Worst burrito of my life featuring fights among the employees, crunchy rice, soggy / ripped tortilla, questionable beef along with overall rude service. One of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had in a place that charges $12 for a burrito. I had to throw it away because it made me gag trying to eat it. I've ate at multiple locations and get the same thing at every one of them. Half carnitas and half barbacoa. Never been an issue with that. This location said they refuse to do it. When I asked the manager she was rude about it and brushed me off. Won't be returning to this location again. I understand that you are probably flooded with carry out orders where people don't specify what they want, and that can cause confusion leading to unsatisfied customers; but I was very specific with my online order and what my nursing wife who hasn't been able to eat qudoba for the last 8 months got is not what I ordered. To say the least, we were very disappointed. I don't care to rant and rave about what was done wrong, but for the sake of those ordering online in the future, please pay closer attention to the specifics so that future customers get what they actually order and pay for. We did not get lettuce, queso, or sour cream on my wife's burrito. Again, not the end of the world. She still ate it. But I think if I had thrown a piece of cardboard w peanut butter on it at my nursing wife she would have scarfed it - a dry bean chicken and rice burrito is just not what we paid for or ordered. read more

Absolute ghetto. Employees are barely even alive, can barely hear the words coming out of their mouths. The restaurant is absolutely filthy and the bathroom even worse. Soda was flat and old, food was cold and had NO seasoning whatsoever, the rice and beans tasted like Karen tried to make a burrito at home. Found a piece of sharp chicken bone in my mouth, luckily didn't swallow it in time. All in all would rather starve than ever eating here again, wasted $20, should've gone to Chipotle. read more

I am so disappointed with the service that I received on 5/26/23. The entire staff showed non-existent customer service. The past few times I've been here, the guy with the patchy beard could care less about providing good service. Just rude! They were out of the majority of the food. It was only 8pm. The guy kept complaining that people were coming into the restaurant. The young lady who prepared my food was not paying attention to anything I was telling her. Her mind was elsewhere. I had to keep repeating myself. There were only 3 customers in line when I arrived and it took 30 minutes to get my food. As a large catering customer, we love Qdoba - personally, the pulled pork is a family favorite. It doesn't matter if it's on nachos, in a burrito or just on top of some rice, we love it! For me, the knockout tacos are some of the best I've ever had! The staff has always been professional and eager to help. LOVE this Qdoba location! My husband and I stop by here at least once a week. They are perfect on portion sizes, most of the employees are very attentive and the food is delicious. The only reason I can't give them a 5 star review is because there has been a couple times that they've run out of ingredients within 2 or 3 hours of closing. Service in the morning is not so pleasant. I've been in twice with the new hours and the same lady has waited on me. I went to the QDOBA in Shiloh Crossing off Greenmount Rd. in Shiloh, Il for lunch earlier this week. There were about 6 people in line ahead of me. I thought great this will b quick. Normally this location is super busy at lunchtime. There were 5 workers. It appeared one worker was to start your order, one worker to finish ur order and man the quesadilla presses and bag ur food, one worker cooking all the meat in the back, and then there were 2 workers on one register. Weird when there is two registers. I was greeted with "next order". As the second worker trying to finish orders, quesadillas, and bagging food was severely backed up. I was standing waiting for my order to be finished with four other people in front of me and the original rude employee barked to one of the girls that were sharing the one register and staring into space at this point "help him push these orders thru". One of the register employees seemed put out by this. She slowly put her gloves on and just stood there. One of the quesadilla machines was beeping and she went to turn it off. At this point the original employee, that in my opinion is there to pleasantly greet you, thru her gloves away. She didn't say anything to any employees and left the building. The employee that was put out to have to do something other then the register was asking all the waiting customers if the quesadilla was theirs. When in actuality the quesadilla was for a customer 3 after me. Then this same employee was bagging food that the customers were telling her was theirs. No communication with any employees. Then all the employees noticed the greeting employee was gone. As I was cashing out I was asked if I needed my food bagged. She started telling me my total and I asked if I could order a soda. She rang a soda in separately. Then I finally was on my way. Leaving I realized why this location isn't so busy anymore. QDOBA is a fast service and it doesn't take much for smiles and greetings and not to mention trying to up sale with cookies or drinks. Very disappointed and won't be back to that location for a while. A lot of military go there and they deserve the respect!! read more
