Fast service. Many options. Prices are reasonable. I tried the coco loco. Only issue was that the shrimp tasted really fishy so I do not think it was the freshest.

Gotta bump my review up to 5 stars because I've eaten here 3 times within the past month. I tried the Aloha 808 and Sweet Heat bowls, both of which were DELICIOUS. The quality is consistently on point and the fish is fresh. You really can't go wrong with picking any one of their signature bowls. I'm gonna have to try them all! I've been served by the same young woman and she is super friendly with great customer service skills. I wish they were open on Sundays, but maybe my wallet is happy about that.

Yes YES YES and YES!! I love this place. It's me and my colleague's favorite. Their poke bowls are awesome and that coconut sauce is to die for! (I mean I would lol) They should Have my poke bowl pick on the menu (many say that). The lady at the counter is so friendly and so nice, she gives me extra sauce and onion crisps all the time. Their fish is fresh, the pepper tuna is one of my favorites. The place is always clean and always have a smile on their face when they greet you. We love coming here all the time.

Ohhhhh my! I have been looking for Poke spot and I believe this might be the only one around. Be that as it may, this spot is super legit! I came in hungry and did not know what to order exactly, but the staff member helped me and broke it down for me. I ordered the Poke special and had a reallyyyyyy tasty party in my mouth. The freshness on the fish and all the ingredients made me feel very impressed. The spicy mayo added a flavorburst which took this Poke bowl to another level. FYI: Plenty of parking as this store is located in a shopping center.

My wife and I both agreed that this is the best poke we've ever had. Super fresh and plenty of options. We got the salmon belly (which is cut fresh), octopus (cut fresh), spicy scallops, spicy salmon and spicy tuna. the service was great and a nice ambiance if you choose to eat there. They have a special for bubble tea when you buy a poke bowl. We got the Thai iced tea bubble tea and the splash special bubble tea. Both were excellent. Highly recommend!

First time trying this place, fish was fresh and loved the coco loco bowl, it was refreshing and filling, server was fast and friendly and gave great recommendations, decent space but mostly for take out will come back!

Definitely going to be a go-to poke spot whenever I'm in the Northern NJ area. Their fish is fresh, variety of toppings and sauces, and the server is very nice and accommodating. My bf had their salmon belly and that is cut fresh in the back which is great. They even have Hawaiian sun drinks !! All for the full Hawaiian poke experience! They're also very generous with the servings and sauces so I made two meals out of my bowl. Will be back for sure!

Came into this location to grab a bubble tea. The prices were reasonable and the flavors were good. I would just recommend to make sure to get light ice as it does come only in one size. We got Taro milk, passion fruit green tea and honey green tea. They also had a fresh bar on the side with fish and other ingredients for a poke bar. We decided to get a grilled teriyaki chicken poke bowl since my friend does not eat fish, but I must say that it was absolutely delicious! I recommend this spot it was clean and had seats, the people were friendly behind the counter, and the Decour was to die for. I would come here again. They also had a table with candy for kids. LOVE

I live in lower Bergen County and usually have to go to NYC to get my Poke Bowl fix. Stumbled upon Splash Poke in Fort Lee. In a word, I LOVE this place. Fish is always super fresh and "Summer" who runs the place has a "belly salmon"? It's a softer more flavorful salmon. I get 4 proteins and the sauces are always great. As soon as I walk in, they know what I like and they get to work. I starts with the Kale Noodles and a salad base. Occasionally I'll go for the brown rice. It's a great filling meal and healthy too. Summer always treats me nice and it's so worth the 25 minute drive for me!

What happened...? On my recent to-go order, I got the same three way bowl and boy oh boy... I got a completely different bowl than last time. Refer to my previous review, but back then I had many more toppings and everything was dressed nicely in unami shoyu sauce. This time? Much fewer topping choices (no mango, no crab salad, etc.) and the guy put a drip of shoyu and then drenched it in an avalanche of sriracha mayo. I tried to not be rude but I think my jaw dropped open. I didn't say anything because, I thought wait a minute, can this still be good? Was I hallucinating about how it looked last time? Am I confused? When I opened the bowl at home, I realized that I wasn't confused. This bowl has devolved into a far worse poke. While it's still o-kay tasting, it just lacked balance as that s-mayo just eff'd with subtle taste of the ingredients. That's not the Japanese way nor the tasty way, Splash. Let your splash be for the waters your fish come from, but not the sauce to ingredient ratio.

I first tried this poke spot about a year ago and thought their portions and toppings were great but it was a little dry due to the lack of sauce. It was repeatedly dry each time for maybe 5 or 6 orders so we started stocking our own sauce. We don't like it drenched but dry poke is no good. But suddenly on our last two orders, we were getting much more sauce then we asked for. A little too much but I guess you can't say they are not listening lol. Dispute some of the short comings, we still like the poke here. The cheese cake is pretty good too but do know they are tiny (each slice is about the size of a fork). They should really call these mini cakes but at two slices for $6, it's not a bad value.

The food is always fresh. Service is always quick. Very calm ambiance. I usually get the 3 cup build your own or the eel special bowl.

3 scoops, "spicy" tuna, salmon, and "spicy" scallops.

I ordered the Unagi Don Gozen ($42)- it came with a whole tray of different delicious items, with the star of the show being a generous amount of unagi (eel) over rice. The eel was cooked very well and the rice was flavorful with a bit of sweetness. There was also a small bowl of udon noodles, some sashimi, a crispy tempura shrimp in a yummy creamy sauce, flavorful edamame, mashed potato with corn, and some pickled veggies - quite the diverse array, all of which was tasty. The restaurant itself has a rather simple yet elegant Japanese wooden design. The prices suggest it's a more high end place, but the vibe is actually rather casual. The staff are very attentive and the service speed is pretty quick. Overall, I would definitely give Moru 4.5 stars if I could. I think it's great for most types of occasions, and the only reasons it's not getting 5 stars is because I do think the prices are a tad higher than I would've hoped and I think they could've done a bit more in terms of designing the place to match the price point. That being said, I still highly recommend Moru, especially for a nice lunch.

My answer is always an immediate, "OMGOSH YES," and we know exactly where we're going -- Soba Noodle Azuma. We always get the cold soba combo, LARGE PLEASE. The soba is just SOOO good -- the right chew, the right temperature, the right texture, and the right amount. I used to get the small, now I get the large, but if I can't finish it, my husband will. We've gotten the combos with salmon sashimi, katsu, curry, chicken egg bowl, and the beef bowl. All were good, just depends on what you're craving that day for a little extra something on the side from your soba. And we ALWAYS get their cucumber appetizer. We love our cucumber apps, so we usually get it at every restaurant if it's on the menu, but azuma makes it THE BEST. We also had their okonomiyaki one time. It was really good and very filling, but I feel like it was over-sauced (but im also not a "saucey" type of person). They have other great things on their menu that we want to try, but we just can't get enough of their soba! They're BYOB, so that's a nice little perk if you want to have some light drinks during lunch or dinner. I want to go there with some sake one night and try all of their appetizers. Also, it's easy on the wallet for such good food and it's so filling. Great food, great value, nice casual and cozy atmosphere. The servers are straightforward and polite. If you are thinking, no need to think. Go! Trust me! You won't regret it! First of all, the sushi chefs are Japanese, so you know that the sushi is going to be legit. And it was busy there from customers and take-out, so you know that everything will be fresh, too. There were so many options to choose from the menu, so I had to ask for a recommendation. My friend and I were recommended to try the omakase option and, boy, that was a perfect choice! There were 3 types of omakase and we chose the first one. -Sushi omakase - $70 -Sashimi omakase - $80 -Sushi & sashimi omakase - $90 This was my first omakase experience where I walked out super full and impressed. -We were advised to eat each piece without soy sauce because each piece was curated with their own unique flavors. -After our first bite, we were advised that we could ask the sushi chef to adjust the rice and wasabi ratio in each sushi piece. We decided to keep it as is. -The wasabi here is really good, but spicy, so if you can't handle the spiciness, definitely ask for less. I was crying because of the wasabi but I didn't want it to be adjust because it was so good. -On the menu, it states that you have 2 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the omakase at a nice pace. -The udon soup you get in the end is made with hand-cut, chewy noodles and it was a perfect ending. -And this omakase also includes a dessert at the end, which was a perfect sweet ending. I hope you made the right decision to come here for your sushi craving/experience. Once you come here, I bet this will be your regular sushi spot. Tips: -Yamagata in a small shopping plaza with parking, but it fills up fast. There is metered parking on the street if needed. -This place is cozy and intimate, so if you are planning to come at a busy time, I would suggest calling to make a reservation. -For the omakase experience, if you can, sit at the sushi counter so that you could get the full experience by getting each sushi piece from the sushi chef.
