3.5 stars. This dessert shop definitely lives up to its name--sweet tooths, take note! The menu…read morefeatures an array of decadent treats including crepes, waffles, croffles, bubble waffles, milkshakes, milk tea, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Everything is rich, indulgent, and made to satisfy your sugar cravings. We tried the Banana Nutella Crepe ($11), Oreo Lover Bubble Waffle ($11), and a Hazelnut Frap ($6.99). Both the crepe and bubble waffle came topped with whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was definitely over the top and decadent. Honestly, my Asian taste buds were a bit overwhelmed. I tend to lean more towards lighter desserts. While it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I know plenty of friends who would absolutely love it. The standout for me was the super friendly staff member who prepared everything with care. Plus, with everything on the menu priced under $12, it's a pretty good value. We even received two coupons for free items, Bonus: they're open every day until midnight--perfect for those late-night dessert cravings

An absolute pleasure!…read more The amount of choices left me in disbelief. Frog legs to stone crab... noodles to rice... beef to chicken. An absolute feast that is well worth the money. I can't wait to come back to fill up my belly again. Staff was 10/10 as they were bring out fresh food frequently so nobody had to wait for anything. Place is big and lots of seating. Parking lot is shared with other things such as the hotel and arcade so parking on the street and taking a walk may be best.

However, when we arrived, nobody was at the front counter, so we walked to the inside counter to ask to be seated. The front desk guy clearly just came in for his shift since he was hurrying on his cell phone, carrying bags and had his jacket on. He came over looking very busy and disheveled, and when my mom politely asked if we should wait here to be seated, he rudely responded, "Well if there's no one at that counter then you come to this counter if you see the sign." Meanwhile... there was no sign saying that when we left. My mom was just asking a simple question, so the attitude was unnecessary. Just because you're stressed or running late doesn't mean you take it out on customers. F him for being rude to my nice mom and never coming to this place again. As for the food, it was pretty mediocre overall, that experience left a bad taste. The sushi selection had a good variety, and the desserts were honestly the best part. They have a chocolate fondue station plus vanilla, matcha, and swirl soft serve ice cream machines. At least the place was clean. Also, the waitress gives you a parking discount before you leave, so don't forget to ask.

Although some drinks in the past have not been to our liking, but this muscat green lime green tea with 30% sugar is a hit! Not too sweet and not too sour, a bit tangy! This fruit tea drink is better than most of the other big chains. Must try! Should try their egg waffles too! UPDATE: Their fruit teas seem to be the better drinks of choice with actual fruits! Not too sweet and not too sour. Pro tip: order with 30% sugar!

I was surprised to see they serve fried chicken, so I ordered the Boneless Cheese Chicken. It came with 10 generously sized pieces that were crispy, heavily coated in cheese powder, and honestly so good I almost finished the entire box. For drinks, I tried the Matcha Coconut Water (pictured). It was rich and creamy with a nice matcha flavor, though I was hoping for a bit more fresh coconut taste. I also ordered the Brown Sugar Oreo Boba Milk Tea (not pictured) with 30% sugar, and that ended up being my favorite. It was creamy, not overly sweet, and had little Oreo chunks throughout that made every sip extra tasty. If you're looking for a place where you can grab both bubble tea and a satisfying snack or meal, Tsaocaa is definitely worth checking out.
