Great place! Leon is awesome at shellac French manicure. A perfectionist in fact! He will start over if the white doesn't look perfect. Super nice guy and great to talk with. Every one else is friendly too. I haven't had a pedicure yet, but plan to soon. I walked in the first time and only had to wait about 15 min. (Totally reasonable.) The second time I made appointments for my sister and me and we didn't have to wait! Unheard of!! Very very clean! Sanitized tools every time. Very reasonable prices. I travel from the avenues and it's worth it! Cash is preferred and only cash is accepted for tips so don't forget to stop at the ATM! You'll want to tip. Go see them!! You won't regret it. read more

I love this place! I have been searching for a good nail place. The staff is so nice and personable. They guy who did my nails never even hurt me or pinched my fingers that had always bothered me but thought it came with the territory, but nope! He was awesome and my nails look so great!! Today I went to QPI for a Mani/Pedi. Although I don't get mani/pedi's often I found QPI to be downright amazing. The salon is extremely clean and the staff is unusually friendly. In my experience most nail techs speak their native language only to each other. At QPI the nail techs actually speak TO YOU the entire time. It's really refreshing and the two guys there today were absolutely hilarious. I will definitely be back! read more

Loved this clean, friendly, efficient salon. I've been on the hunt for a good one for a while now, and this is the one I'll be coming back to regularly! I came in at twelve on a Saturday and while every chair was full, they got me in in less than fifteen minutes. Be aware that while they take cards, tips are cash only- my only complaint since I couldn't tip my fabulous pedicurist like she deserved. They have two small pedicure chairs for little ones and I watched them do a really great job with a girl that looked eight or so; I will definitely bring my daughter back some time. I recently started going to this salon and had really liked it so far. However, the last time I went to get a fill I chose to do a few nails plain white and the rest a color. After a few day though the white nails started turning grey and yellow in places. They had told me to call if I had any issues with my nails so that's what I did. I called to come in just to get those white nails done a different color and the girl on the phone was so nice and scheduled me an appointment. A couple minutes later I got a call back from a man who basically chewed me out saying that of course white nails will become discolored and that everyone should know that. Well, I'm sorry but I don't get my nails done often and I have gotten white nails in the past from other salons and had no issues so I didn't think it would be a problem. But for him to call me back to literally berate me for choosing white nails I've decided it's just not worth being treated that way and I sadly I won't be going back. read more

This is super late but i scheduled an appointment on a monday after prom weekend, they didnt seem busy at all and i guess i got a newbie. I wantend to get a design and one color on acrylics and the guy kept telling me it wouldn't look good, then proceeded to tell me that if my nails didn't look good it was because of my fingers, therefore saying i had crooked hands and thats why with a smile on his face (Which i don't) and then left the acrylics super thick. Worst salon experience ever. I took the nails off a couple days later because I couldn't do anything. Never coming back. read more

We moved to South Jordan 6 months ago and I've tried at least four places for pedicures in the area. This is by far the best! The massage lasts forever and so does the polish. Excellent. I highly recommend them. I choose the middle of the road $30 package, but you can get one for less that includes the lower leg/foot massage. read more

Came into Salt Lake City area on business in desperate need of a pedicure. This is likely the best spa pedicure I've ever had! Makes me sad, because I can't come back every other week for maintenance :). Very nice and friendly people here. Even the regulars are friendly. It is obvious they take care of their clients. My daughters and I have been shopping around to find a great place to do our nails. We tried QPI because there were some pretty good reviews on here about them. I made an appointment at 2pm on a Sunday for all three of us. People that walked in received service immediately. They didn't start on my youngest daughter until 3pm, an hour after our appointment. Then at 3:30 they started my oldest daughter. They didn't start on me until 4:00 which was two hours past my appointment. Then we were so rushed, they didn't do what we wanted them to do. They said they didn't have time. I have french tips that needed to be filed down and needed the white to be re-done. She did not do that, instead she just back-filled and sent me on my way. The only reason I gave them two stars was because it was very clean. However I will not be going back there...They will help walk-ins before appointments, keep that in mind! read more
