How best to describe this place if you've never been here, hmm... If you've been to Chipotle, same thing with a slightly smaller menu. Being similar is not a bad thing. The food is top notch, served fast, and readily available. I'd like to see a better dessert section on the menu but it is what it is. Another thing that sets it apart is the interior. I don't eat at Chipotle regularly, I can say the number of times I have been can be counted on one hand. The interior at this place is far more comfortable. Overall, this place is pretty good. I ate here yesterday with a couple of friends. I was hungry, so I guess I came to the right place. The burritos are pretty fat, so fat in fact that they fall apart and can get messy. I won't compare this place to Chipotle's because I haven't been there in a while, but it is the same basic concept -- an assembly line where high school kids haphazardly toss ingredients onto a big tortilla and do their best to roll up the end result into a burrito. When we got there, they were working on re-stocking the chicken -- the manager kept yelling "What's good?! What's good?! Where's the chicken??" It came up soon enough and I got the queso burrito with chicken. I also got two tacos since they are 99 cents on Mondays. The burrito was good, but I should have passed on the tacos. This place is good to go to every once in a while, but I would rather have a good Mexican style burrito. YMMV... read more

I love the food at qdoba but at this location the staff constantly has a bad attitude. They never smile or even act like they enjoy their jobs. I came in and it wasn't busy the manager acted like it was a burden to cash me out. Due to her attitude I was uncomfortable to even ask for sour cream with my quesadilla. I am not a needy guest and my orders are very simple so I do not understand the attitude. I would recommend qdoba but not this location. read more

I love Qdoba, usually. They continually impress with their food, service, and speed. This visit however, was not the same Qdoba standard I am used to. For starters, they were out of chicken, which was a bummer because I wanted chicken yet was forced to settle for a lesser meat. Their drink machine was leaking all over the floor and the restaurant itself was less than clean. Qdoba was on point today. They exceeded my lunch craving. The burrito was evenly wrapped and I had a nice consistent blend of ingredients in every bite. It was one of those moments where I looked down and I realized my burrito was gone in no time! Qdoba has a Chipotle type setup where they make in front of you. I had a chicken burrito, which was really good. I got queso sauce and fajita veggies. Yummy yummy. The guy who made my burrito was unfriendly and he looked dirty and oily and like he didn't want to be there. read more

I usually do Chipotle over Qdoba and will probably continue to do so. Now I have had Qdoba several times and it usually is very good food but this time was different. I went to the SE29th location and order the steak salad bowl. To start off, the portions were not as generous as other locations and this location is always packed because of the AFB right across the street. This was a problem BUT this is not the reason I am giving them one star. I was on lunch and decided to eat the steak salad bowl in the car. Everything was going well and I was about 5min into the meal and then out of nowhere THERE WAS A BIG ASS DEAD FLY STUCK IN MY FOOD. Yuckkkkkk, I will not say that this happens all the time and I wont even say its the restaurants fault but WHATEVER, it happened and it happened to me. So with that being said, Qdoba is OUT for me until further notice. read more

Best 2 lbs of delicious custom burrito in greater OKC area, hands down. Better than Chipotle. Their Poblano Pesto Burrito is my favorite this week. Pesto sauce of roasted poblano peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, almonds and pine nuts, plus frijoles negros, sour cream, guacamole, red onions if you like it heavy, cheesy, and greasy like I do. This Qdoba is great for lunch. But I went there for dinner about two weeks ago and I was shocked, The food was cold. The music in the dining area was way too LOUD. And there were huge flies dive bombing our table. I talked to the manager and he got defensive. If you choose to go to this place for dinner you should bring some ear plugs and a fly swatter. I haven't seen flies this big since I worked on a pig farm. Wonder what those flies were eating to get so big and fat. And they tried to bite us. Comparing it to other Qdobas, it simply wasn't good. I ordered the same naked burrito ($7) that I do at other locations and it was completely bland and kind of slimy, not to mention they barely put any chicken on it at all. The staff forgot the queso on the queso burrito but at least they didn't act exasperated when I asked for cilantro, like some other locations do. The food deserves 5 stars, but the cleanliness deserves 1. There was food all over the floor and my daughter even commented on the mess, but the manager was friendly and went out of his way to make something that my daughter could eat. We were concerned about any of the sauces because sour cream and cheese were spilled everywhere but he had the server wash her hands and change her gloves to make a chicken quesadilla for my daughter. He requested that she put in a container of pico but it wasn't in the sack. Moore's location was much cleaner. Hopefully they will get some tips from Moore. I had the vegetarian taco salad. The service and food has always been consistent until this Monday when Sheldon (the owner) ignored his crew getting backed up so he can focus on youth solicitors selling candy. When I called him to complain, not knowing that he was the owner, he said "My shift was over". A business owner do not have "shifts" and a day is never over. Of course he hung up on me. Qdobas is one of my favorite places to eat. Its not costly and you get a HUGE burrito or a good portion of anything else. I have been to Qdobas probably 20 times and have ate the Pulled Pork Burrito 19 of those times. I got the beef burrito one time. I just cant get enough of the Pulled Pork. Its probably not that healthy to eat a 3 pound burrito but I don't care its too good. read more

Don't go to this Qdoba if you want good food and good service because you won't get it here! The employees always seem annoyed because you even walked in the door and asked them to do their job. On top of the bad service the food is always way over cooked or tastes like it's been sitting there since opening. Came here with my mother last week and neither of us had been to one before. Right away two girls in front of us in line asked us to go ahead since neither of them had been there before either and were still trying to figure out how to order. It turns out that the menu doesn't really mean much since the workers just rush you through their assembly line like you should already know the procedure. I don't know why they even bother with the menu. Food was very fresh tasting although my taco salad bowl tasted like a deep-fried elephant ear from the fair. I would have liked it much better if the workers running the line were in less of a rush to throw the food together and pass you along. read more

I've been to this Qdoba a lot and have good and bad experiences. Tonight was by far the worst experience I've had here. I got there at 9:20, which is 40 minutes prior to them closing and they had absolutely no food out. They didn't have chicken, queso, or even guacamole. I understand that they are closing soon but seriously? You still have 40 minutes left until closing! I asked the lady that was making my food if they could make some chicken and she went and asked the manager and he said "by the time the chicken is cooked the store will be closed." I looked at her in shock when she told me that. It really takes 40 minutes to make some chicken? You also can't refill the quest or anything? They were so rude to me. Tomorrow I'm calling the general manager and making a complaint. I'm so sick of going to places in Midwest City and being treated like I'm nothing. read more

It's pretty hard to beat Qdoba !! They have everything going for them, I literally would be stumped if asked to name a downfall or "something I dislike" about Qdoba... I LOVE this place, and my family does too !! First off, who doesn't want to see their meal prepared right in front of them ?! Skip nasty germs and wondering if you can trust the integrity of the establishments kitchen staff to prepare your meal in a safe, clean and healthy manner... watch for yourself, in the line @ Qdoba !! It's like Subway for Burritos; nothing is hidden, you get to orchestrate the creation of your food, and you leave the counter with your completed order and your peace of mind. That's enough to convince me- but there's more ! Next, you go to the fountain drink area and you better know they have the touch-screen million-and-six-option soda and syrup station- so basically they have a crazy-long list of beverage choices that you can't find just anywhere !! (I always get Desani water with Peach syrup shot- YUM) Now, finally, you get to enjoy an AMAZING, super-filling, super-delicious, super-surprising and UNMATCHED meal that will be hard to believe- had you not watched with your own eyes. Their food is something I have woke up in the middle of the night craving ! OMG it's borderline-heavenly. I recommend a "naked burrito" - which is basically a burrito with no tortilla, and I get a whole heap of burrito innerds (including white rice, black beans and corn ) and I engorge myself to the point of suffering, and ALWAYS still have leftovers to take home. Overall appearance of the place was good and clean at first. Staff was pleasant but wasn't very helpful. The food is overpriced and almost everything offered as an addition to your burrito cost extra. The fountain machines, although new and digital were out of basic sodas, what's the use of offering Vanilla Coke if you don't even have basic Coke. The place wasn't even that busy for a Saturday night and the tables hadn't been tended to in quite some time and were dirty. I had to wipe off my own table. My burrito was for the most part bland and cold. Basically it was a brick of rice and beans with little meat. We just had a poor experience at the mwc location. We were told there would be a 15 min wait on chicken. So we didn't order chicken. The customer ahead of us did. So we had to wait 15 minutes before we could check out because they wouldn't ring anyone up until the customer ahead of us got their food even though they had already paid. There was a line of about 20 people waiting behind us. The entire food line was full of food waiting to be rung up. Finally the person who i assume was the manager rang us up as soon as the customer in front of us got their food. We told him we were dissatisfied that we had to wait. He said "this is what i walked into, i cant do everything". The majority of the time we were waiting he stood back watching the line grow. Worst location I have ever been to. Every time I have been to this location there have been issues. Today they took over 20 minutes to make one families worth of tacos, were out of pico so the shift lead was in the back making it (during the dinner rush), and every choice of beverage was out on the machine except soda water and coca cola... It's one of those 100+ option machines and there are 3 choices!? Tea was also empty. To top it off the young man handling food took his gloves off, touched his face and then picked up my bowl. Gross!
