Great little family owned local business in Medina. Seems like mostly a take out place but had a few tables to eat in with more counter bar seats. Staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Easy menu to navigate. Order: carnitas burrito. Tortilla was tender and had good flavor. Premade tortillas that were warmed under a press. Get the burrito toasted. All the toppings and choices like a chipotle restaurant but somehow tasted a little better. This burrito was also huge. Definitely can get two meals out of it for just $10.99. Pretty good value. Horchata was $2.99. Worth it. Creamy but not too sweet.. good balance of flavor. Large chips and salsa $6.50. Big potion with your choice of homemade salsa. Overall: always try to support small family owned local businesses. This place is delicious and is definitely worth the drive to Medina. PS. They also heard it was my friend's birthday and gave us some delicious churros. They were perfectly fried with a crunchy exterior with tender inside and cream cheese filling. Great Mexican fast food, reminds me a lot of pancheros where they press your tortilla based on your order, add your fillings and enjoy your made to order burrito. Mostly build your own burrito, but options for quesadillas and other drapes. Quality of food was excellent, with a nice menu of tasty choices, made exactly how you want it. Service was very quick and friendly! Very new, clean restaurant with limited indoor seating. There is no direct entry from 55, you need to take Medina road, first side street, then the parking lot shared with Caribou. Lots of parking. Give it a try, you will love it! read more

We got 2 burrito bowls, guac and queso and chips and churros with chocolate sauce. Everything was amazing. The burrito bowls are so fresh they make chipotle look lame. The quality of the food was exceptional. The churros for dessert were hot and chewy in the middle. And the chocolate dipping sauce was the icing on the cake. Just discovered Burrito Corner and it's awesome! Hubby was wfh with me today and we wanted a burrito for lunch that wasn't super heavy or covered in sauce/cheese. BC is only 15 mintues from us, which is nice for a quick lunch run during work. The restaurant is small but super clean and lovely. You can view the kitchen too. Food is fantastic - we split a chicken burrito and added steak - brown rice, black beans, pico, sour cream, cheese, onion, cilantro, with the sauces on the side. Everything was fresh and not covered in grease. Sauces were awesome - mild, med, and hot. We'll definitely be back. They also have a ton of Jarrito flavors. read more

I've had burritos and tacos there a few times and it is always hot, fresh, decent sized portions and served from people that are happy working there with a smile. Everything was great and they were prompt with delivering my food to me. However, I have one major complaint and that is the rice. It is far too hard to a point that it is almost crunchy. First time having their food. I had 3 steak tacos with their hottest salsa, guac on the side, and churros. The tacos were excellent. And whatever salsa they put on the tacos is worth the visit alone (I asked for the hottest they had) . Not sure how to describe it, but it is amazing. Guac is excellent, churros the same.
