    Chicken bowl

I like the chicken bowls, they have mini bowls which are a perfect size. I noticed they keep the food area clean, I went to the chipotle down the street & it was disgusting.

With over 750 locations in the U.S., QDOBA has opened in several locations in Broward County: Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and the one I visited in Davie near Nova Southeastern University. I ordered a bowl of white rice, black beans, ground beef, pico de gallo, guacamole, and a drizzle of sour cream. I added a mandarin orange Jarritos and a brownie. Although there were two things that were quite off-putting: (1) the guac wasn't fresh, and (2) despite their claim to be "making a positive contribution to the environment [by reducing plastic consumption] ... we use brown paper bags made from 100% recycled materials."; I was given my second order for takeout in a plastic bag . That said, it was a pretty good experience with good service, clean facilities, and their prices are competitive with 'otle. QDOBA offers catering and they have a rewards program.

Sam and Winsely were at the front of the line greeting us with warm smiles, the ambiance is spacious and welcoming. First time here and they encouraged me to try everything before actually putting it on my bowl. Prices are fair given the amount of food they shell out! More than enough for two settings easily! I am excited to try my healthy helping alongside my free bag of chips :))))).

Yummy yummy yummy! This restaurant was finger-licking good. The food was so fresh and yummy. And my favorite part is that they don't charge for guacamole. The serving sizes are pretty fair. The staff were nice. The inside was super clean and they was plenty of seating. I definitely recommend and I will be back soon.

There were seven of us for Taco Tuesday, and from the moment we sat down, our waitress seemed irritated that she had to serve our table. We ordered quickly because we already knew what we wanted. I ordered four Birria tacos on corn tortillas ($19.00) and a michelada ($9.90). Everyone else's food came out correctly, but mine did not. The tacos were clearly served on flour tortillas instead of corn. I politely pointed out the mistake and asked for them to be replaced. Instead of correcting the order, the waitress brought back the exact same plate and looked me in the eye while insisting they were corn tortillas. They absolutely were not, and my friends confirmed the same. I refused to eat them and ended up taking them home for my daughter. What makes this especially upsetting is that this isn't just about getting an order wrong--mistakes happen. The problem is that the restaurant chose to lie rather than fix it. If this had been a customer with a gluten allergy or celiac disease, the consequences could have been serious. Serving the wrong food is one thing; knowingly trying to pass it off as something it isn't is completely unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible.

The restaurant is buried in a line of other businesses door-to-door from each other, and hidden behind shrubbery. Once you find it, you will know it. There are husband and bride skeletons on the floor in the window by the door. Once inside, we were greeted, and asked if our order was pickup. It was to go. The wonderful and very busy woman at the counter, offered the menu, but we already had one. She was busy not just taking orders, taking payments, and getting deliveries out the door, but mixing drinks, and taking care of tables! She was a one woman army! Outside looks small, and so does the inside. But the layout is done in such an effective way that it there is counter seating, and more than enough tables to host a small event. It is like a small living room that is still large enough to throw a decent party! The décor is authentically Mexican with Mexican pottery, glassware, imagery, decorations, etc. Regarding the food, it is as authentic as the décor. Chilangos Mexican Grill is not Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical! The food is made from the heart and soul not from a corporate cookbook. So if you are a fan of Mexican food, or want to try it, visit Chilangos Mexican Grill. You may have trouble finding it, but once you do, the trouble will be MORE THAN worth it!!!

He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. For drinks, I tried two of the Tierra Margaritas during happy hour: the Spicy Margarita and the Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita. Both were absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavor and just the right amount of spice. At only $8 each during happy hour, they were an incredible value. For food, I ordered the Short Rib Taco and the Guacamole con Chicharrones. Let me just say--the guacamole with the crispy pork belly was so damn good! The combination of fresh, creamy guacamole and perfectly cooked chicharrones was packed with flavor. The short rib taco was just as impressive, and everything came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. From Mate's attentive service to the delicious cocktails and flavorful food, this was an easy five-star experience. If you're looking for a happy-hour spot in Davie with excellent margaritas, fresh Mexican food, and great service, I highly recommend visiting Tierra Mexican Grill & Bar. I'll definitely be back!

The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, it felt like the restaurant was a bit understaffed for the evening. It seemed like there was only one waitress handling the entire dining room, which did cause some delays in service at times. Overall, my party was fairly happy with the experience. My chicken fajitas were very well prepared and packed with great flavor. Unfortunately, my spouse's ribeye was a bit underwhelming--the marbling was excessive, which affected the overall quality. On a positive note, the margaritas were well made and enjoyable. I'm giving it a solid rating because I'd love to see a small business like this succeed, but in all honesty, it felt closer to a 3.5-star experience.

First I will start with the aguas frescas. I ordered an horchata. It was $4.99 and was served in a tiny child size cup. When I tasted it, I noticed it wasn't even homemade. We then noticed they used KLASS powder mix to make their "aguas frescas" so completely overpriced and not even homemade. Second I will touch on the tacos. We ordered birria tacos. They asked if I wanted corn or flour tortillas. This is when I knew I was doomed for bad tacos because tacos are NOT made with flour tortillas. ‍ once we got our tacos they were 3 very small tacos and they were not served with cilantro or onion. Overall. I was disappointed and would not return here. Very overpriced for mediocre and low quality "Mexican" food.

We ordered steak tacos (listed as one of the favorites), quesabirria, spicy margarita and the limonada de mango biche. The drinks were good but the food was okay. The quesabirria was better than the tacos, but the birria sauce just looked and tasted like oily water. The steak tacos are a favorite, but was unfortunately not mine. The steak was chewy and you weren't able to taste the truffle chimichurri. The tacos were also filled with oil. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it may be some sort of sauce but confirmed that it was indeed oil when it started dripping out of the taco. We placed paper napkins on the tray and it absorbed the oil but there was still a lot in the tacos. I didn't notice it at first when I took the picture, but you are able to see the oil in the tacos and the tray...there was a lot! This was our first time at Chilacos and while it may have been a one-off experience, there are other taco places to visit.

The truffle mushroom tacos on the happy hour menu were excellent, along with the yuca fries and other vegetarian options. I had two tacos, two margaritas, and an order of yuca fries and let me just say, the portions are very filling. One taco would've honestly been enough. Everything was fresh and flavorful: mushrooms, roasted corn, vegan cheese, sauce, and cilantro. It really didn't need anything except maybe a little spice. Service was excellent from start to finish. The host, server, and bartender all very attentive. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and for happy hour seating we were moved to the bar area, which was no issue at all.
