They were very professional and matter of fact, giving me all of the information I needed. There was no sales pressure at all. They climbed up on the roof and identified damage from the recent hailstorm. Based on their experience in finding sufficient damage, they believed I had a valid claim. They asked if I wanted to proceed with a claim and walked me through the process. After deciding to proceed with the project, they took over and the process could not have been simpler or less intrusive for me. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf and scheduled all the appointments after consulting with me about my availability for the inspection. The insurance adjuster came and looked at the roof and approved the claim for the new roof because of hail damage. Naser and his team discussed back and forth with the insurance company on my behalf to get any supplemental adjustments needed to finish the project correctly. I did not have to speak to the insurance company one time, which I really enjoyed. The owner Naser brought over a large collection of samples for color and type selection for the shingles and explained the scope of work for the project. We signed all the paperwork and scheduled a date. They had a large crew come out and finish the entire roof in two days. There was not a single piece of scrap or nail I could find in the yard after the project. The crew manager informed me they had to replace a few pieces of plywood due to damage, which the company threw in at no cost. The crew manager noticed a few other things that I could take care of on the roof and siding and gave me a couple recommendations for people or companies that can take care of those issues. I cannot recommend these guys enough for any exterior home projects. I look forward to working with them in the future when I start a new project.

Update: Roof was finally repaired last week. The new roofer provided the attached pics - this is…read morethe original flashing from 2006 that Lorenzo didn't replace but was paid to. The second pic is the copper the new roofer installed (the same work that Lorenzo was referring to in the text message string). The new roofer also confirmed that was one source of water leaking in my attic. He also found another leaky section where the roof was caulked instead of flashed. More cutting corners. These resulted in water leaks in my attic, entry way and garage. And in response to Lorenzo's comment on what's included in the 30-page insurance estimate - flashing is on the list, including step flashing, which my new roofer commented was completely original and not replaced when Mr Reliable replaced the roof. Another thing he was paid for that didn't get done. READ YOUR ESTIMATES CAREFULLY - I didn't and Lorenzo took full advantage. Bottom line, my out of pocket cost to fix what Lorenzo didn't was $2,700. This doesn't include the dry wall repair and painting still needed in the interior. Not to mention potential mold remediation. If you're read this far - move on. Find someone else.

I don't do business with anyone going door to door, so I decided to do some research online for a reputable roofing company and fortunately found an incredible team to partner with for our home repairs. Pat came out to do the initial inspection and was great at explaining the damage on our roof and siding, and how to go about filing an insurnace claim. Once I put the claim in, Marko came out to meet our adjuster and they worked together to report all the damage and fixes we would need. Marko continued to work with our adjuster to get the insurnace squared away, which was really comforting since this was our first home insurance claim. Once the repair work started, he walked us through the process and sequencing of repairs (roof, siding, and gutters last). He scheduled all the repairs to be completed in less than a week because he didn't want us to be without gutters for long in case any rain came. I thought this was exceptional, since I have seen many houses on our block take months to complete their repairs, doing things out of sequence, and being without gutters for long periods of time. Pat and Marko treated us with the utmost respect, and executed repairs for our home as if it were their own. They're honest, knowledgable, personable, and genuinely care about doing the right thing. His response was "oh I'm sorry that happened! I hate when that happens, we'll make sure that doesn't happen. We do things a bit differently here." Pedro was kind, timely and seemed very thorough in the inspection and explanation. But after that, lo and behold, gone. I get it, times are busy and weather is rough. All we ask is that proper communication is done so we can manage our expectations. After getting sent photos, we've received zero communication and I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone.
