Lino@QualiClean saved us from our apartment folks! We had HeroMaid scheduled a week ago but on the day they were supposed to come they did not show up, all calls went to voicemail, complete ghosting on their part! With only 3 days left to vacate the apartment and a lot of packing/moving/u-haul driving left to do we started calling other cleaners for a last minute "Please come and bail us out" attempt! This was the Saturday post thanksgiving and no one was entertaining us (booked all the way for the next 2 weeks, etc etc). Then we came upon QauliClean, Lino answered the phone and heard our predicament and was very sympathetic towards us. QualiClean like others was also booked up the wazoo but he said: "Let me call a couple of the maids and see if they can come tmrw to help you out". Thinking that he is not going to return my call I hung up feeling dejected. Boom! 2 mins later he calls us back and tells us that he has us covered for the next morning! The maids themselves were very professional, thorough, and the results excellent! We had a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and it took them just 3 and a half hours to do the carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, closets, floors, et all. Our inspection went pretty smooth and we saved a lot of our deposit. Lino even provided me with the invoice that we showed the apartment folks as proof of cleaning (apparently the apartment folks had heard of QualiClean and remarked that: "If it's them then we do not need to follow it with our own cleaning crew as they do a great job") I cannot recommend these guys enough! I have never had a cleaning service done before. I usually always do it myself. I never thought it was prudent to spend money on something I can do myself. However, I've been hampered with so many work tasks, school tasks, mom tasks, that I felt it was necessary to hire a cleaning service (because I hadn't been able to clean my place for over a week). I saw the reviews on yelp and decided to try QualiClean. I am extremely happy that I chose their services. My place looks great! They finished a deep clean of my place, a 1900 sq/ft apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 4 hours. I liked that they had 2 people working together, because my place needed it. I had reached out on behalf of a patient who was diagnosed with cancer. Due to many sensitivities, the only request the patient had was a bathroom cleaning. I received a e-mail reply asking if the house was in San Jose and I had replied that the patient lived in Mountain View. The response was that Mountain View was outside of the service area however, they would make an exception to come clean. This accommodation is more than generous. read more

I made a last minute call to request a Saturday afternoon cleaning and they were available! Lino showed up with 3 of his cleaners - they were quick and did a fantastic job. Everyone was really polite and very nice. They even had me inspect their work before leaving. One of my tub spouts needed to be replaced and I asked Lino whether if he would help me replace it for a fee. He went back to his office to get his tools and was done with the job by the time the cleaning was done. This saved me an incredible amount of time and I could not be more thankful. read more

This review is based on service by Lino and Jason. Before starting this review I'm sad I am unable to log into my old Yelp page but I'm an avid Yelper. Oh and honest because I look for honest reviews. So on to this review... 1. I called to get a same day appt and ended up speaking with Lino. Upon initial conversation I could tell he was honest and did not try overselling services (I hate when companies do that). He was able to schedule my appointment and assigned two people to come out to my place to clean. 2. I ended up texting Lino asking where the workers were as they did not show up on time. Lino quickly looked into the issue and responded. Since the original crew were held up at another location, Lino himself came out with Jason to do the job. Talk about making good on your word.... 3. Lino and Jason did such a good job making my home feel and look as if I had just moved in. TheY worked really hard, were kind, and relatable workers. DONT FRET IF YOU GET TWO MEN WORKERS BECAUSE LINO AND JASON WERE HARD WORKERS. I respect companies where they keep their word and/or resolve issues timely. read more

Have ordered the service because of good reviews. Little bit disappointed after 1st service. Pros: easy approachable; fast booking and good availability of days/times for major cleaning; helpful manager and staff. Cons: took more time for relatively clean house than was agreed before; final cost of service differs much from initial estimate; can't pay by check or credit card (high fee for the last one); main issue - for the good amount of time haven't cleaned several important places in house. Must say that after manager proposed fix the issue with no additional cost, but I've refused due to lack of time from my side. read more

Hired them for move-out clean of my apartment. Two ladies showed up in the morning within the pre-arranged time and got to work immediately. THIS REVIEW IS ACTUALLY 3.5 STARS. I've been debating to hire a cleaning service for a few months now. After reading QualiClean's reviews, I decided to give them a shot. I called and spoke to Lino about an initial 1st clean with bi-weekly service thereafter. Lino was very courteous and helpful. He informed me of the initial clean price, which was more expensive than other cleaners, but still went ahead with them since I assumed their cleaning would be spectacular. Lino informed me due to the holidays there are a lot of current customers who want their houses cleaned before the holidays so my appointment may be rescheduled but that they would contact me a week before. After the phone call, Lino promptly sent a text with my appointment information. The morning of my appointment, I had not heard from Lino so I texted to confirm my appointment. He confirmed. I think they should've been the ones to confirm, but they do not confirm appointments unless something needs to be changed. Lino called me to adivse he was running 20 minutes behind which was no big deal to me. I was so excited to get home to see how clean my placed looked. I think it was Lino and another cleaner there. My room looked good, my bathroom spectacular, but my kitchen did not look like anything great. I wish the person who did the bathroom did my kitchen! I only have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which only 720sq ft. Not a lot of cleaning to get done. Normally you get what you pay for, but I feel like I did not get $219 worth of cleaning. Also, when I came home my apartment smelled like dirty water. They don't use any fragrance when cleaning, but wish they did as there was a fould stench for a a day or two. I decided not to hire them to come on a bi-weekly basis. I may consider them in the future if I don't have any better experiences with other cleaning services, and hopefully I will be able to give them 5 stars next time. read more

Had a great experience with this company. I had three cleaners clean my home before our move in. The kitchen and the bathroom grout were stained and black. By the time the crew was finished, the tiles grout was almost it's original color and the rest of the house looked great. I paid a little more than I expected, but got a quality cleaning which was very worth the price! read more

Amazing and trustworthy cleaners. Lino , Andrea and their staff are always professional. They have cleaned my house for over a year now. Fantastic weekly service. Not only do they clean the bathrooms, hardwood floors and dust bedrooms and clean top to bottom the family and living room. They do extra things every other week like clean out the refrigerator, cabinets, laundry room etc. They wash and clean the windows and French doors as needed to give the house a sparkling fresh look always. Saw the good reviews on Yelp and thought we'd give them a try on our reno project in Willow Glen. 5-stars for all the reasons others have posted before... good communication, on-time, quality cleaning, fair pricing. Here's a couple other things that stood out with our experience: 1. Gotta love it when the boss (Lino) is willing to pick up a rag and help his crew polish countertops and appliances. And he and his crew even came back later in the day when Lino inspected and wasn't satisfied with the quality of his crew's cleaning at the end of our original appointment. Keep it real with your crew and model what good looks like. 2. Sometimes stuff happens... we had an incident with the carpet that wasn't totally resolved at the end of the day's cleaning. Some business owners will take off and disappear after they get paid. Not Lino! We stayed in communication that day, the next morning Lino texted me and called me to follow up, and he was willing to make it right if the situation didn't get better. Good guy running a good local business that provides quality service. I did extensive research looking for a company that was willing to come weekly and clean our commercial kitchen and facility. QualiClean was timely in responding and professional in all our interactions regarding the initial estimate, working out a schedule and what specifically would be cleaned each week vs monthly tasks etc. The ladies clearly take pride in their work and are very efficient. We have had other cleaners and they do not compare. The team is on time each week, they never cancel or reschedule and have been flexible when I have needed to move the time due to our businesses events. The owner has even given me pointers on how our staff can maintain the cleanliness of our facility, what products to use and provided above and beyond customer service with every interaction. We've been working with Lino and Andrea for biweekly cleaning for about a year. Lino recommended an initial deep clean so we can get an idea for their service. After a 3-4 hour job in our 1400sq ft townhome, our house was much cleaner than even if we were to clean it ourselves. We then moved to regular cleanings. Each visit, they spent about 60-90 minutes in our house. I think what I really liked is their attention to detail when dusting. They really get in and around everything. Aside from that, they are also just genuinely good people and I always felt comfortable with them in our home. Unfortunately, they stopped servicing the Milpitas area around mid 2016 due to lack of clients in this area and most of their work was in Willow Glen area. We were really bummed they couldn't continue service, so we still have our fingers crossed that they might start doing this area again before we find some decent cleaners. read more

My mother is a senior to say the least and is very picky about who goes in her home and what they use in her home . The cleaners have been super helpful and Lino has been great! I'm the owner of a small hair salon studio in Willow Glen. I recently had to stop using another local cleaning service because their quality of service was going downhill, the lack of communication was frustrating and the late arrivals and no-shows were becoming more and more frequent. I found QualiClean on Yelp. I liked that they have such great reviews and that they are also located in Willow Glen. Lino and Andrea do a great job and at a very reasonable rate! My salon is small, around 140 square feet, but it gets dirty very quickly. I usually like a weekly service. They clean my shampoo sink, mirrors, dust retail shelves, sweep, mop, etc. They have a great attention to detail. They are quick to respond to emails and text messages. I'm happy to say that I seem to have found the perfect people for the job! I highly recommend QualiClean for office cleaning. read more

They tried to trick you with the quotation. Here was the quote from Lino: "On Monday, December 10, 2018, 2:56:46 PM PST, QualiClean Co. info@qualicleanco.com wrote: Move out deep cleaning $50hr per cleaner ×4 cleaners Estimated hours with 4 cleaners 2.5-3.5hrs including inside of appliances windows garage and rest of home. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you! - Lino", His quote included tile grout cleaning, yet they didn't clean the grout; i ended up to having to pay $1,000 for the job that was not fully what I asked for. They agreed to do everything with a maximum of $750 cost (1,568sf house). Not as many people showed up as I asked for, and they showed up so much later than I requested. (11am instead of 8am). They also took a much longer time (7 hours). Lino made me almost late for my flight (he promised work will be done by 1pm, but in fact, they left at 6pm since they "not have enough people," which is 5 hours later than he planned and what I asked for). Lino kept telling me "it's a lot of work", but then what they did was try to do things so slow so they can bill me for the hours they stayed ( they spent an hour to clean one bathroom, tried to flush water so many times so you feel like they are working but actually not). I felt like i was being cheated but I was so rushed to get to the airport, I just paid him and left. Bottom line, they are not honest and you should be careful with them. My other cleaners worked in 1 hour and my whole house was spotless, but they were not available on that day to be able to finish my house by 1pm. That's why I asked Lino since he promised his work will be done by 1pm. But, he didn't stay true to what he said and put me into a situation where I had to rush and pay double than my regular cleaners with a worse result of my house appearance. I will never recommend him because I had a very bad experience with these workers. read more
