For us the hot green chili was very good, with enough heat to make us "sweat", but not overpower our taste buds. The medium was just about right for nice flavorful meal with the lingering heat. I drove the miles to the location, my order was there and ready in the sealed bag. I took it home. I opened the bag. It was not my order...not even close. There was a regular sandwich, a larger sandwich on white bun and some chips. Naturally, I was upset. Who wouldn't be? Anyway, I had to drive all the miles back to this Jersey Mike's on Centennial Rd. I went in and, of course, asked for the manager (MGR). He came out and walked up to me at the counter, a frown on his face. MGR: What is it? Me: I drove all the way home, opened up the bag, and this is not my order, not even close. MGR: (Silence) Me: So, I guess ordering online here you're taking a gamble.
