Their menu is pretty extensive and has many options. The drink that caught my eye was the lychee lemon tea with lychee jelly. I loved that it had slices of fresh lemon in the drink and it was not super sweet. It was very refreshing. I will be coming back to try their other drinks.

Right now it's buy one get one half off. Not sure how long this will stick around, but all their printed menus let you know the deal. The Matcha Milk Tea (Medium) is more milky than matcha, but that seems typical of most bubble tea spots. Not overly sweet, which I like. The Lychee Lemon Tea w/ Crystal Pearl (lychee Jelly) has good lychee flavor. I wasn't sure what crystal pearl was when I saw it on the menu, but the printed sticker and what I got is lychee jelly. It is a bit on the sweet side for me, but that's just my preference. I didn't ask to see if they could adjust the sugar, but I'll check next time! Nice to see a new bubble tea spot in the area. There aren't options here for that. There was one that closed down a few years ago, but that was it. Hope this one stays around!

The menu…read morefeatures an array of decadent treats including crepes, waffles, croffles, bubble waffles, milkshakes, milk tea, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Everything is rich, indulgent, and made to satisfy your sugar cravings. We tried the Banana Nutella Crepe ($11), Oreo Lover Bubble Waffle ($11), and a Hazelnut Frap ($6.99). Both the crepe and bubble waffle came topped with whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was definitely over the top and decadent. Honestly, my Asian taste buds were a bit overwhelmed. I tend to lean more towards lighter desserts. While it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I know plenty of friends who would absolutely love it. The standout for me was the super friendly staff member who prepared everything with care. Plus, with everything on the menu priced under $12, it's a pretty good value. We even received two coupons for free items, Bonus: they're open every day until midnight--perfect for those late-night dessert cravings

A court injunction barred the US operators from using the brand's trademarks, forcing a viral rebrand to "? Tea" in New York. Headquarters' Allegations: According to court documents, the corporate office revoked the operators' trademark rights after claiming: - Unauthorized Expansions: The US operator opened a Los Angeles location without prior corporate approval. - Unapproved Ingredients: The franchise was sourcing ingredients independently, violating strict corporate quality and recipe standards. - Hiding Profits: Headquarters accused the operators of voiding their contract by allegedly hiding store revenues and bypassing royalty payments. The Franchisee's Perspective: The US operators disputed the claims. Before the courts stepped in, franchisees alleged that corporate HQ had attempted to aggressively renegotiate the ownership equity, attempting to slash the operator's share from 80% to 30% after the US locations proved highly lucrative. Current Status & Rebranding: Due to the legal injunction, the affected stores were forced to scrub the name "Molly Tea" from their storefronts, uniforms, and delivery apps. The operator complied by covering up the logos and using hand-drawn question marks on cups, quickly earning the nickname "? Tea" among fans.

But it was okay because we found street parking a little bit of a walk away and was able to still enjoy ourselves. My fiancé and I grabbed a bunch of food from their big variety and both left stuffed. Overall, I can't say it's the best quality of foods however, the selection was huge and for the price, this was actually very good! The service was great. They started us off with drinks as soon as we sat down and would ask us if we needed refills on these drinks whenever they were running low. Even though there was a lot of people, because the space itself is also big, it did not feel like we were overcrowded so that was also a plus!

However, when we arrived, nobody was at the front counter, so we walked to the inside counter to ask to be seated. The front desk guy clearly just came in for his shift since he was hurrying on his cell phone, carrying bags and had his jacket on. He came over looking very busy and disheveled, and when my mom politely asked if we should wait here to be seated, he rudely responded, "Well if there's no one at that counter then you come to this counter if you see the sign." Meanwhile... there was no sign saying that when we left. My mom was just asking a simple question, so the attitude was unnecessary. Just because you're stressed or running late doesn't mean you take it out on customers. F him for being rude to my nice mom and never coming to this place again. As for the food, it was pretty mediocre overall, that experience left a bad taste. The sushi selection had a good variety, and the desserts were honestly the best part. They have a chocolate fondue station plus vanilla, matcha, and swirl soft serve ice cream machines. At least the place was clean. Also, the waitress gives you a parking discount before you leave, so don't forget to ask.
