My little guy and I ate outside which was nice and he seemed to enjoy his kiddo nachos. To be completely honest I will most likely go back since Chipotle is a ways down the road however I will be thinking of Chipotle whilst I shovel the veg burrito in my mouth. We absolutely loved Qdoba when we lived in MD, and I'm so glad to see that it's just as awesome down here in FL. You can't go wrong with this place. Friendly staff and delicious food without a ton of grease. Amazing! I highly recommend picking up the rewards card too, so you can earn free food. Although the food is pretty good management has a lot to be desired. This is the third time we have been there and again management has been rude and too busy to hear anything that is said to him. We had a slight issue with our meal we received a few days back and as I began to tell him the problem, he said he didn't have time he was busy we'd have to come back. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was trying to order food and the girl serving me was so slow and unhelpful!!! I believe her name was Carly. She was very rude to me and sarcastic, when I asked her questions about the menu. As I was ordering, she was yelling in my face to other customers welcoming them in and not focusing on serving me. We went in to the Sanford Fl location last night, just to turn around and leave. There were about 7 or 8 people in line in front of us. No one was standing 6 feet apart! Everyone was wearing masks, even though one man ordering had his mask pulled down exposing his nose. I looked around at the employees and ALL of them were wearing masks with their nose exposed! The customer service lacked a personal touch. We had never been to one before and when we tried to leave an item off a menu item were told you can't with out explaining it might be better to build your own in a nice way. There is a manager that works there that is bald with glasses (couldn't catch his name). He was incredibly rude and gave me an attitude when I asked him to explain the sauces that could be added to my bowl. It was my first time going to Qdoba so I genuinely didn't know and needed some guidance. He was really short in his responses and seemed annoyed when I asked. If you're going to work on the line and get irritated when someone asks a question about your food, simple tip: don't! The rest of the workers were really kind. Read some reviews about bad managers. The one here today was in fact, "the bald guy with glasses." As I was getting ready to pay, I told him I thought the ground beef was a little skimpy so he gave me another scoop. He even redid the transaction so I could scan my membership bar code when I forgot. He didn't complain or give attitude at all and when he was wiping tables, he asked me how everything was. This was written for my 2nd chance at Qdoba after a less than desired first attempt of bland cold food. Coming back to hope during a busier time around 5pm on a weekend would hope that I would have fresh food however it was STILL COLD and bland. Adding sauces didn't help. The veggies tasted like they just came out of a can, seriously? for a price comparable to Chipotle. I'd rather keep driving down the road for something consistently fresh. Went to Qdoba Again to get me some 3 cheese Nachos, Its almost always about the food but sometimes the Service is above board. This time I met the Lady working the line was great. She really cares about her work and does a fantastically awesome job. She deserves a Raise! Thank you BRANDY for a great experience. Qdoba is like Chipotle only better. Very similar concept and menu, except that they offer more options - more sauces, more types of cheese and other accompaniments - and they don't charge extra for guacamole. I love Chipotle, but I love Qboda just a little bit more. read more

I was impressed. Seminar to the other guys but I do think the menu and over all taste of the food is much better. I will be back next time I am on this side of town. The service at this place has really changed. Very poor customer service. Food is so so at best. And if you order a the "New smothered Burrito" you can't change it or add or take away anything that it comes with or if you do want to add they "have put it on the side" and then charge extra for it. First time going to this place, last time going. Downloaded YELP just for this... The QDOBA in Lake Mary was terrible to me. All thanks to "Chris," "the manager." First, i placed two orders, one for an impossible burrito and the other for a steak burrito, one for me & one for a friend. As i was picking my toppings and when i was paying i felt rushed immediately by "Chris," for no reason. Then when i took my burrito out the bag that had the receipt "Impossible Burrito" and bit into my food i tasted steak, keep in mind i am a vegetarian, i can get terribly sick from that. I called the store and "Chris" picked up, a bald old head, who seemed to be busy at the moment because he was rushing me again but replying with one worded answers before i can even finish my sentence. Not professional at all and not the way to treat a customer. As i asked a simple question, "How did my order get mixed up?" He replied with this "You watched me put it into the bag right?" Was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in this location. Most of tables had not been wiped down, chips scattered under several tables and trash over the top of all trash cans. The soda area was disgusting with food smeared over that area also. The food was good but this was a bit scary. If they don't care about that then what goes on in the back. Staff seemed happy and they were friendly and accommodating. I like hard shell tacos but they have only soft. I enjoyed the special tacos and the burrito was packed jammed with flavor. Better than others I have had recently. The guacamole was especially good. I will go back when I crave a burrito. read more
