because they simply use powder to make the tea.. Boo..I saw the worker put different powders - I guess they're tea and milk powder?! mixed them with hot boiled water to make it into a "tea", then threw in lots of ice cubes to make it cool down. I know most bubble teas are artificial, but how can you be called a tea place without using real tea?! I felt my body was overloaded with powder after couple sips of that milk tea. And we paid like $5 for each, way too overpriced! Would rather walk five more minutes to get Kung fu tea over the bridge or go back to Hoboken to get Vivi at least they use real tea. read more

Wow this was my first time here, and their food is so incredibly fresh and delicious! They serve poke bowls, ramen, onigiri, bubble tea and dessert. This bubble tea and dessert shop has been freshly renovated, and on this typical weekday evening, there was surprisingly quite a crowd! That turned out to be a good thing, as the popularity brought a lively ambience as we enjoyed our bubble milk tea. On this day, I glanced and saw that several other patrons had opted for shaved ice, and it looked delicious too. The bubble tea was freshly prepared with small chewy bubbles, which is more authentic than the starchy larger bubbles that many shops prepare. We will definitely be back! read more

The poké bowl was absolutely delicious. I was looking for something filling but refreshing. I had rice, chicken, shrimp, mango chunks, avocado, cucumbers covered in teriyaki sauce, and of course with some cilantro. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. Great service and super friendly staff. I've known the family for years and they'll definitely take care of you. They have a nice selection of different flavored bubble tea. Normally I stick with what I know and only get peach. I'm glad I tried something different. Green apple yakult is very tasty with just the right amount of creaminess. Add in some boba and lychee jelly and we're good to go. Boyfriend got a cappuccino half and half which he liked a lot. Also got a black sesame shaved ice and it was delicious! I order pickup for the poke bowls here!! My usual is the salmon poke and I really enjoy it here. Good options for sides and everything tasted fresh to me every time I came. Reasonably priced as well. My fav go to spot for healthy eats and yummy shaved ice! The poke bowls are super fresh and the bubble teas never disappoint. They also stuff the onigiri quite well. I can't think of any complaints except that I wish it were open a bit later ... this is a perfect place to grab a snack, dessert, refreshment and a meal! Highly recommend! read more

Q Tea Tapas was my go-to poke bowl eatery, on many occasions, they get the order and quality A1. During the last encounters of their poke bowl, I've found an unusual taste, once a fresh tasty pallet is now a fishy ocean wave. This would be the usual bubble tea place .... BUT, there's a crepes place attached to it by the same owner. So far I've had the Thai tea with bubbles and pudding, matcha with bubbles, and the regular milk tea with bubble and pudding. If you get a headache when you go to bubble tea places, I recommend staying away from their regular milk tea. It's the same headache I see when I have Kung fu tea. Something in the mix. read more

Linked with the crepe place next door. Tried the lemon honey bubble tea. Reminded me of the lemon honey tea at those traditional tea parlors back in Hong Kong. That's a good thing. Or maybe it's because the people behind the counter were speaking in Canto... Facility is clean. It better be since it just opened up last week... Seems like a decent place to hangout. Great bubble tea - nasty guy making drinks. Came in on wed night and I've never ordered a bubble tea w/o bubbles being included automatically or at least being asked if I wanted them etc. my tea did not have any which didn't seem right and is disappointing & my friend and her son didn't either and they saw them not adding them in and asked why there were no bubbles? If they could add it? The guy proceeded to talk under I'm his breath rude while she was asking the girl. She refused to add bubbles to the top she said no they would have to remake the entire drink and it's too late and they need to ask if they want bubbles...my friend was willing to pay the difference or whatever was needed but once she heard the guy talking under his breath it upset her and escalated the situation. Very disappointing customer service staff seems not competent. Tea was good but not sure if it was worth it. While we were leaving we heard another couple asking/complaining the way they were making the drink as well but seemed annoyed and didn't want to be bothered got their drinks and just left. Would have been 4-5 star review until that all happened. read more

Q Tea Tapas is definitely my go to spot for bubble tea as they are the only place around the area who, to I, believe makes the PERFECT tapioca pearls where many other bubble tea spots fail to do so. The tapioca is such an important trait and really defines the quality of bubble tea. As for the food, Q Tea Tapas seems to be very successful in updating their menu to current food trends (example; Ramen, Poke bowls, Sushi-ritos) and do NOT fail to impress. Though the sushi fish does not seem to be on the same level as Sushi specialized restaurants, it is definitely still worth trying if you're looking for an answer to a quick sushi craving on the go. I also recently just had the ramen, which I was actually very impressed as their tonkotsu broth was very good, the noodles weren't over cooked and they still had a bit of a bite to the noodles which definitely a plus for ramen (in my opinion). Summary: If you're looking for some quick and casual Japanese based food with great bubble tea, definitely come to Q Tea Tapas. Solid 4 stars!!! read more

This was such a cute tea and dessert bar conveniently next to a crepe place! My favorite part was probably the crepes, we got the Avocado BLT and Shrimp with Thai Chili Sauce. It took a bit to make but once we got it, we were so impressed! Presentation is everything but taste was AMAZING! The flavors of both crepes were unique and just right. Definitely a bit messy to eat but worth it. The bubble tea was ok, got the taro flavor, kind of milky and the shaved ice had a weird consistency, they skimped on the toppings too. Would pass on shaved ice but go back for the crepes for sure! read more

This place used to serve quality boba at a reasonable price, but it is evident that the owner has placed every effort to maximize profit at the expense of his customers. We have been going since Q Tea Tapas opened and continued to go because of the aforementioned value, but I do not foresee us patronizing this shop in the future due to the evident quality neglect. The actual tapioca have been switched from a normal size to a smaller size in an effort to give customers less while charging the same amount. I wouldn't mind paying more to maintain the once satisfactory quality, but paying the same price to receive mediocre bubble tea is unacceptable. Additionally, the tea no longer has the same strength as before; I am very familiar with what a 100% sugar boba tastes like, but the past drinks I have purchased have tasted diluted to perhaps 70%. Lastly, (most formative to my review) is the obvious cheap nature of the cups and lid maker; when I was handed my boba, the cup collapsed on itself and spilled creating quite a mess. If you are reading this review, please consider other boba places before handing $6 to a rude owner. read more

The blended fresh fruit mango bubble tea is amazing! The issue is that it shows fresh fruit in the photo and the menu says topped with fresh fruit, but that's a lie. I went and bought 4 of these drinks and none of them had fresh mango pieces, when I complained the guy at the counter said it's just like that in the pic to look good. That is ridiculous, but afterwards I found on the menu it does say that this bubble tea is blended with fresh fruit and topped with fresh fruit. So they cheated me out of fresh fruit. read more

The best bubble tea I have ever tasted. Went here on my lunch break and amazing treat. They have a lot of flavors and all taste amazing. The price is really good. If you are in the area and want a refreshing treat on a warm day this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with this place.
