Poor quality. Asked for round nails & clear coat. Nail shape was not coheisive even when when mentioned to make them round twice. Nails were not cleaned properly. I would have thought more effort would have been put in place since nails were going to have clear coat and imperfections would have been more noticeable. read more

Love this nail salon! Been going here for several years now and it's my go-to! I'm always greeted when I arrive and love V, who is really sweet and funny! The salon is clean, comfortable and my mani/pedi is always done right. Nice music is played and there is one TV to watch if your chair is faced that direction. I visited this salon with my mother at the end of july and got a full mani & pedi. This included their full pedi package, and a full set of acrylics with nail art and I added bling. It came to about $80 per person. A price you cant beat. I was very happy with my nails, and the quality was phenomenal. Today, 08-07-2023 I visited to get the acrylic set they did on my a couple weeks ago removed and to get just gel on my natural nails. When I sat down at station #3 with Helen, I was told it would be $35 because she would be fortifying my nails as they were weak from removing the acrylic nails. Wonderful. I let her know I wanted 5 colors (one solid color on each nail), no bling, no powder, no more acrylics, no design, no massages. I asked for paper and a pen to help her out so I wrote the color #, and the nail I wanted the color on for each nail. I showed a picture of what I wanted as well. She said okay, and thanked me for helping her with the list. I even selected all colors from Gelexlier brand to not mix brands and make their jobs harder. We chatted and she worked meticulously at my nails. I was very happy with the service, and the treatment. She finished my nails and said it would now be $50 because I selected so many colors. This was NOT mentioned to me in the beginning, this was never brought up when I picked the 5 colors and they were on the table. She told me this AFTER she finished my nails. I looked at her, my nails, and decided in that moment that I would not fight her, but I would never come back to this salon after such poor customer service. I went to the front, got cash, and I tipped $15 on my $50 nail job. I worked in the food service and I got used to people not tipping so I always make sure to tip well when I go out. I got the feeling she thought I was not going to tip. Last time, when my mom and I visited we tipped $70 on top of our $180. Just beware if you go to this salon about them raising the price on you last minute. I have included pictures of my current nails, they are short as I am trying to grow them out and chose to get my nails done to help me stop biting them and the acrylics last time allowed me to get some growth. This is NOT okay. She had ample time to tell me when I selected my colors that there will be a price increase for choosing so many colors. I would've happily paid the extra, or chosen to just get one solid color. Instead, she told me AFTER finishing that there would be a price increase. I wont be returning to this salon after this. read more

I went to this place for the first time and I had a specific nail design I wanted from Pinterest. This lady that did my nails did this shape that was horrible and the nails itself were very thick like if I was wearing 2 nails on top of each other! I called the following day, and I spoke with who I thought was the manager and she told me to come in and get them fixed. When I went back to days later, she wasn't there or there was a guy receptionist and he said that he would fix them for me but only filed the bottom of my nails and didn't wanna actually redo the paint or nail at all! I came in here to get my nails done, they ended up choppy and just ugly imo. I ended up coming back & I kidd you not two ladies ended up SCOLDING ME. One of them told me "next time you need to speak up about it"and the other was like "i asked you if they looked ok" and i said "i'm sorry if it's that big of a deal i can just leave no worries" and she was like "no i have to fix it now your already here" and then once she started fixing it she was like "you better double check that you like them" all rudely and i said "ma'am it's hard for me to speak up about things, i have anxiety and which is why i didn't say anything earlier" and she just rolled her eyes. Like how are you in the service industry treating customers in such a way. Never coming back. She could have just did my nails right the first time, but she wanted to act out & be rude. There are better ways to deliver a "message" and that was the wrong way. I would have been wrong if I came in there all angrily demanding for her to fix it. I've been coming here for a while now but recently the service has been TRASH! I asked for as little product as possible and right away they said no, their usual dip appliance isn't this thick. While lady was nice, she packed on so much product! My fingers are already chubby, the excess product makes it even worse :( My boyfriend also got a manicure, he asked for a clear coat and the lady said she would do gel, claiming it would be better, also an additional 5$. He agreed and what?? Where is the gel? There looks to be no product applied, and a lack of shine. I don't get it. First time coming to this salon today and it was a pretty pleasant experience. I got the whole foot spa package. Didn't get what the nail technician was saying at first but I kept agreeing to everything she was asking for because what the hell "treat yo self!" Lol.. Moving on to the salon itself. Everything was nice and clean. There were plenty of seats and a lot of technicians from the opening of the store. Which brings me to this...as I was driving to the location, I was reading (while at a red light) on the yelp reviews that appointments should be made because this place gets really busy. Started to worry they wouldn't have any openings but I went anyway. It was just 9am and I could see people were already getting started on their mani/pedi. Granted somebody was trying to cut me off in the parking lot and to know she was hurrying too to make it in the door to this place was funny. I waited maybe a few minutes after walking through the door at 9am. But considering how busy it started to get after I sat down, an appointment may be necessary. Overall it was good money spent because the spa treatment was a real treat. I don't do this kind of stuff often so I thought I'd spoil myself. He kept Me involved in the process the whole time which I enjoy because he'd make sure before he did something that i was okay with it. I went Saturday near noon I think, it was slower then usual but still busy. I was a walk in and they sat me within 5 mins I live close by, this is my usual nail salon, they always do a good job. I went for a full set & pedicure. I noticed they got new seats, which is an awesome upgrade from what they had. The foot tray reminds of a mermaid shell. Holly guided me to my seat and automatically started the massage chair. She also did my pedicure and was great, she made me feel really pampered. Her massage was spot on, my toe nails evenly trimmed and painted. I wanted to show them off the rest of the weekend. Jack did my full set, styled squared. He did a beautiful job! They were a little short then my regualr but tht was my fault.. I told him tht was fine. The dark blue was the exact color I wanted I think it was a 88 on their tray of nail colors. The customer service here wow! I came to get a pedi / medi. I had no appointment but they were able to accommodate. I waited only 5 minutes. Very lovely host and the ma'am that was doing my pedi.
