First of all, I tried to leave this review on Google twice, but they somehow intercepted and deleted it both times. Also, it appears that there are a good number of suspicious, seemingly fake reviews posted over the past month or so. I used to love this place, but the past few times I've seen them the gel on my acrylics has peeled much quicker than usual. I got my nails done on Wednesday before I left for vacation and by Saturday they were already peeling. I spent 4 hours at the salon getting a full set and pedicure, so I was pretty disappointed that I had to get them redone in Mexico. Not sure if they put acetone in the polish or what, but I never experienced this when I went to my old salon in the cities. I'm not sure what went wrong my past 3 visits, but I will be going back to my old salon from now on. read more

It was my first time there... new to town. Tyler was my nail tech and he did a fantastic job on both manicure and pedicure. My bridal party & family made a reservation at QT Nails the Friday before my wedding. It's a really cute salon and is well kept. They were so wonderful and accommodating! We were allowed to bring in mimosas to celebrate. All the nail technicians were friendly and efficient. Everyone in my party was very pleased with their services. My wedding nails were exactly as I wanted (very simple and elegant). I chose fake acrylic nails and the technician made them nice and thin so they have been very easy to deal with. I never get fake nails so it sometimes can be an adjustment having them on. Overall, very pleasant experience! read more

This was my first time getting acrylic, which meant I did not know what I was doing. My technician was very patient with me nor did he get frustrated. I could not have been more impressed with him. He really took his time and made sure everything looked perfect. Every time there was even a slight mistake, he would wipe it off and start over with the hearts. He was super friendly and greeted everybody that walked in. He even suggested to add the glitter which I thought was a great idea. He truly studied the picture that I had showed him and copied it exactly. Price was $60 not including the tip. I had a student discount so it was $55. 20/10 recommend! read more

Okay so I went here today for an acrylic full set! They did an AMAZING JOB!!! I have never had nails that looked this good before! They really took their time and made sure they were perfect before painting them, unlike a lot of other places. The price was very affordable as well. I got my nails done here a couple weeks ago. The people were nice but were kinda rough with my hands. But the end product looked alright. Today, I went to get my acrylics taken off, and they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO BE TAKING ACRYLIC NAILS OFF! I love my nails, I always keep them a decent length and am careful when I trim them, but the lady was not very careful and parts of my nails ripped off and one of my fingers even started bleeding. Now my nails are shorter than the skin part and sting really bad. I really wanted to like this place, but it was such a terrible experience. read more

Recommended manicure - Dipping Powder! More natural looking than gel and acrylic nails, and easy on your nails! So many colors and styles to choose from. Typically lasts up to 3 weeks. Lynn does a great job for me, but there are many stylists to choose from. Make an appointment or walk-in before 3:00 and you can usually get in. read more

This place is great! I have been going here multiple times a year for over five years. Every time I walk into the store they have upgraded something. They have THE BEST massage chairs and give great pedicures. The price is fantastic too! Let them know you are a student and your pedicure is super cheap. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is horrible!! Do not go here!! I recently got acrylic nails at QT and they all fell off within 3 days! A full set is supposed to stay on for a few weeks or more. Idk if it was the glue they used but they would not stay on. I payed 30 dollars for a set of nails that didn't even make it a week. Very dissatisfied with QT. From now on I will be spending my money elsewhere. read more

Love this place! Friendly staff, great service, and reasonable prices. I get a pedicure every two weeks, and my feet feel so soft and smooth afterwards. The hot stone leg massage is perfect when the weather is cold. The only downside is limited street parking, but I generally go on Saturday and it hasn't been a problem. read more

I have literally never had a worse experience getting my nails done. My friend and I had made an appointment for gel polish on our natural nails, and were rushed the entire time, even though we had an appointment. I have not had my nails done since November of last year (at a different salon) and thought that I would treat myself before I went on my vacation. I asked for a design and showed the nail tech a picture and asked if he could do that. He said that he could do the design that I wanted. He went so fast and was so rushed that it looked like someone scribbled over my nails. Not one nail has polish that goes down to the cuticle. I have been growing my natural nails out for a while and their appearance is quite important to me. If he had been honest and said he couldn't do the design I would have not gotten it. Now I have nails I am not proud of to go on vacation with. Next time I want to pamper myself I will go someplace else. read more
