Every visit the store is dirty, I don't know why my husband keeps wanting to go back.After today I will not. And I'll stand on business with him if he returns. Stopped by the Florissant location today to try out their Smoky Cheese Crusted Chicken Quesadilla. Not impressed. The advertisement image is the seller. It's a quesadilla topped with melted cheese. The taste was fine and standard to normal quesadilla. Ingredients were not fresh and a lot of spillage in between food stations. There are times when I'm in need of nachos and don't feel like sitting down in a restaurant. Qdoba is a good alternative for Nachos-to-go. This location is near the intersection of Lindbergh, so as a result, it's very high-traffic. I haven't been here once where there were less than 5 people in line. The employees do a good job of making sure you have received a portion comparable to the cost, no complaints. Qdoba offers a few varieties of queso, but I always stick with the regular. Chicken nachos is what I go for typically w/pinto beans. Their chicken is cut in cubes, not shredded... I prefer shredded, but their seasoning and cook on the meat is pretty good. While I wish the pinto beans were cooked just a tad longer, they are spot on with the seasoning. Pico, sour cream and guac to top it all off. What I really like about Qdoba is that on to-go orders they allow you to separate your chips from the toppings. That's awesome so that you don't have soggy chips at home. I continue to give this location a chance but unfortunately am disappointed every time. Each visit something is wrong with my order and the employees never seem to have it together when I go to pick up an order and there seems to be no sense of urgency to serve customers. I have been given wrong entrees, entrees completely missing, sides missing, and requested toppings missing EVERY TIME. The food is okay but simply not worth the disappointment of them getting things wrong and for the price I will go elsewhere- Chipotle or any other Mexican restaurant. I always enjoy this place, I have never gotten bad food out of here yet, the crew is always pretty cool, and sometimes they are awesome. Like I said, I love everything they make the only reason they are not as good as it gets is because I am not sure they use organic products are farmed raised meats that are organic. If I knew for sure that they did, this would be my spot for fast food Mexican, those huge burritos are what I love and the tacos and more are just freakin good. Sometimes you go in there just for the chips and queso. The place is fairly clean and good food. If you like anything close to Mexican food, for a fast food joint this place is the one. My senior citizen mother got severe food poisoning that left her bed ridden for a week after eating at this location. She was in great health prior to this, exercising multiple times per week then suddenly fell very ill. She is doing better now but will never eat here again. Please use caution when eating at this location. Had she known about the 2-star Yelp rating, she would've steered clear but she barely knows how to work the internet. I went in to order and was turned away , they said they were only doing door dash orders. I don't have my own transportation at the time so I often walk or catch a Uber. I am a big fan of this Qdoba in particular, the employees are not obnoxiously sweet and happy, but they are always polite and get my order correct. The past two times I have been here, I have been on a run for work, that means 5 or more different orders. My co-workers are really good about remembering all the specifics that they want on their entrees, but I'm still walking out of there with a ton of food. They were out of chicken this last time I went, and I had to wait for a while for the chicken to be ready, but the two ladies that helped me were very patient with my long list. Aside from CS, I love the menu, I have never ordered anything that I had to think twice about and they have my favorite on the fountain, raspberry nestea. I have not tried the street tacos that they are currently advertising, but I do enjoy the mexican gumbo that they were pushing during Mardi Gras and the burritos (love the rice!) and I've also had nachos. read more

I don't usually write reviews for chain restaurants but since this was my first time at Qdoba I thought I can give them my thoughts. Qdoba is a lesser Chipotle whose food does not taste anywhere near as fresh or good. I ordered the bowl and the meats were less than appealing by look and by taste was way too overcooked and salty. The veggies, salsas and other toppings did not have the fresh taste like Chipotle and the diablo queso embarrassingly bad that I had to add some hot sauce to it to give it flavor. Another terrible Florissant restaurant. I am so tired of having wait to get good service in other areas like St. Charles and Lake St. Louis. The lady behind the counter was rude and argued with the customer in front, didn't listen so I had to tell the guy next to her what I wanted. They didn't have most of the toppings (how do you not have lettuce), the guacamole was very stiff like it's been out all day long, and I asked for cheese, didn't get it.
