A patron who appeared to be overserved repeatedly screamed and yelled throughout the dining room. Staff made no observable attempt to address or curb the behavior. When I raised a complaint, I was immediately told the guest had special needs and that nothing would be done. As a parent of a special needs child, I understand that managing certain behaviors can be difficult and is not always successful. I simply asked for clarification and expected at least an effort to maintain a reasonable atmosphere. Instead, the person identifying himself as the supervisor (and later the manager) told me that if I didn't like it I could leave, added that he didn't want people like me in his restaurant, and offered no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. The restaurant was mostly empty at the time, and we were not the only ones bothered. We left. There was zero effort to provide basic decorum or customer consideration. I will not return.
