A quick review of Yelp showed promise for this place - and it lived up to the hype! Roman style pizza - a little thicker than I remember from Rome but really quite good! We went with the sausage pepper and onion pizza and red sauce. Very good. The Italian salad was quite good as well - all veggies were super fresh. I don't normally write Yelp reviews, however; after visiting QUA a few times, I felt compelled to do so. I've been to this spot a few times now and have had different types of pizza and I'm really impressed. The pizza has a nice slightly charred crust while the rest of the dough is light and airy. This place doesn't have the best pizza I've ever had, but it was quite good and very unique. I've never had pizza like it before. It was like a pizza on crusty bread with cup and char pepperoni. My only critique would be, they need to char the pepperoni more, to bring out its flavor. It's definitely worth a try. read more

First time here - in the area for medical reasons. Got 3 slices, margherita, parmigiana, and americana. I'd put margherita as the best, maybe parmigiana if you're a huge eggplant fan, but all 3 were great. Great customer service too, bringing out a calabrian chili sauce that went well with a few slices, and even a complimentary testing of the pasta vodka since we were in a rush and couldn't wait for a full order. Dough is very airy, amount of cheese is good for my liking, portions are a bit small despite being pretty pricey as it was around $77 to feed a family of 6 FOR PIZZA. Our main axcumulated opinion was that every slice feels like a work of art. I recommend one large for two people. I have never seen a restaurant lay eggplant on top of pizza instead of it being fried which made it very soggy and ruining one of the pies. The pizza is Roman style (think square pizza with a crisp crust that is light, soft, and chewy inside). The crust is what makes Qua's pizza so different from literally anywhere else in the county. They have a lot of unique combinations too! Aside from the pizza, they excel at penne vodka. Always enjoy dipping my pizza crust in the vodka sauce. So good! Ever since we decided to order from here on a whim, we have ordered weekly! Their pizza is amazing. The dough is crispy but also light and airy. My husband and I usually get two personal pizzas and one pasta to share, which we are always able to make into two nights worth of meals. Tried ordering something other then pizza which was a big downer. Their pizza is tasty but the chicken Marsala was as bland as they get...especially for the money they charge. Qua was the first time I have had this style of roman pizza and it is not what I am used to but I personally love it. I like my pizza with a crunchy bottom and no sort of "flop" to it.
