My sojourn through fast food land continues with this location of Taco Bell. In no way should this be considered authentic, even by Minnesota standards. What it does serve is filling Mexican tinged comfort food. Really not bad if you are in such a mood. I've found prices while generally reasonable seem a bargain during Happy Hour. Staff seems quite willing and even eager at times. Again, compare this with other fast food establishments. I say that you could do worse. read more

First time through they forgot half our order and had random other items in our bag. Went back through told them what we were missing they all looked confused. Finally got the rest of our order but it was incorrect again, ordered beef tacos only meat and cheese got chicken tacos with sour cream and cheese, beef taco with lettuce and sour cream. The management is poor here. I called before I came and said they were open 24hrs. I had walked a mile to the restaurant for him to tell me they were only open through drive through strictly with a car or Uber eats. Ok, it's Taco Bell, and not even that fancy Taco Bell allegedly coming to Brooklyn Park, but I come here an embarrassing amount and it's by far the best TBell in town. Emmanuel at the window clearly loves his job, and even if he's having a bad day you never know it. You can hear the smile in his voice. He's got an obvious passion for efficiency, but has the rare talent of combining that with excellent and friendly customer service. This location always gets my (often over-complicated) order right, too. The same can't be said for other locations. That speaks to the attention to detail paid by the crew and management. This location isn't the closest one to my house. There are at least 2 or 3 closer locations, including one just around the corner. But I always return here whenever I get the craving for not-quite-Mexican fast food. It's worth the extra few minutes. read more

My mistake ordering through DoorDash so I couldn't check over my order before leaving. I ordered 2 drinks and a meal for 2. A total of 10 items 2 soft shells, 2 crunch wraps, 2 chips, and 2 bean burritos. When my food got here DoorDash driver said how they insisted at the store there weren't any drinks to go along with my order. He asked them a few time which normally I wouldn't believe until I open my bag of food and only have 1 of each item. When the dasher is waiting for almost an hour for the food you would think the place could get all the items that go along with the order in them. At the very least put items that weren't correct in there so I had the appropriate amount. The employees might need to start thinking about waiting until after work to smoke. read more

Started with drive through and they messed up our order. Will say I made the mistake of not checking before I drove off. The first cardinal rule of Taco Bell is to always double check your order before leaving. Drove back and went inside. The cashier and manager were both professional and they fixed our order. I went there tonight with my brother and the guy working drive through was very nice but I got our bag which was supposed to be three burrito supremes and a soft shell plus a bean and rice burrito. One supreme and the bean and rice burrito was missing which I didn't see until I got home. He also forgot the mild sauce even though he repeated everything back. The workers messed up the order multiple times. They forgot one of the drinks, and two of the tacos from the deluxe box. The one taco they gave me from the box was wrong. Ordered cinnamon twists and instead got strawberry twists. My boyfriend went back and asked for the two tacos, drink, and the correct twists. They gave him everything but they made the wrong twists again. The third time they gave the correct ones. With the deluxe box comes one thing of fries. They gave us four somehow. The order itself took a long time to be made and then they took even longer to correct the problem. They had to make the twists and brew a coffee fresh. I have been a customer of Taco Bell since the burrito supreme had sliced black olives...(mid to late '70's) and cannot recall a better experience than I receive consistantly at this location. The manager James has the crew on point at all times and does not shrink from cleaning the lobby and tables himself as needed. I am always greeted with a smile and my military Veterans status is always recognized. As for the service? OUTSTANDING! Fast accurate and made to order. James wears a GIANT Taco hat on his head and keeps the mood friendly and upbeat. It took me many visits to see if the level of service was consistent and guess what...it is!!! I do not now hesitate to say that this location of Taco Bell is the best I have EVER been to! I can't imagine how much greater the organization would be if James was a worldwide corporate executive. I don't often get fast food but I have cravings on occasion or have the need to grab something quick. This location is near my office and has consistently had the best service as far as drive through goes. I don't know any of the attendants but I am always impressed by how friendly and cheerful they have been while assisted me. They are busy yet they never loose their perspective on helping customers. They put me in a better and more grateful mood every time. Great crew! read more

Since my glowing review of wednesday night July 9 th at 10 pm, I have been back three times. Different days times. I have never seen that unusual team of all fellows dressed in dark pants tops with one sole young dark haired 20 something female Mexican manager teaching them That July 9 th night the big beef burrito was perfect: distinctive meat mixture nice hotter temperature. Not mushy and Luke warm. Combined with Very fresh thinly sliced lettuce and fresh tomatoes and fresh and cooked onions. Combined in a warm tortilla AND lovely sour cream in one distinct spot It was PERFECT with great distinctive flavor Since then it has been getting worse and worse. Tonight at 6 pm my big beef burrito had a mushy interior Luke warm of some beef but soggy lettuce no flavor no sour cream very mushy thickened interior non distinctive nothing fresh. Quite terrible I am going to hunt down that team w the store's senior manager and make sure they receive top praise They need to come back and hopefully this store will once again provide more tasteful. This Taco Bell is the best one for service, food quality, and dining room cleanliness in the Metro. Located next to the worst Burger King in the Metro...I find myself running to the border at this location quite often. Volcano Tacos and Hard Shell Taco Supremes from Taco Bell fill me with such immense joy...I could eat one every day if given the chance. I don't care that it's not real meat...with oats and other goodness inside...it still feels healthy to me, and damn it tastes good. Throw in a Fresco Taco as a tasty side treat. Yum. Add some Hot Sauce to the Taco, and make a mixture of Mountain Dew Baja Surf, Fruit Punch Hi-C, and Slice at the soda fountain...I dare you. This place should be considered a drug. read more

It is clean & updated with the friendliest staff in the fast food biz I've experienced. After I placed my order, I sat at a nearby table and waited for my number to be called. SIDE BAR: To all the single ladies - COME HERE. There are more good looking men in three-piece-suits eating lunch here than at Redstone down the street. Seriously. After getting my bag o' tacos, I headed back to my car to stuff my face in the privacy of my own vehicle. My entire row was full of men and women, all dressed professionally, doing the same thing.
