Today was my second time coming into this salon. They squeezed me in super last minute and accommodated all my needs. Helen worked on my hair today. She did a color correction on my hair and got rid of my red (yay!). Helen is very sweet, catering, and skilled in her work. I am very happy with the outcome of the job. I can't recommend this place. It felt dirty, and the tools/equipment didn't seem very sanitary. I went to a stylist who was recommended in the comments, but I didn't like her cutting style. Nothing felt precise, and there was a lot of thinning at the ends. I told her I wear my hair naturally wavy, but now it actually looks damaged when I wear it that way. I especially wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with CURLY or very WAVY hair. The way they cut layers can really mess up your curl pattern. They also straightened my hair before cutting, which didn't feel great for my hair. I also couldn't wait to get home to rewash my hair because it felt so itchy afterward. For a basic haircut and all-over color that was slapped on my hair leaving uneven spots, it cost around $180-$190, which was definitely not worth the price. And to top it off, there was a huuuge cockroach in the restroom. I came right back out and told them! But no one said anything back haha I ran out and will never come back. read more

Stephanie is an amazing hairdresser. I showed her the length and style that I wanted, and she cut it beautifully exactly the way I liked it. She also applied Vitamin B3 treatment, which made my hair look softer and silkier. Stephanie took her time carefully trimming my split ends and made my hair feel smooth and free of knots. She paid close attention to every detail while cutting and styling until everything looked perfect. Her coworker Tracy was very nice as well. While waiting for Stephanie to finish another customer's hair, Tracy kindly helped wash my hair first so Stephanie could start cutting it right away afterward. 364 days later, and I'm back in a salon chair. Almost a year ago (just shy of a day) I impulsively decided to chop off 20 inches of my hair. It was my first time getting a straight cut above my shoulders. Now, I came back for another cut. I wanted long layers and a v-cut. Shout out to Susan for doing a great job with my hair. I opted in for shampoo and conditioning. She also styled my hair. She recommended curtain bangs and taught me how to style it. I absolutely love my haircut. It cost $65 before tip. I made an appointment for a women's haircut online. Super easy to make a reservation online, which was why I decided to go with this place. When I walked in, it felt like the salon was filled with repeat customer. Although this wasn't a fancy salon, all the hair stylist were super friendly and chatty with their customers...which is generally a good sign. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I don't to speak on the salon a whole, so this experience is limited to my male hair stylist. Maybe I was an outlier and he was just tired? I was a late Friday night appointment. He was really proud of his work when he was done with me, and I liked it too, but the bad haircut was masked by the styling. I didn't realized that my hair had been cut unevenly until I had left the salon and washed my hair the next day later. Also, the salon didn't feel super clean either. The guy cutting my hair was definitely mixing old and new combs. I know they wash our hair before they cut, but it didn't sit well with me. Additionally, he was pulling and redirecting my hair pretty aggressively when cutting my hair. read more

I've been looking for someone closer to home to do my hair and took a chance on QT. Some of the reviews had me nervous but they all seem to be about one guy (there's another guy there with good ones) and the owner said Susan was available, so I went in same day. Wow! She saw the inspo picture I had, asked to see it a few times. She also checked in with me throughout the service, checked on the bleach regularly. My hair was dry so she did two keratin hydration treatments and the results speak for themselves, so soft and shiny. She also nailed the brighter blond front pieces and dimension I asked for. I wanted it blow dried so I could check the hair cut more easily (curling is harder to tell) and it was even, and it came out great. She also made great recommendations when I asked and was careful about not taking too much length off. I'll for sure be going back! read more

Got my hair colored and cut here last week. Asked for caramel blonde and they delivered. Paid $450 + tip. The colorist stayed with my hair the whole time, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of a language barrier, but I honestly liked that there was no pressure for small talk -- which some of us prefer. They said they used a Japanese yellow bleach to keep my hair healthy, and a week later my hair still feels soft, not stiff or fried. Just a little static after the first wash, nothing conditioner couldn't fix. They're clearly very good with Asian hair. Only small downside: my ears were a little sore afterward from bleach, so ear protection would've helped. Overall, love the results and I'd definitely come back. read more

Overall an okay experience. I was able to call in same day and get an appt, I asked about cost over the phone and they had said around 50 for a haircut and wash and style. Wash was a basic wash (1 wash and rinse) The cut was done by Jennifer, who was very sweet. And a male assisted in drying out hair and evening out the ends. All was good, but only concern was the pricing discrepancy. Total was $70, a bit off from the pricing quoted over the phone. I believe in knowing pricing upfront, so this was an interesting experience. I didn't mind paying $70 for a haircut, I've actually paid more at other salons but the experience is up to par and you get what you paid for. But definitely ensure you confirm pricing at the salon. read more

I went over all pricing and the services I wanted before even booking, and drove an hour for this appointment. When I arrived, I was suddenly told my extensions couldn't be dyed and that I'd need to purchase entirely new ones to achieve the color I wanted, despite the fact that they are real hair and I've had extensions dyed before for 10+ years. The stylist refused to do it. I then proceeded with the extension install, but the stylist didn't even have the proper adhesive and as a matter of fact, he didn't have adhesive at all! Yet he still wanted to install them incorrectly. Less than half of my extensions were installed before he said he was done. My extensions immediately began falling out in clumps while brushing, washing, or even just touching my hair (which I noticed before I even left the salon). When I brought this to the manager's attention before paying, I was dismissed and refused any correction or solution. I was still charged full price and left feeling humiliated and extremely upset crying. I later went to two other extension specialists who confirmed my extensions could have been dyed and that they were installed improperly. I now have to pay to have them removed and redone. This was a truly awful experience. I would not recommend this salon, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Do not come here. I took my son here and in the middle of his cut, he got pushed around to 3 different people in the middle of his cut. Instead of making a customer wait their turn, they just moved my son in the middle of his cut to another stylist. Happened 3 times in 1 session. Very unprofessional. On top of that, they did not even cut it like the picture we showed them. Then one of the stylist made unsolicited remarks about a bump on face and how I need to remove it because it's not pretty because he wanted me to get it removed my him since they do some cosmetic procedures.
