He acted like if I lost weight it would fix all my problems. I asked him why he was telling me this, as I was a normal weight when I started having extreme pain, and not being able to move around caused me to gain weight. He basically told me to just try it because he didn't have any other suggestions. I felt very blown off, and even if he couldn't help me, he could have said it in a much better way and without implying losing weight would fix all my issues. Once I went to a different practice, they did find out what was wrong with me and give me a treatment plan that actually helped. I felt extremely disrespected and blown off by this practice and would not recommend it to anyone.

Within days, I had a seizure. What followed was over a week of constant calls just trying to reach someone--calls that mostly went unanswered. When I finally got a response, I was told to go back on my original medication, but I had no refills available. After explaining that, I was told they would inform the doctor and that I should go to the ER if my symptoms worsened. There was no follow-up. No urgency. Nothing. I was referred here for specialized care for seizures and migraines, but my experience showed a serious lack of communication, coordination, and patient support. When you're dealing with conditions like this, that level of care isn't just disappointing--it's unsafe. I cannot recommend this clinic.
