This visit was not the best. The glass above the food is disgusting. I tried to take a picture and couldn't see through it. I wanted vegetables for my bowl and had to wait quite some time. My husband and daughter were done eating their food before my food was complete. They used what was left of the brisket for my bowl then left it on the counter, open, so it got cold and they were reaching over it the whole time making other customers food. Then, I had to ask if they had extra lettuce because they were putting so little on others bowls. Super disappointed! I really don't care to ever return. read more

It only takes one bad interaction to lose a customer's trust--or their business. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I've been coming to this QDOBA location for years. Sometimes it's been decent, sometimes not, but I've also spent thousands of dollars here over time catering lunches as a medical sales rep because it was quick and convenient. This experience, however, was different. I'm a 20-year National Guard Veteran. I never served for handouts, but I do appreciate when businesses make an effort to recognize Veterans. This year on Veterans Day, QDOBA's website advertised free nachos for Veterans. While running errands near the Green Bay Road location in Kenosha, I decided to stop in. There were only two people in line, yet it took over 10 minutes for me to get to the counter. When I politely asked about the Veterans Day promotion, the employee responded abruptly, saying, "There's no Veterans Day deal." His tone made it clear that my question was an inconvenience. I explained that it was advertised on QDOBA's website, but he insisted I was wrong. At that point, I walked out. I'm not someone who complains, but between the wait, the attitude, and being dismissed, I emailed QDOBA corporate. Their initial response completely missed the point -- I wasn't asking for free food, I was pointing out poor communication and disrespect. After I clarified, they sent a free meal offer... with a 48-hour expiration. I didn't even see the email until a day later. It felt more like a checkbox response than genuine customer care. In the end, the issue wasn't about nachos -- it was about respect and consistency. If you're going to promote something for Veterans, your staff should know about it, and your corporate team should stand behind it in a meaningful way. This location has gone downhill recently. Service is inconsistent, staff seems disengaged, and customer care feels like an afterthought. Avoid this location. I'll be taking my business to Chipotle -- better service, better consistency, and better overall experience. read more

So this review is not really about the food, which is also pretty good, but I wanted to recognize the excellent service if the 2 going gentleman at the counter. So patient with an order from 7 of us. All with customizations, and all. We never felt rushed or anything. They really tried and put genuine effort into making it a great experience. Genuinely nice people. This location was clean and the employees were helpful. Portions weren't huge, but I know a lot of companies have been engaging in shrinkflation and the employees and not the company itself tend to take the brunt of the abuse from customers, so that's not something that bothers me that much: I'll just eat here less if I'm worried about it. Overall, I've never had a bad experience here and I love being able to get protein and veggies in a bowl for a more nutritious meal than normal fast food. read more

I ended up not even getting food here for myself. I put in a huge order of 15 bowls for a team feed and decided to grab myself some food while I waited for them to finish up the large order. The guy that greeted me was abrasive from the start and pushy. But what made me leave was when I asked for half and half of a meat he told me they had to charge me 3.75. When I explained I didn't want double meat, just half and half he was extremely rude and told me he couldn't do it, it's against the rules. When I asked "really? I've never heard of that! I always get half and half" -genuinely curious about the rule as I've never had an issue- he bit my head off and told me that's great other places do it but it's against the rules and he's not breaking the rules for anyone! Like dude- it's not that deep, you work at Qdoba this isn't a pharmaceutical company where everything is weighed out and I'm trying to score some drugs I don't have a script for lmao.. his insanely ridiculously rude attitude was enough to send me out the door without spending the extra money and next time I won't be bringing my $200 order for the team feed to Qdoba.. at least not this one. read more

Placed a curbside pickup online I was told the food would be ready at a specific time and instructions on how to get my order. Followed the instructions and called to let them know I was there and was told they will be with me soon, after 10 minutes passed I called again and was told they will bring my order rite out, after 10 more minutes of waiting I just went in and grabbed my cold food off of the table where they had it sitting after watching several customers walk in and out with there hot food.. Ordered a protein bowl, nacho bowl and a qesadilla which was not a huge order. This place has very poor customer service. The price of the food does not matchup with the portions. Overall terrible experience and I will not be returning to this location. read more

I ordered for delivery (Door Dash) and the dasher never delivered our food. The Qdoba staff, particularly Amanda, was incredibly apologetic, even though it wasn't the restaurant's fault, and refunded my money and gave me coupons for free entrees on our next visit. Terrible customer service from the staff to management. We paid for 2 bowls via their website directly. The bowls were delivered via their 3rd party (door dash) partner. The bowls were delivered promptly and the tickets on the outside of each order was correct. When we opened one of the bowls it's like they didn't even try to make it correct. The entire order was completely wrong. I called the store and they said it wasn't their fault and to call door dash. Who when I called said it had to be handled with qdoba since it was made via their website and since they have my billing info to refund. After hours of talking to qdoba "management" and door dash, I received a refund from corporate. We will never use these guys again for how rude and inconsiderate they were. read more

Used to have Impossible. No longer. This used to be one of the places to grab a vegan bowl in town. Now every time I go over here they don't have impossible and *refuse to make it*. They are super rude about it too. One time I even called them so they'd make it ahead of time and they put me on the phone with a manager who refused to make it over the phone. I am giving 2 stars based on customer service upon arrival to the store. We were greeted on time however the first employee said she would be w us in a minute she was working on a to go order. She was waiting for brown rice. It took about 5 minutes for fresh brown rice to come out . Once received instead of taking our in person order first she proceeded to pack a to go online order . So again we wait. Then she realized she needed queso so we wait again. Finally another employee named C.P approaches us very kindly and proceeded to find out the issue of what was taking so long. 2 employees seemed completely miserable a young lady and young man. Moral of the story the serving area was not prepared at all. Many items were low which caused our long wait when this should have been recognized during constant duties of working the line.. Once C.P realized she definitely got things moving and took over our entire order and completed it quickly. She was upbeat. Responsive ,and communicated . I've been here a few times recently, (specifically in the morning) and noticed a woman with braids who is ALWAYS on the phone. each time I come shes taking my order while in the middle of a conversation through AirPods; which I find very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and inconsiderate. Also she moves very slow.. probably too distracted by the conversation going on in her ear to keep up with her job. y'all hire anybody! I love Qdoba but please do better. Unfortunately had to use qdoba for a last minute catering order (18 hours notice, chipotle requires 24) and was again disappointed. In the past I have tried catering orders from here several times and each time it has been wrong, portions undersized, in the wrong containers, or they don't have the items available. Staff seems to be checked out during every experience. The most recent catering order I argued with the staff 3 times that there was only salsa and sides in my bag and none of the actual meal, proteins, chips, bowls, taco shells, etc. after they kept telling me, "it's all in there". It got to a point where I took everything out of the bag to show them. Order was then several minutes late, sub par, over cooked and they still forgot numerous items on the order after repeatedly asking. Instead of apologizing one of the employees said, "my bad, I'm lost in the sauce", which was actually pretty funny after dealing with nothing but sauce and sides for several minutes and almost walking out with less than half my order. If you're coming in for an individual meal I am sure your meal will be fine but shy away from anything catering related. read more

They have a curb side option in the window for the pandemic. So we ordered and paid online, when we got there no one was coming out, so i went in and had to stand in line with other people. For the most part there was social distancing, however i had to walk past people to get my food. (Only a couple feet away). Plus they messed up three of our four entres. I thought how difficult is that when we ordered online and it was printed out for them? All the entres were full of rice and had very little protein. We've loved this place in the past, but we've noticed you get less chips and food lately. And when you mess up most of the orders well, its gonna be a while before we give them another chance if we do. read more

We love this place! Fast food prepare before your eyes and served hot. The "three cheese queso dip" is better than any at place else we've tried in the area. The menu is fairly standard: tacos, burritos, taco salads, tortilla soup, and nachos. However, QDOBA allows you to customize every single item with a wide select of fresh ingredients. read more

I rarely leave online reviews, however the lack of professionalism I witnessed at this restaurant had concerned me to the point that I must inform someone. While eating in the restaurant the other day I heard a shout from the back of the serving area. When I asked the people making my good what that was I was told that "Augustine probably scared someone". When I asked if this is a common occurrence I was told yes. As someone who has worked in restaurants for most of my life, this is one of the most disturbing things I've ever heard. Since the noise came from behind the line I assume Augustine is some kind of prep cook. All it would take is someone carrying a knife for injury to result. Or a basket of product to be lost. That the management of this store allows this to happen says as much about them as the worker in question. While the food was good any place that actively allows this sort of dangerous work environment is not one I can visit. read more

9/10 when I go to this Qdoba they are slow and/or are out of ingredients so honestly it's my fault for continuing to give them another chance. I just love Qdoba so much and this store is already a 30 minute drive. I'll have to make an effort to drive further to go to a different store. Anyway, I went yesterday and the service was slow as ever even with 4-5 people working behind the counter. No sense of urgency in there. There wasn't even that many customers at first. A line formed because of how slow they were going. They kept getting everyone's bowls confused. A gentleman came in and they saw him in line and let him cut everyone else because they knew him. A lady in front of me waited 10+ minutes on the side for her side of salsa. The worst part for me was that they were completely out of half the ingredients and wouldn't get more from the back. I could understand if I went right at/before closing but I didn't! Things like fajita veggies, Chile corn salsa, lettuce, onions, cheese and other salsa's were all out. The one negative I have is that this location seems to be below par when compared to other Qdoba locations. The staff tends to mess up ou order 8 out of 10 times. Apparently this is a chain I never knew about. This particular location is the only Qdoba I have been to. I like it and think it is pretty good. It is like Chipotle, but more experimental. I believe what I had was a Poblano Pesto Chicken Burrito and a tortilla soup. The soup was okay, but the burrito was pretty good and I highly recommend it. read more
