The quesadilla was the cheesiest I've ever had and I loved that! The cheesy bean and rice burrito was also delicious and the chips and cheese were hot and tasty with a good portion of nacho cheese sauce in the cup. I would definitely recommend this location for a quick bite to eat inside or take out. Modern interior with the redesign isn't my favorite but thats a corporate design not a store designed thing. It's been a very long time since I have gone to Taco Bell. And I see why I stopped. I went through the drive thru on 3/26 around 6pm. I ordered a steak burrito and hard shell taco. The taco was ok. The burrito had very little steak. The Pepsi was watered down, not sure if the machine needed to be reloaded or what. The worst part was the empanadas. The caramel one was stale and old. Needed to call to talk about an error within our order. Seems like we were both hung up on and left to ring multiple times. There's no other way to contact the store, so how else can we solve the issue? I work foodservice, so i'm normally very understanding because I know exactly how it feels, but this is just a complete act of negligence when it comes to customer service. Not really impressed with the service. The problem is when you order through the drive thru and they forget part of your order. So when you get home (5 miles away), you realize that some of your family won't get all they wanted. Then when you call them, their phone line is horrible so you can't understand more than every other syllable. So the best you can do is drive ALL the way back for the rest of the order. (Because if you don't, your out $$ for food you paid for. You couldn't have them send you a certificate for your next order since their phone lines are bad). And what tops it all off is they barely manage a feeble "sorry". Some restaurants offer some free items on your next visit or even a soda for your inconvenience. Good customer service is not always being perfect, it's how you make up for the problem. These guys failed. Yes, I could have held up the drive thru line while I checked all my bags to make sure they didn't forget something. But why should I have to be their quality control. I'm the customer. After getting numerous orders with missing items, the wrong food or forgetting the sauce, I finally had enough on a recent visit. After waiting in the drive through live for more than 45 minutes, I go to order only to be told they are no longer serving. Mind you, this was an hour and a half before closing time and all their lights and signs were still on. The drive thru is so poorly maintained multiple cars got stuck and a car accident almost occurred. I attempted to visit at 6pm on a Sunday. Two cars in front and two behind me. The first car got served. The second car got stuck and after getting unstuck (which almost caused an accident) they waited a few minutes before leaving since no one bothered to take their order. I waited 5 minutes then went to the window thinking they may have had technical difficulties. I was ignored. After a few more minutes I finally left. First of all I want to say that my friends and me are huge taco bell fans. It's cheap, delicious and fast. Unfortunately we decided to try out another location. I don't eat dairy so I always modify my order on the tablet when I order and it's usually never a problem. This taco bell failed not only preparing the food the right way once but after us complaining they made the same mistake again. Besides that the woman preparing our food answered to our complains (first time) if we want her to just throw it away or if we want a new one. The attitude was not customer friendly. When we came in the second time because she made the order the wrong way again there was no apology or anything. Apparently, at $15 an hour they are now experts at what I want to eat for dinner. I should apologize for ordering incorrectly. They sure let me pay for what I ordered, though! Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The quantity and quality of food you get for the low price is just bar-none. This particular Taco Bell restaurant is definitely the nicest one I have ever seen. It was only built about 3 years ago or so and you can definitely tell they invested a lot into it. The inside of the restaurant is ALWAYS spotless, very classy looking with modern art hanging on the walls and great welcoming colors. The employees are always very friendly and the food is ALWAYS fresh(this has always been a problem for me with Taco Bell but not at this one. 12 in the afternoon or 11 at night, the food will be fresh). Awful!!! My boyfriend and I rarely get Taco Bell because it's not something one should eat every day. So going there is a special "treat". Tonight we went, put in our order. I pulled up to the window and sat there ready to pay while I could see the guys inside just joking around and talking. Annoying but okay as long as we get our food. Nope, it took some time before we got our bag of food which was handed out to us while the guy wasn't even looking at us, just talking and joking with his coworkers. He never gave me a receipt and never asked if we wanted any sauce (which we did). I had to REMIND HIM...that we hadn't paid yet which required getting his attention. He then rushed me forward while I was trying to check my bag. We drove home...our order was WRONG. No surprise, these guys didn't care. They even wrapped things wrong...we had a bean burrito marked as a chicken burrito (we didn't order either of those things). We had a potato burrito marked as a beefy five layer. We were missing a taco and to top it off the potato burrito was just beef and a few potato pieces rolled into a tortilla. No cheese, it tasted awful. The job isn't complicated. It requires little skill. I don't think our order was too complicated, we didn't have any substitutions. These guys just didn't care. I plan on calling tomorrow and making a complaint. I advise anyone thinking of making a fast food stop to stop at the other fast foods around or if you want Taco Bell go elsewhere because this location is awful. read more

Went there on the drive through. Well I expected the people that work there to at least know how to take orders. I only order 3 soft shell and 5 hard shell taco with a chicken quesadilla. They gave my order wrong for some reason. I only got 2 soft shell. But the worst part was me and my wife got sick that night shortly after eating there.
