Spotted one of their locations when I was in LA and I knew there was one in Columbus so I had to come by. Had no idea initially that it was a chain. When my friend and I came in, it was late morning on a Saturday. Not busy yet but later on more folks that looked like college students came in. The menu doesn't explain much and the syrup and milk options are not on the back wall menu but by the ordering counter. Some syrups aren't available with hot drinks only iced. I tried the pistachio latte with oat milk while my friend tried the chai. As another Yelper said, the drinks are sweet and pretty milky. Not much espresso flavor. I'd come back to try the iced drinks though. They had a lot of fruity flavors. Otherwise, the space is nice. Lots of seating and comfortable couches. They had a little hanger thing by the couches to hang purses and hold long umbrellas. Even the bathrooms were clean and smelled good (they used plug-ins). And the staff were nice. Napkins weren't sitting out so I asked for some. Parking is easy. It shares the same parking lot as El Vaquero and Rusty Bucket. Probably a busy area in the evenings. read more

Well hello Qargo! New coffee shop that opened a month ago. Located next to El Varquero. Modern, well decorated with a clean, light but warm feel. Three comfy loveseat sofas and lots of cafe tables behind the vignettes of sofas. Cute modern lighting. Menu selection is good. Lots of baked goods, fresh made gelato. Boba, coffee, tea, smoothies. Husband says "coffee is delicious" Which I then sipped and agree. Yum. I ordered a mango berry bob. Expecting it to be orange and more mango. Be warned its more strawberry. Still delicious. Music played in the background. Nicely selected. We will be back. read more

My husband and I decided to try a new coffee shop. We were welcomed in by the employees who were kind and patient. They took the time to answer our questions like "how many shots come in each size?" and "what is the Qargo classic?" (The menu didn't provide the info). We decided on a Qargo Classic (turkey sausage, egg, cheese, everything bagel) and the Cheddar Crisp (croissant, turkey bacon, cheese, egg). You can choose what type of bread you want: croissant, various bagels, etc. I ordered a vanilla latte and my husband ordered a cinnamon bun/white mocha latte. If you like sweet lattes, this is the place to go. The coffee was not strong, even when I added an extra shot. The lattes are heavy on the syrup and milk. So while not my favorite place for breakfast or coffee, the overall vibe is great. The place is very clean - almost sterile - and there are many places to sit. It would be a great place to have a work meeting or a place to catch up with friends. Note that they are very strict about bringing outside food/drinks in - as in, they'll tell you that you cannot bring it in and point to the signs posted around the shop. They are kind about it, but just know if you're meeting a friend - plan to buy your food and beverages there. (Not a dig by any means - purely just letting the reader know.) read more

Tried their veggies croissant and it was so yummy . I went super early I was only one inside so I ddnt really have a bad experience:). People were nice and got my order right on time as I ordered thru their new app. The new app ddnt tell me it's ready but I went it and the time i put and told them my name and it was ready right away . :) read more

They are becoming one of my favorite places to get coffee. They offer incredibly fresh Italian coffees that are delicious and the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Along with sandwiches, fresh pastries, and gelato. Great environment that offers space to sit and enjoy your coffee while visiting with friends or needing to get some work done on your laptop. They also have a very nice outdoor patio. If you love coffee, give them a try. You will not be disappointed. read more

Looked up the menu and it looks like a great place, however when I stopped I was sadly unable to try Qargo. Their hours said they closed at 7p and it was only 6p at the time. The "open" sign was on, and there was an employee sitting behind the counter on his phone but the doors were locked. There weren't any signs posted that they closed early. Sadly I didn't get to try it and was disappointed that they closed early. read more

Stopped through the drive thru before a meeting and ordered an iced Pumpkin Pixie Latte. Service was fast and kind, and I was still early to my meeting after stopping. My drink was literally delicious. Definitely one of the best pumpkin drinks I've had in a while. I've previously tried one of their energy smoothies before, which was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the texture of the frozen drink. I would definitely get it iced next time. We came here on a Sunday around 1pm. There are many tables/couches to sit at. There are even areas with dividers and chargers, perfect for those trying to get some work done. There is also outdoor seating in the "back" near Polaris. They also have a drive through that I did not try out. The decor is bright and modern. The workers were nice. They offer hot and cold drinks on their menu with an array of caffeine and non caffeinated products. They even offer protein smoothies. They also offer pastries, slices of cake, and breakfast/lunch sandwiches. We got a chocolate croissant warmed up, and the chocolate was nice and gooey. The breakfast sandwich was really hot. Our drinks were good. I would compare this to brighter and comfier Starbucks. Their drinks and food are good, but nothing outstanding/special. This is a clean, bright, spacious, and quiet place to catch up on some work/friends. read more

I wish to bring a matter to your attention that concerns me (and I hope will concern you). My first visit to Qargo was via your drive-thru. I ordered my Lavazza coffee ($3.95 for 16 oz.) and upon reaching the window to pick up my order was told that the cost was $5.95 because I ordered cream with my coffee. What? That's nuts. I assumed that I must have been dealing with an inexperienced attendant during that visit and decided to return a second time...this time coming inside the store. Again, I ordered coffee, and this time the cost was $4.90. I noticed that customers do not have access to cream or sweeteners. That is unusual to say the least. My point: it is highly misleading to state that your coffee costs $3.95 and then to charge $1-2 more for half and half. That increases the cost by 20-50%. Ridiculous. While I really enjoy your coffee and would like to be a regular customer, I can't justify spending $5-$6 for a cup of coffee, particularly when it is represented as a $4 cost. Should I bring my own half and half to the store? Again, very disappointing. read more

First time visiting. And I'm honestly disappointed. The prices are much higher, the bakery selection was limited not only in variety but stock. Ordered a $7 sandwich and it was meh, turkey bacon was chewy and bland. Also had a chocolate croissant and it was again, okay. Lavazza coffee never disappoints. Service was okay. They don't have a service bar stocked for necessities like sugar, a place to do your own creamer or even napkins available. And they don't give you a napkin with your sandwich or croissant. Will try again, maybe it's new business growing pains. The Reno of the building is amazing and definitely reminded me of coffee shops in Italy except it doesn't have the coffee bar to stand and drink your coffee but we really don't do that in the US. read more

I'll cut to the chase - it's not authentic Italian coffee. We had a double espresso and a Lavazza coffee plus a cheddar crisp (egg on a bagel with cheese). Even though we said that we were dining in, the espresso was served in a paper cup. It was fairly tasteless plus I ordered a double and got a single. The coffee was also tasteless - seemed watered down (it was not an Americano). The bagel sandwich was ok - no plate, just in a bag. No napkins, etc. As much as I don't like mediocre Starbucks, I'd go to any Starbucks rather than here. read more

The first time I went, we dined in. We waited 25 mins for our breakfast sandwich then went up to the counter and asked about it. They said they accidentally gave our order away in the drive though and didn't realize it so they made us new food. I asked for some water and it came in what looked like a chewed up tiny Dixie cup so I asked for a bigger water but had to pay a dollar for their nasty tasting water due to having to use a cup. I always like to order a water with my coffee or food which is why I will probably just end up going back to my usual spot that gladly will give you a large filtered water for free. It wasn't a great experience but I've tried the drive through a couple times after just in case that visit was a fluke with similar bad experience so I am done unfortunately, I really wanted to love it read more

Beautiful decor and super friendly staff! The baked goods are delicious! We got the carrot cake and the pistachio cake and they yummy!
