You know I do enjoy the drinks from here. They have this blue mango coconut drink for the summer and it's interesting. I can not really taste the what it is exactly but it's not bad. Honestly most of the drinks are pretty good but wait times for once you place an order is very slow. Sometimes not many people are there and still take an awfully long time. It's like the staff works slow on purpose.
This will be my last time visiting this branch. I ordered a drink through the app, and when it showed "ready for pickup," I went to the store--only to find my tea wasn't even started. The line for both orders and pickups was extremely long, and the whole place felt chaotic. The staff looked overworked, especially with complicated buy-one-get-one matcha drink orders. I didn't even use the deal, yet my time (and everyone else's) was wasted. If the store is this busy, the app should be turned off instead of making customers wait endlessly. I had to stand in line again just to ask for a refund, and the cashier told me they couldn't process it--I had to contact the app. After reaching out to the app, they said to call the merchant for verification. A painful back-and-forth with zero accountability. I've never had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple drink. Completely unacceptable. Wuxian Tea makes my order and delivers with a smile in under 5 minutes. That's where I'll be going from now on. Bye bye heytea Main St branch!

A bit of wait for our drinks. Can see the order status from a screen. My guava purple grape drink was perfect at 30% sugar (70% was recommended and would've been too sweet for me), with hint of guava and grape bits to chew on. Found out about their app after so I signed up - have to place orders for rewards, got an instant offer.
Wanted bubble tea and was in the area so we came in. My friend ordered ahead on an app but I ordered when we got in. They have a large menu you can select from. The place is huge, super shiny, and comfy to sit and enjoy your tea. I had the red blossoms milk tea and it was so good I wish I had more! It came out super quick and was ice cold. Can't wait to try more offerings!
How can it be that my first Heytea is in New York? I'm not sure, but it be! I had their Yumberry, and it was AMAZING. What's a yumberry? To be honest, I still don't know, but it is a very yum berry. In an attempt to get out of my comfort zone, I even added foam (I hate foam), and it was tastier than expected! Heytea, get me - some. Can't wait to return for more yumberry drinks! Staff? Quick with service though little interaction outside of yelling out order numbers. All orders were quick with self-service kiosks, and the location was fairly clean and quiet on a weekday night. Lighting was amazing for photos and conversations, lending to a "light" - no pun intended - atmosphere.
After schlepping my bags from the airport to my hotel, I needed a bubble tea pick me up, which this place happily provided. I got one of their signature drinks, a supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea with regular ice and regular sugar. It was delightful. The beverage was rich, sweet, and creamy, and the boba was perfectly chewy and soft. There was also some nice saltiness from the rich foam to complement the sweetness of the brown sugar. The shop itself was clean with minimalist decor and some comfortable seating next to much needed outlets. And though the shop was busy, the service was quick and friendly.
I love Heytea's fruit drinks! My two favorites are the Mango grapefruit boom and the Mango Coconut Boom. They're always so refreshing and so yummy. I really enjoy the small tapioca along with the coconut jelly. The mango chunks are also always sweet and good quality overall. I customize it to have minimal sugar and it still tastes great. I'd recommend to download the app and do pickup so you won't have to wait too long in lines. I knocked one star off because it is pricey, almost $9 for a large size but nowadays with all the drink spots around flushing, it's pretty standard.
HEYTEA is a trendy tea shop chain that sells fruit tea, milk tea, and more! There is a clean aesthetic inside the store and the service was fine; I ordered through the self-service kiosk. My drink came out fairly quick, which was nice as the store got more packed later on in the night. I ordered the Green Grape Boom and it was really tasty and refreshing! It was kind of like a slush with frozen (?) grape chunks at the bottom. I would come back here again to try their other fruity drinks!
The drinks are good. They have sitting for about 10 people. This place is busy so be prepared to wait. Seems counter people don't take orders you have to use the one kiosk. It is S L O W..... Took 3 minutes to put in one drink order. The wait for your drink is another 10-15 minutes. Drinks might be good but they need to figure out how to stream line.

Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea! Location: it is located along Main St Flushing, few seatings inside and bit crowded. Service: not much interaction, I just ordered on the app and wait for my bubble tea. It took so long tho like 30 mins. Food: I ordered Cloud matcha latte and supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea. Both of them are good but not great. Typical bubble tea. The boba is good tho and chewy. Price rating: 8 out of 10. Around $8 for 1 bubble tea. I will probably try their other flavors. Hopefully to not wait long. read more

I always see Heytea so I decided to try it very busy there was a 15 minute wait but very friendly. There were so many options I didn't know what to get so I ended up going with brown sugar Boba in my order they didn't have one of the ingredients for my Boba so they switched it with something else which It was still good I enjoyed it. read more
King jasmine guava $8- Got the bogo, this was better than the pistachio jasmine. We could taste the guava, altho we still wish both the guava (more raw, less sweet) & the jasmine were a bit stronger. Also I asked for no ice but they gave me ice. read more

This is one of my favorite tea chains. There are two locations in Flushing, close to each other. One was sold out of my favorite cloud crisp grape drink, but the other wasn't, so it was a short walk over. Their app is really convenient for ordering ahead. There is usually a wait for the drinks, so ordering ahead helps the waiting time. This location is also more spacious than the other one. The middle area doesn't have any tables or chairs so it's wide open. There are a few big tables to the side. There's also a few cushioned benches on the other side with little tables for you to put your drink on. read more
Went in the morning so no line and made the drinks quick. The cashier was patient when we were deciding what to get. Large interior and clean. Mango cloud and mulberry drink were good. The matcha latte was creamy and grassy but not my preference. Overall good but not worth the price. read more
I definitely prefer this location over the more busy and crowded one on Prince Street. Heytea offers up some of the freshest milk teas as well as fruit teas. The second you walk into the store, you are hit with the intoxicating aroma of the fragrant teas that they offer. Their drinks are very well balanced and taste so delicious. My major issues with this store would be the poor signage as you can't see the menu until you're up at the cashier. Also the board with all the order numbers face towards the workers so it's hard to know when your drinks are ready. Overall, still worth a visit as their quality is always consistently good. read more

If you do not want to wait, go to second location that's not on Prince street. The menu is right in front of the cashier so you have to order quickly. I did not like the pressure and would rather take my time. It would be nice if they can post the menu elsewhere. The space is huge but does have a strange odor (maybe did a deep cleaning?) I had to wait outside until my order was ready. Not sure why HeyTea was voted best boba joint as I thought it was only okay. The brown sugar boba was creamier than expected. read more
Food (5/5): Got the Coconut Mango Boom and it was really good! Enjoyed the nice mix of flavors and it wasn't too sweet. I got less ice and 70% sugar. Service (4/5): No issues with the service. Took a few min for the drink to be made but not too long. An improvement would be to have tablets because to input our order we have to wait in a long single file line to one person taking orders. Ambiance (4/5): Nice and modern looking store with nice lighting. I liked the empty space in the middle area and then Sears with chargers lined along the walls. read more
I got a matcha jasmine latte. There was a lot of people in the store when I went, but the service was pretty quick. The drink was very refreshing and the matcha wasn't too strong or light. The drink also came with some jelly at the bottom which was a nice surprise. read more
The last time I had Hey Tea was five years ago, and I was once again impressed by their fruity drinks. I can totally relate why people are crazy over Hey Tea because it's 100% living up to its hype. They use actual fruits and fresh ingredients. The best thing is they now offer a frew upgrade to a 0 cal sweetener. More guilt-free. Shout out to the efficiency of their new Flushing store. We visited in their grand opening week. We queued 20-30 min, but it only took them 5 min to prepare our drinks after placing the order! ＊Coconut Mango Boom A drinkable mango dessert. It is beautifully layered with mango chunks, mango juice, mango purée, coconut milk, jasmine tea, jelly and sago. Every sip is bursting with mango flavor and chewiness from the toppings. ＊Cheese Grape Boom It is curated with fresh grape juice, jelly, jasmine tea and topped with cheese foam. The grape slush is very refreshing and the fruity note tastes natural. We picked least sugar but found that it might taste even better with half sugar. read more
While strolling around Flushing, we wanted boba and found ourselves here. The boba shop is huge and spacious, but not much seating. Once you order, you can see your number on the screen to check when it's ready. I ordered a regular Mango Coconut Boom ($6.95), which was refreshing. Also, make sure to order light on sugar and ice. The drink itself is pretty standard, but I wish the coconut flavor shined more. read more

Been hearing about Hey Tea, so made a quick stop on a Sunday to try out their drinks! It was super crowded, so the visit wasn't in-and-out as I've planned. I ordered a regular milk tea with boba and my other half the mango sago. I must say, both drinks were delicious. The mango sago was jam packed with mango flavors, with fresh mango settled at the bottom, and the boba in my milk tea was soft and chewy, yet not overly sweet. Explains the hype here! I did sit on a chair at this spot, to then find out I had strawberry jam of some sort stuck on my rear the entire time I was in Flushing. There were 2 cashiers and a few people working on drinks in the back. There's a decent amount of seating as well. It was very crowded, but the line moved quick. The menu is in English and Chinese, so that's helpful. However, it's only on the countertop, so I couldn't see what drinks they had before I get to the cashier. They have screens behind the counter, so I'm not sure why they don't have the menu up on display. The employees speak Mandarin, so they'll call out numbers in Mandarin first. You can see your order number on a screen next to the pick up counter so you'll know when your number is coming up and ready, in case you miss them calling your your number. I got light ice and least sugar for all (my usual modifications) The Grape Boom had chopped up grapes and jelly in there, which is cool. Adds extra flavor and good texture. Was not too sweet. The Pure Green Tea is actually pretty good tea! Tasted fresh brewed and strong, which I like. The Mulberry Strawberry Boom had mulberries, though not as much as the grape one. I prefer the grape one. They do use paper straws, so you have to drink fast or it'll get soggy and fall apart. I would come back for the Grape Boom, as it is unique. read more
Compared to other boba tea spots around the corner or in the area, I would say that the drinks at Heytea are kinda subpar and not really memorable to me. Additionally, not sure if I can taste the tea flavor because it isn't strong in any way. Taste wise is shifting more towards juice than tea imo. Ordered the Passionfruit Blast (no ice + medium sugar) for $6. Haven't realized that they've added some kind of jelly in the drink which I don't like the texture. I think it should have been an option instead. Don't think the ice would've made a huge difference. Probably won't come back. Not too impressed is my conclusion. I get that they want to be sustainable with the paper straws. However, I dislike the feeling of a soggy straw after taking few sips and the fiber from a soggy straw getting stuck in my mouth. I would suggest using biodegradable plastic straws instead. Heytea lets customers adjust the level of ice and sugar just like most other places. Fast customer service from friendly staff. The prices are moderate and affordable. There's a small LED screen next to the front counter showing when people can pick up their orders. Font is definitely too tiny to see if you're sitting in the back unless you've like super great vision. I wish they would have huge overhead screens displaying your order #, so that you won't have to keep checking to see when will your order be ready. Accept both cash and/or card for forms of payment. About 2-3 blocks away of a walking distance from the 7 train. I see that they've lots of business when I'm there though. Ambiance wise is using a white and simple style similar to a garden-like kind of vibes with the fake plants. Plenty of wall outlets are noticeable throughout the huge space. There's at least one wall outlet next to the seating area and there's plenty of seating. Has good lighting to take instaworthy drink pics. Cute design on the napkins though. No restroom btw. They keep emphasizing these 4 main points on receipts & on the wall: 1. They use real milk; no artificial/non-dairy creamers. 2. There's real tea; no instant tea powders. 3. They use real fruits; no artificial flavors. 4. They use real sugar; no artificial sweetness. Until next time! read more

OMG, if it wasn't for the Tears of Themis event, I would not have known this tea spot was here. Yeah, just admitted two things - don't judge! The things I do for my mini me. Besides that, the drinks are the real reason to hit up this spot. Not only are the drinks refreshing but the teas are authentic tea leaves used. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was not just another IG hyped up place. The drinks I did get were obviously for the special themed event and kudos to the assembly line staff on keeping things running smoothly. At one point, it was 70 drinks ordered and they were filling orders as best they could. I think the wait time jumped from 7 minutes to 25 at the height of it. But pay no mind, time just flew by as we all patiently waited for our themed character swag and filmed our IG posts to get more goodies as part of the event. This was a great promotion - organized, fun and plenty of goods all around. The staff was friendly and never waivered under pressure. Everyone got what they ordered all the while, they were filling Uber eats pick up orders and other food app requests. Management handled the day so well. Applause to all involved. Drinks in had this visit: 1- Coconut Mango - real chunks of fresh mango, tapioca and coconut milk was really light and refreshing. I enjoyed this immensely. 2 - sampled the Boysenberry drink - lots of mixed berries in this flavor profile. It was very healthy since I asked for 30% less sugar...at least that's what I told myself. 3 - Matcha Chia Passion fruit - probably my favorite drink this visit. Real chia seeds and great passion fruit forward flavor with that gorgeous matcha finish. I can drink this all day. I requested no sugar because I was trying to be good...it was still fantastic without sugar. Now that I know they offer real tea and real milk. Not just the powder/ sugary drinks, I will definitely frequent here more often. The interior space is very comfortable with its high ceilings and wide bench seating. Mini cafe tables for your drinks. It's casual and contemporary decor. read more

Heytea is my favorite go to tea place in NYC and since the Manhattan locations are always crowded, I'm glad I get to go to the one in Flushing. This location was quite large with a lot of seating. I ordered the Yayoi Kusama collab drink Mango Grapefruit Boom (jasmine green tea, grapefruit pulp, mango juice, mango puree, coconut milk, sago, coconut milk jelly). I ordered on the app and it was ready by the time I got there. The Yayoi Kusama cup was cute and made of high quality plastic. The Mango Grapefruit Boom drink was fresh and not too sweet. I really like the coconut milk jelly since it's chewy but still soft. The staff were very nice. I'll definitely be back! read more
I couldn't bring myself to wait in the long lines when HeyTEA first opened, but I'm glad to try it out during this summer heat! When you walk inside, you are hit with the lovely scent of tea. I ordered the Original Grape Boom ($6.99). The jasmine green tea base was strong and floral, the grape slush was refreshing, and I like how they include real grape chunks. Personally, I would have rather them added more grape and less jelly. Interior is very big and spacious, but there is only seating along the sides of the store. There's a screen next to the front counter showing the order numbers when what is ready for pick-up. read more
This is hands down my favorite boba spot in flushing. The interior is nice and spacious and I like the white theme. The workers are always busy here because of how popular it is but drink orders come out very quickly. If you order a drink, you have to try the ones with mango because the mangos here taste perfectly ripe. The drinks are all have the perfect amount of sweetness and I am so addicted to coming back every time I'm in flushing. read more
Believe the hype for this one! I've tried three drinks before writing this review and all three are 10/10 stars. I love the space, very minimalist and leaves so much room for the ordering line and waiting area while still having decent amount of seating. The wait time to order is much longer (one cashier), but getting your drinks is faster (under 10 minutes). I've counted on both occasions that they have at least 9 staff at a time. But even if the wait was longer, the drinks are soo worth. Cheese Grape Boom: I can't choose between this and the coconut mango as which is my favorite, because this one is so fruity and refreshing and tasty, while the other is more dessert like. I LOVE the cheese foam too, and it works more for the grape one. Coconut Mango Boom Tea: this is sooo creamy/smooth it's essentially a dessert! Could not stop drinking. I don't really think a cheese foam is necessary for this one and it tastes so good already that I can't imagine adding another element to it but let's see at my next visit Grapefruit Mango Boom Tea: this one is really good too but the grapefruit balances out the creaminess so you get a bit of tart/bitterness from the grapefruit that makes this more of fruit drink than dessert read more
