(Confirmed by this Napa in WinterHaven.) The guys at the WinterHaven store quickly apologized and gave me very accurate directions to there store about 10mins away. Great customer service overall. It really bites that the Auburndale store is closed but friendly and helpful folks with the vast knowledge of the WinterHaven store made up for it. Definitely will be returning for all the projects my rig brings along.

The guy printed out the part with the part number claiming it was the original part I asked for. 6 hours of researching and calling places later, I finally found out that the number was not the part number of what I asked for. Which explains why I couldn't find it. Train your employees better. Vehicle parts are not a joke. It could waist your time, money, or seriously impact the vehicle when given wrong parts or information.

My prior visits to this store were all good. Today was different…read more My 2 YO Advance AGM battery wasn't holding a charge. I went in for a battery check. The lady at the counter resisted testing it. She rather rudely questioned me . She challenged if I had bought the battery at that store. FINALLY, she condescended to check my battery. My battery tested weak. The lady said I should take my battery home and charge it. I asked about my Advance guarantee and she said they replace the battery ONLY if they charge it and it then fails testing. Note: she told me they only in response to my specific request. Also note: she NEVER offered to test for warranty. What a disappointing encounter. This was unlike any I've ever had at this store or at other Advance store around the country.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered something online last night…read more This store is 80 miles from me but the only store showing the merchandise in stuck. So I ordered it with only option, store pickup. Today I was ready to drive 80 miles for it but was wise and called to make sure they have what I ordered. Guess what! They didn't! And the explanation of my question, why is that I haven't been notified about this? " I have no idea, I don't know who was here last night! " For real??? They asked my number and email address in the order form and my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes later, yet they haven't noticed 18 hours later they don't even have it!!! I'm glad I called! This is a joke, these employees should be fired!!!

Horrible customer service. Managers make customers wait in long lines while they take phone orders…read morewithout even making contact with the people in line, in their store, waiting. It's happened more than once. This last time I asked for a manager, one said, we are the managers. I told him, we (me and some other customers) are waiting in line while he tends to someone over the phone. We were in line before he took the phone call. And he's just ignoring us. The other manager just shrugged his shoulders. I put my stuff down and left. Total disrespect. I don't mind someone at the register taking a call. But put the caller on hold and tell them you are ringing up customers. Or take their number, tell them you will call them back. If it's a quick question, answer it and get back to those in line. But YOU MUST acknowledge the people waiting in line. Communicate to them why it is the person sitting at home on the phone is a priority over people who've taken the time to walk into your store.
