Ordered a takeout chicken bowl online for 6 o'clock. Got there at 5:55, was told they were cooking the chicken. They waited on eight customers and finally got around to my order which I received at 6:15. Instead of a bowl, I got a burrito. The girl, whose attitude was less than pleasant, showed me her printout, and it indicated that I had ordered a burrito, but I showed her my online order and it was clearly a bowl. They did a nice job putting together the food however, the employees that we're working, there seemed very unhappy. I love Qudoba, and quite often I rely on this location for something moderately healthy and quick. This location unfortunately sucks... sadly its not a new thing... judging by the reviews here and my own experiences, no one cares to make a change. They skimp on the portions of meat (if they even have it made). Half the time, they don't have anything prepped so you just have to make do with what they have. The kids who run it obviously don't want to work there, lol. Girl gave me an eyeroll tonight around 7:30 when I asked if they had anymore of their new hot and sweet chicken. Well.... to start.. we were told they are out of chips, tortillas, taco shells. (Even though I noticed there was a basket of chips by the fryer ready to be dropped in) Settled for a bowl. Asked for a brownie at the register. Oh, they are also out of those. With no customers and no food to offer... you would think the dinning room would be clean. It's disgusting in here. All the tables are askew, covered in gross stuff, or restaurant supplies. The rug that goes in front of the soda machine is rolled up under a dining table and the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. Oh, I see now why the place was filthy. Look I know I consciously chose to eat at Qdoba instead of Chipotle and that's on me. But here it is anyway: The first time I went to this Qdoba I thought to myself "wow, that was an impressively sub-par burrito". Very meh. I declared to myself that I would "never go again", but last night I was super hungry and running out of late night options so I thought I'd give it another chance. I wish I hadn't. I took my meal home and after a few bites I decided that it was really quite inedible. Something was over salted (the brisket perhaps), some ingredients were bland, and others were potentially seasoned with an old gym sock. We are long time Qdoba customers and have eaten at this location many times...tonite the help was inexperienced and the restaurant was filthy...we ate out side to avoid the mess inside and the patio was gross..looks like it hasn't been cleaned since winter. My food was good but my husbands Nachos were poorly assembled and a big disappointment...how do you mess up nachos? We understand good help is hard to find right now but this is unacceptable. We had a disappointing experience ordering a large order for a party. Spent $240+. After picking up the order and getting home we discovered the order was missing the queso. Called and they stated you can come back to pick it up. Seriously...no customer service or apology from the manager. Also noticed the pork was fatty and less than normal quantity. Came in Friday during the day for lunch on our way to a camping trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was good. But, they had no beer because their liquor license wasn't up to date and the coke machine did not work. I usually have great experiences when I visit one of these chains. read more

I got the 3 taco's & I had to look twice to even see the chicken in the taco's....they gave about a teaspoon sized portion of guacamole & a couple of pickled onions. My husbands bowl was very small! Wow, really friendly staff! I was craving a huge burrito for dinner that would afford me leftovers for tomorrow, and of course I'm not disappointed. The salsa they recommended is awesome and I am glad I tried something new. I saw they had new veggie tacos tacos in the menu, so I'll have to try those next time. I just happened to speak with a friend that had gone here moments after I had finished, and - unprovoked - he began talking about how it had been some of the worst food he had ever had. I love Qdoba! Most of the staff here is very friendly. But if you only have a 30 minute lunch break do not come here at 5pm-7pm! There are normally large orders in front of you or like last time I was there just one lady ordering for her entire family at home. Sometimes though the chicken can be tough to chew, I think it may be the older chicken in the bin, but I get this at every doba I've been to. Still love it though!! On my way to Blackhawk to hopefully win some money. About to turn around after my piss poor experience at Qdoba. No fajita vegetables. Many meats are not available. I order a salad/bowl. I ask for one of the salsas on the side because I have a drive ahead of me, and I don't want my dinner to be soggy. I requested for the salad dressings to be on the side. I was reprimanded for asking for too many sides, and told they'd do it as a favor. Ummm, those aren't "sides". I could get them atop of my salad bowl, but they'll make your meal taste like sh*t. They aren't "sides". They come with my meal. To make matters worse, as I'm en route to a casino, they didn't give me my card back. As someone who is in the service industry, train your kids better. You can be out of all of what I want, but I ask for dressing on the side for the salad I ordered, and I'm getting scolded for asking for sides??? Get your ish together. It's disappointing. Stopped here on our way home from a hike. It was maybe 12:30 on a Sunday? I overheard one of the employees tell another customer they were out of ground beef. Ok, that's fine. There were three people working and the dining area was filthy. One guy was cooking, the woman was taking and making the orders, and the other guy was at the register. She kept taking out empty trays of things because they kept running out. Went to order a bowl with chicken, they were out of that too. Settled for pulled pork. Trash can by the back was way overflowing with discarded trays all over the top. 85% of the tables in the dining area were dirty. The area by the fountain was also dirty. My family and I had lunch at Qdoba. Overall the meal was good, what you would expect from a fast casual restaurant. You order your meal, the make it as you watch (the protein is pre-cooked), pay for it and carry it to your table. My burrito was not mixed as well as it could have been, and my wife's taco bowl tasted a little stale. The meat (flank steak and chicken) were tasty and tender and cut into tiny smaller than bite site pieces. There are many drink choices as they have one of those new Coke machines with a 100 flavors. What came first? Chipotle or Qdoba? If you judge it by taste it's obvious Qdoba came along to join the burrito wagon but didn't do as good a job duplicating Chipotle. They come in third on my list for the freshest burrito. They offer Signature Flavors which are their specialty burritos so I tried the Fajita Ranchero Burrito with chicken. Boring. Not much flavor and I couldn't even taste the salsa. Same concept with the same fillings but it just didn't work.
