I went into this shop to get my cell phone diagnosed from a drop that happened earlier that day. The man that assisted me "Nathan" was extremly rude. As soon as i walked into the store i was greeted with an attitude, its clear this man either hated his job or simply hated assisting me with my phone. I left my phone with him for over and hour with no updates, when i called simply to ask how it was going i was given a cold and demeaning response that truly upset me to the point where i simply did not want his help with the issue anymore. BUYERS BEWARE ! this place is a rip off. March 30 2026 I stop in this store to get my Iphone 13 promax repaired. after 4 yrs I thought I had finally broken my screen. I stopped here because the Apple place bye my business was not open. I spoke to the guy at the counter. he gave me two quotes one for $169 to repair my screen one for $229 In thought both quote were way to high. Then he started pitching me . on how great there parts were and what a great warranty the screens for $169 were. I was running low on time so I asked the guy how long it would take to get done. He stated between 45min- 1 hour. I reluctantly agreed. The repair guy came back in 5 min. & I thought WOW that was fast. paid the bill and left the store . I had forgotten there was a glass screen protector on it! this is key. This is the first time I had ever had to replace a screen on this phone in 4 years. Fast forward to April 2 2026 literally 2 days later. I stopped for fuel. As I claimed out I dropped my phone. The whole screen shattered. I was stunned I just paid $184.86 with tax to have it fixed and was told this was tempered glass and so strong and all this stuff. So I went back to the I phone repair place close to my business. I showed them what happened. The guys says to me That's not to bad to have a phone for 4 years and just now having to replace the original screen. I said what?! he said this is the original screen. So then I told him I just had it replaced two days ago. The tech says this phone screen was not replaced. I thought it was really strange that it only took them 5-7 minutes to replace the screen when I was quoted 45min - 1 hr. .I turns out that In did have a glass screen protector on it from years ago. These guys took my phone pulled of the screen protector and handed me my phone back . then Charged me $184.86 for the repair. These guys are Crooks! plain and simple. I will be disputing this on my Credit Card. Then I will probably take them to court. This is Bull Shit , My old self would have walked in the door and start kicking the shit out of People, but I'm all grown up now and I guess we have to fight people in a different way. But doing people dirty like this . Is just wrong and they will get what's just for them. I hope they read this I am going to put this every where. They have no business being in business . My laptop fell with my thumb drive connected which broke the thumb drive that had all of my small business work in it. In a frantic state, I showed up to D&R knowing they mostly work on phones but hoping they can help me out. Nathan was so helpful and new what it would take to fix. He called the tech and they originally said 5-7 business days to return it, which would be tough to run my business. Deeply disappointed in the service received. I was told they would be able to fix my iPhone after they diagnosed it but they didn't. They even took longer than what they said they would. I was given a period of 5-7 days after I dropped it off but after 12 days (excluding Sundays) I had to reach out through text to see if there was an update regarding my phone and it wasn't until the next day that they answered saying it was a no fix. Went to D&R on Tuesday the 9th. My ear speaker was not working. Saw Jordon, and he said to have a seat it would take about 25 minutes. It was so nice and cool in there, as we were in the middle of a heat wave that seems to never end. I found them on Yelp and it was a great experience. And not expensive either. These guys really know what they are doing !!! It's a tiny, hole in the wall place on Magnolia at Central across from Walgreens with parking lot behind it. Pros: fair and competitive pricing, and I've looked all around. Quick straightforward service They didn't give me any trouble, surprisingly, when my screen replacement was still under warranty. They took it right in and got to fixing it. Got the tempered glass too and its holding without chipping. The first time I had hem fix my husbands iPhone screen they left something under the screen and it cracked within a day. They did fix it at no cost . I dropped my Samsung galaxy j3 emerge the other day. Cracked the screen. Called around a few places that said they couldn't repair it as its an older phone (they're all accustomed to iphones). Thus place actually gave me a quote said they could order the part if they don't have it on hand. They actually had the part and had it fixed in about an hour. Phone works fine was about 90 bucks. Place was empty when i walked in, no line. Counter girl was very friendly. Little hard to find but it's right next to.dairy queen so we parked in the back. I dropped my iPhone XS in water and about 2 hours later my screen glitched and then eventually just went completely dark. It still vibrated when notifications were sent but nothing was popping up on the screen. For the next 24 hours or so, I was researching ways to fix it and costs associated. I learned very quickly that Apple wouldn't help at all if it was water damage (only had the 1 year limited warranty), plus they charge about $100 more. So I decided to look for a local business who could help my situation. I sent out requests on Yelp and eventually stumbled upon this store. Within 2 minutes of submitting my request, I received a quote and estimated time frame the job. The only thing that might've been a problem was the part, I was initially informed that the part would take several business days to come in. I was pretty desperate at this point so I continued researching other businesses to see if they had the part in stock. Luckily, the owner came back to me the next morning and checked the store location (they have several locations) and verified the store had one more screen in stock. I asked them reserve it, made sure they took my card, and went in within an hour of confirming. I initially drop right passed the shop but was able to find it pretty easily after turning around. They have signs around the place indicating the parking lot is in the back. When I walked into the store, the girl in the shop was really nice and helpful. I explained the situation and she gave me the exact price (same price I was quoted) and told me it would be done within an hour. Pretty sure, she finished in less than an hour and I came back to working phone for over $100 less than what I would've paid for Apple. In the end, the girl who finished the job said it actually wasn't water damage at all. Turns out the screen on these phones are very sensitive and I likely just dropped it one too many times. The phone was in a case and had a screen protector on it but it was good information to keep in mind since my phone has fallen from my pocket several times. Oh also, the screen comes with a 6 month warranty. Fingers crossed that nothing else happens to this expensive ass phone, but if it does I'll definitely be bringing it back here. They were very reasonable, honest, and patient with all my questions. I have lost count of the number of screens and batteries i have had them replace in several years, and i am always pleased at fast they do it, often while-u-wait. Usually, that's it, the repair works till the next time you drop the phone 6 feet onto rocks, or the battery wears out. But the few times it was not as it should be, they have made it right. I'm going to be honest I come to this shop at least 2 to 3 times a year because let's face it it's easy to crack an iPhone. I have been referred here by friends and I referred lots of friends and this place is very good & fast. However I came in last week and got a new screen which was perfect till I set it face down on my tile counter yesterday & it cracked. I'm going to go back today and ask what they can do for me because there's no reason it should of cracked like that or that fast. Fingers crossed I don't have to pay another 100$.
