This place reminds me of chipotle and cafe rio. It has the same way of ordering that both places do. They have a great selection of items to choose from. Unfortunately the food did look like it had been sitting for a while. The location was not busy at all. The portions for the price seem off compared to other similar restaurants. We ordered 3 tacos, nachos and 2 drinks and it was $30 but the nachos and tacos were pretty small. The employees were nice and helpful with questions and the food did taste pretty good. I don't think this will be replacing either chipotle or cafe rio for me, but I would try them again, maybe just a different location.

    This is the dining area!

No atmosphere, no customers, clean restaurant. The food was fantastic! Restaurant was very clean, fresh and much like Chipotle! In fact I feel much better!

Portion size. This isn't eaten (only food shifted from walking to the park)

What a joke. The picture I posted was for a $13 steak bowl. Mind you , I have not touched the food yet, it only shifted from walking to the park. Tasted ok tho.

This location is a joke. I ordered their tortilla soup. I wanted tortilla strips on my soup but didn't want it to get soggy on my drive home. So I asked the lady if I can have a small amount on the side in a cup. She said sure. She then rang me up and charged me a side of Chips. I asked her why, she said it's because "its extra to have it on the side"

My son and I made the drive to the Rainbow location from Silverado Ranch to order dinner. My son chose the steak burrito and I chose the chicken bowl. Our food was delicious! Fresh, hot and serving size was good. The steak burrito was huge, stuffed with steak, cheese, white rice, beans, etc. My bowl had fresh cooked chicken, white rice, red onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, pinto beans, cheese, etc. It was loaded down with tasty goodness. My son's burrito we made into a meal with a Coke, chips and Queso. The counter service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. It is a good location, worth the drive. The restaurant is clean and neat. We definitely will return to try more of their delectable dishes.

I was so stoked to come here because it had been almost a decade since I've had Qdoba. It was my go to spot in college & I've definitely missed it. So when the chance to go to one arose, I took full advantage. Walked in & there was no one there & it also seemed a bit dark. But I was still excited & ordered my usual grilled chicken burrito, added cheese, rice, guacamole, salsa Roja mild, & sour cream. Got back home to unwrap it & quickly noticed that in the past mine were thicker. Took a bite, kinda dry. The rice & chicken was a bit dry as if it was sitting in the warmers since yesterday. To what I remember years ago everything was wet in there, due to the sourcream & it was cheesey. It's almost like there wasn't enough toppings on there . Towards the second half of the burrito it was much better as that's where all the toppings like the guacamole were hiding. But still something just wasn't the same, even the tortilla. I remember it being thinner & warmer. A bit disappointing, but I'm not ready to give up on them just yet.

My family and I came here for the first time and it's Amazing! If you had chipotle then it's very much alike, but A lot more toppings for your bowel! I liked how they have choice of a small bowel or a bigger bowel to choose from. I got a veggie bowel with rice, fajitas, black beans, queso, mild salsa, mango salsa, corn, guacamole, lettuce! Definitely will come back and try something else!

We've been doing something a little different these days when we order takeout; trying not to order too many items of any big portions of food. Here, we ordered one taco each and one burrito each, just so that we wouldn't have anything too big for us to finish or to save as leftovers for the next day. We both ordered tacos, with mine having the hard shell and his having the soft shell, and we both ordered the California Burrito, a favorite for the both of us. Since it was so close, we left to go get the food immediately after we placed it online, and it was ready right when we got there. The tacos were delicious and I'm going to say it right here, the California Burrito was literally en fuego. It started becoming a little spicy about halfway through, but it was still really good! With Mexicans restaurants on nearly every block here in town, I wouldn't mind coming back to Fuego again.

We walked in and were greeted right away. It's very cute inside. I ordered the horchata but was not a fan here, but that's ok I am very picky and I know it. When it came to the food, it was ok. My husband wasn't a fan of the rice but liked the rest of his chorizo plate. The carne asada in my salad was a lot thicker than expected and very crispy well done, but it was still good. It was a little more expensive than we had expected. I'm sure we will be back and try again though.

They have a Loteria drinking game, with each card matching a drink on the menu. Fun idea, but when explained seemed confusing. The drink was ok, too sweet for me and a little small for the price. Menu highlights for me was The dirty corn, salsa flight, and my (2) taco plate. The dirty corn was a standout with elote-style corn in a bowl, topped with chicharron, chorizo, and spicy mayo. It delivers that street corn flavor, but with a good mix of textures and spice. My tacos were delicious. I tried one grilled shrimp taco and one carnitas taco, served with rice and beans. The blue corn tortillas were a nice touch and pillowy soft! The carnitas were amazing, great flavor and super tender. I shrimp tacos were just as good and when topped with their habanero, verde, and roja salsa, that heat and flavor depth gets elevated! Overall, it's a dependable neighborhood spot with a fun atmosphere, creative touches, and good food that makes it worth a visit if you are in the area!

Today, all I managed to photograph was the menu because, once again, the food disappeared too quickly. Chile Verde is truly a hidden gem. The owner is a one-man operation - he takes your order, prepares every meal himself, and does it all with incredible care and pride. The food is consistently excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the oil is always clean, and everything is cooked to perfection without ever feeling greasy. My go-to orders are the Beef Rolled Tacos with Guacamole and the Vegetable Burrito, and they never disappoint. One thing that has always impressed me is how immaculate the kitchen is. His stainless steel equipment is always spotless and shining, and it's obvious he maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. There isn't a dining area, so it's takeout only, but don't let that stop you. The quality of the food more than makes up for it. But it's absolutely stunning in here with a lot of booth seating which I always like. Our server was amazing and took the best care of us! For Wednesdays on Ladies Night, they give you a toast of champagne which is so nice. They also had 50% off some cocktails as well. To start, they give you chips and salsa and both are really tasty. To drink, I ordered the Sandia Diva and the Nuts About You. The Sandia Diva was sooo good and refreshing. I loved the presentation of it. Also, their menu gives photos of their cocktails which I also love cuz sometimes its hard to figure out what they look like. The Nuts About You was basically an espresso martini with pistachios and was soooo good and creamy! Our server recommended it so we both had it and really loved it! We decided to split a lot of items, which is always my favorite way to eat with friends. We ordered the yellowtail ceviche, empanadas, taquitos, and a variety of tacos. The avocado taco was pretty good, though I thought it was going to be a fried avocado for some reason haha. Still tasty! They do give two tortillas which at first I was like eh, but then I realized they fall apart so makes sense haha. The empanadas were delicious and so were the taquitos! But the star was definitely the yellowtail ceviche which is what our server told us to order. I definitely would come back here again!
